बागली। प्रदेश की शिवराज सरकार ने सत्ता में 100 दिन पूर्ण कर लिए हैं। हालांकि यह 100 दिन मुश्किलों से भरे रहे जिसमें कोरोना महामारी से जूझते हुए पहले सीएम ने अकेले और बाद में 4 सदस्यीय मंत्रिमंडल के साथ अदम्य राजनीतिक कौशल का परिचय दिया। शिवराज की वापसी के बाद ही बागली क्षेत्र में चर्चाएं शुरू हो गई थीं कि अब मामा को अपना वादा पूरा करते हुए बागली को नवीन जिले का दर्जा देना पड़ेगा।
यह वादा वास्तव में शिवराज ने 13 महीने पहले मई 2019 को खंडवा लोकसभा क्षेत्र के प्रत्याशी नंदकुमारसिंह चौहान के पक्ष में बागली क्षेत्र के चापड़ा में एक चुनावी सभा को संबोधित करते हुए किया था। इससे पहले 4 सितंबर 2018 को जब दिवंगत पूर्व सीएम कैलाश जोशी ने बुलावे पर बागली क्षेत्र की जनता ने भोपाल में डेरा डाला था उस समय भी देर रात्रि में श्यामला हिल्स पर अपने निवास पर सीएम शिवराज ने कहा था कि बागली जिले का हकदार है और सैद्धान्तिक आधार पर मैं व्यक्तिगत रूप से सहमत भी हूं, लेकिन अभी किसी नए जिले की चर्चा नहीं हो रही है। इसलिए जब भी चर्चा शुरू होगी बागली को ध्यान में रखा जाएगा। लेकिन इसके बाद विधानसभा चुनावों से पहले सीएम ने निवाड़ी को प्रदेश का नया घोषित किया, जिससे पूर्व सीएम जोशी को भी गहरा आघात पहुंचा।
सक्रिय हुई ज़िला बनाओ अभियान समिति : नवंबर 2018 में जोशी का देहांत हुआ और आगामी 14 जुलाई को उनका जन्मदिवस है। जिसे लेकर बागली ज़िला बनाओ अभियान समिति नई आशाओं के साथ फिर से सक्रिय हुई है। वास्तव में जोशीजी के प्रति जनता के मन में आदर का भाव है। क्योंकि उनकी सरलता व सहजता के कारण ही हमेशा पक्ष-विपक्ष के लिए वे आदरणीय रहे। अब बागली को जिला बनाना व जिला बनवाने के लिए संघर्ष करना जोशी को सच्ची आदरांजलि देना है।
ट्विटर अभियान व श्रद्धा संगम समागम : आगामी 14 जुलाई को जोशीजी के गृहनगर हाटपिपल्या में उनकी प्रतिमा अनावरण का कार्यक्रम प्रस्तावित है। जिसमें बतौर मुख्य अतिथि सीएम शिवराज शिरकत करेंगे। इसी दौरान समिति का अभियान चरम पर होगा, जिसमें समिति पहली बार तकनीकी और मैदानी अभियान चलाएगी। सबसे पहले आगमी 7 जुलाई को सुबह 11 से दोपहर 1 बजे तक ट्वीट टू सीएम किया जाएगा। जिसमें कैलाशजी के सम्मान में बागली मांगे ज़िला के हैशटैग के साथ सीएम व उनके कार्यालय के सभी ट्विटर हैंडलों पर एक साथ ट्वीट किए जाएंगे।
इसके लिए ट्विटर से जुड़ो अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसके लिए क्षेत्र में 30 युवा, 50 विद्यार्थी और 20 महिलाओं की टोली बनाई गई है, जो कि अपने संपर्क के नॉन ट्विटर स्मार्ट फोन यूजर्स को ट्विटर से जोड़ रहे हैं। इसके लिए बाकायदा कुछ स्वयं सेवक अभियान की जानकारी मिलने के बाद ट्विटर उपयोग करने की तकनीकी ट्रेनिंग भी ज़ूम एप पर दे रहे हैं। इसके बाद आगामी 13 जुलाई को श्रद्धा संगम समागम होगा। इसमें 1 हजार बाइक सवार सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करते हुए रैली की शक्ल में बागली के गांधी चौक से हाटपिपल्या में जोशीजी के समाधि स्थल तक पहुंचेंगे।
यहां पर उनकी कर्मभूमि की मिट्टी का अर्पण कर, 6 घंटे का शांति पाठ किया जाएगा और प्रतिमा का धाराजी के नर्मदा जल से अभिषेक कर बागली ज़िला बनाओ अभियान का ध्वज फहराकर श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की जाएगी। यात्रा के लिए समिति ने जिला बनाओ के स्लोगन वाले मास्क और टीशर्ट भी बनवाई है।

सीएम से मिलने का प्रयास होगा : 14 जुलाई को सीएम से मिलने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। हालांकि बागली नप के पूर्व अध्यक्ष अमोल राठौर 2 बार भोपाल जाकर सीएम के कार्यक्रम अधिकारी को आवेदन देकर एक शिष्टमंडल के सीएम से मिलने का समय मांग चुके हैं। राठौर ने पहले 30 जून और बाद में 3 जुलाई को आवेदन दिए। इसके पहले उन्होंने सीएम को पत्र लिखकर चुनाव के दौरान की गई अपनी घोषणा को पूरा करने का आग्रह भी किया था।
भाजपा की बैठक में भी उठा था मुद्दा : पिछले दिनों स्थानीय श्री नागर चित्तोड़ा धर्मशाला में भाजपा जटाशंकर मंड़ल की बैठक हुई थी। जिसमें क्षेत्रीय भाजपा विधायक पहाड़सिंह कन्नौजे के सामने सभी कार्यकर्ताओं ने एक स्वर में यह मुद्दा उठाया था। कार्यकर्ताओं का कहना था कि जमीनी स्तर पर आमजनता के मध्य हम लोग पार्टी का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं और जनता हमसे सवाल पूछती है कि फिर से शिवराज सरकार है बागली जिले का क्या हुआ?
अबकी बार आरपार : समिति सदस्यों का कहना है कि जोशी आंदोलन के प्रणेता है। उन्हें बागली से असीम प्यार मिला और वे चाहते थे कि बागली ज़िला बने। इस लिए अबकी बार अभियान आरपार के लिए है। क्योंकि सीएम का कहना था कि सरकार बनी तो एक दिन की भी देर नहीं करूंगा अब तो 100 दिन हो चुके हैं। अब किस बात का इंतजार है। इस अभियान में सभी पार्टियां सभी धर्म-वर्ग एक साथ हैं। 5 वर्ष का छात्र और 100 वर्ष का बुजुर्ग सभी चाहते हैं कि अब बागली ज़िला बने।
