मासूम बेहोश हो गई मगर दरिंदे पर हवस सवार थी

बागली (देवास)। बागली पुलिस अनुविभाग के तहत कांटाफोड थाना अंतर्गत ग्राम सुंद्रैल की 13 वर्षीय पीड़िता के साथ दुष्कर्म और उसकी हत्या करने वाला आरोपी शराबनोशी और महिलाओं के साथ संबंध बनाने का आदी था। वह मृतका के मोहल्ले में ही रहता था और उसका खेत भी मृतका के पिता के खेत के समीप ही था।

घटना के आरंभिक समय में उस पर किसी को कोई शक भी नहीं था। साथ ही वह पुलिस कार्यवाही की टोह भी ले रहा था। लेकिन अंततः पुलिस ने उसे धरदबोचा लेकिन वास्तव में इस प्रकार के कृत्य को अंजाम देकर एक मासूम को मौत के घाट उतारने वाला यह आरोपी किसी की शंका के दायरे में आए बिना ना जाने कितने दिनों से किशोरी के साथ इस कृत्य को अंजाम देने की योजना बना रहा था।

वस्तुतः इस प्रकार के मानसिक विकृतियों के शिकार आरोपी समाज के लिए किस कदर घातक है, उसका अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि घटना के दिन उसने शराब पी और फिर योजना बनाकर किशोरी को अपने भयानक इरादों का शिकार बनाया।

सुंद्रैल के ही निवासी लोकेश पिता जग्गनाथ देशवाली (28 वर्ष) ने घटना के दिन शुक्रवार को सुबह से ही शराब पी रखी थी। मृतका का पिता अपने खेत पर सिंचाई कर रहा था और मृतका अपने पिता को चाय बनाने की सामग्री देने जा रही थी। लड़की को अकेली जाते देख उसने उससे उसकी माता के बारे में पूछा भी और पता चलने पर कि वह अपने पिता के यहां गई है, आरोपी निश्चिंत हो गया कि वह बड़े आराम से घटना को अंजाम दे सकता है।

आरोपी लाकेश अपने बुरे इरादों के साथ मृतका से पहले ही अपने खेत पर पहुंच गया और उसका रास्ते पर इंतजार करने लगा। मृतका बगल के खेत की पगडंडी पर आई तो आरोपी लोकेश भी सुंद्रैल निवासी हरीओम पिता बोंदर के खेत पर आ गया। सामने से मृतका आ ही थी वह उसे काम के बहाने खेत में लगी लाल तुवर वाले हिस्से में ले गया और उसके हाथ से चाय सामग्री लेकर पास में रख ली। साथ ही पीड़िता को धमकाकर उसके कपड़े उतरवा लिए।

इसके बाद उसने दुष्कर्म का प्रयास किया। दर्द के कारण पीड़िता ने आरोपी के हाथों को खरोंच दिया और बाल खींचे। जिस पर आरोपी लोकेश ने उसके मुंह पर हाथ रखकर दुपट्‍टे को मुंह में लपेटकर गठान लगा दी व पैरों को उसकी सलवार से बांध दिया। इस दौरान पीड़िता बेहोश हो गई। इसके बाद उसने पीड़िता के साथ दुष्कर्म किया और किसी की आहट होने के कारण छुप-छुपाकर भाग निकला।

बयानों में था विरोधाभास : लोकेश को संदिग्ध मानकर पूछताछ की गई थी। बाद में उसके पिता से भी पूछताछ की गई। बयानों में विरोधाभास था। मृतका के सीने पर दांत से काटे जाने का चिन्ह मिला था। फोरेंसिक टीम ने शव की गहराई से जांच की थी। इसलिए यह स्पष्ट हो चुका था कि आरोपी 15 से 30 वर्ष की आयु का है। मामले में साइबर सेल ने भी कॉल ट्रेक किए साथ ही घटनास्थल के आसपास पर लोकेटेड मोबाइलों को भी ट्रेस किया। साथ ही दांत के चिन्ह को मोम पर उकेर कर संदिग्धों के दांत के चिन्ह लिए गए। जिससे प्रकरण तकनीकी तौर पर मजबूत हुआ।

शुरुआत में लोकेश इंकार करता रहा, लेकिन बाद में जब कड़ाई से पूछताछ की गई और सबूतों का खुलासा किया गया तो वह टूट गया। आरोपी को बुधवार को कन्नौद न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत करके 10 नवंबर तक की पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया गया। प्रकरण की गंभीरता के मद्देनजर एसपी देवास अंशुमानसिंह ने आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी पर 25 हजार रुपए का इनाम रखा था। साथ ही शासन ने पीड़ित परिवार को 2 लाख रुपए की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की। घटना के बाद जिले भर में सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं और स्कूली छात्राओं का गुस्सा उबला। समवेत स्वर में आरोपी को फांसी देने की मांग की गई। प्रकरण के खुलासे में जिले भर के आला अधिकारियों और पुलिसकर्मियों की अहम भूमिका रही।
