इंदौर वनडे : हर कोई झपटना चाहता है टिकट, नेता हो या अफसर...

इंदौर में भारत और ऑस्ट्रेलिया के बीच तीसरा वनडे मैच 24 सितंबर को होगा या नहीं, इसका फैसला इन्द्रदेवता करेंगे...लेकिन यह बात किसी से छुपी हुई नहीं है कि मध्यप्रदेश के नेता से लेकर अफसर तक हर कोई यह तीसरा वनडे मैच होलकर स्टेडियम के पैवेलियन में बैठकर देखने का ख्वाब संजो रहा है। यही कारण है कि इस वक्त सबसे ज्यादा दवाब में कोई है तो वह मध्यप्रदेश क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन (एमपीसीए) है क्योंकि स्टेडियम की कुल दर्शक क्षमता करीब 27 हजार 900 ही है...

हर नेता, हर अफसर को स्टेडियम में बैठाकर मैच दिखाना असंभव है और सबसे ज्यादा मुसीबत तो एसोसिएशन की इसलिए भी बढ़ गई है क्योंकि होलकर स्टेडियम के आका रहे स्व. माधवराव सिंधिया के बेटे ज्योतिरादित्य, जो कभी एमपीसीए के सर्वेसर्वा रहा करते थे, वे मैच के दौरान मौजूद नहीं रहेंगे। यदि वे रहते तो कई नेताओं को जवाब दे सकते थे, लेकिन बचे हुए पदाधिकारी जवाब देना तो दूर, मोबाइल फोन तक नहीं उठा रहे हैं...

असल में भारत और ऑस्ट्रेलिया का मैच 24 सितंबर को है और इस दिन रविवार पड़ रहा है। भोपाल से मैच देखने के फरमान आ रहे हैं और इंदौर के अधिकारी मध्यप्रदेश क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन पर दवाब डाल रहे हैं। खबर यह भी है कि मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान के परिवार वालों का भी क्रिकेट प्रेम जाग गया है और परिजन भी मैच देखने इंदौर आ रहे हैं...

इंदौर की आठ बार की सांसद और लोकसभा स्पीकर सुमित्रा महाजन भी पैवेलियन में अलग से बने बॉक्स से मैच का आनंद लेने वाली हैं...कौन-कौन मंत्री इस मैच में पैवेलियन में नजर आएंगे, इसकी पूरी सूची तो नहीं है लेकिन जिन नेताओं को क्रिकेट का कखग पता नहीं हो, ऐसे प्रसंगों पर अपना क्रिकेट ज्ञान बढ़ाने के लिए दबाव बनाने से पीछे नहीं रहते...

मध्यप्रदेश क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन के बस में नहीं है कि वह हरेक को मैच दिखा सके क्योंकि नेता और अफसरों के अलावा उसे स्थानीय प्रशासन, एक्साइज, इनकम टैक्स और सेल टैक्स के कुनबे का भी ख्‍याल रखना है। यही कारण है कि एसोसिएशन के तमाम पदाधिकारियों के दिमाग इस वक्त चकरघिन्नी बने हुए हैं। उनकी रातों की नींद और दिन का चैन गायब हो चुका है...

इंदौर में अकसर ऐसा देखा गया है कि कोई भी अंतरराष्ट्रीय या आईपीएल का मैच क्यों न हो, स्थानीय प्रशासन और पुलिस प्रशासन एमपीसीए पर सुरक्षा के नाम पर अतिरिक्त दबाव बनाता है, यहां तक कह दिया जाता है कि यदि उन्हें उम्मीद के मुताबिक मैच के पास नहीं मिले तो एसोसिएशन खुद निजी सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की सहायता लेकर मैच करवा ले...

इसके बाद होता यह है कि पुलिस का दबाव अपना असर छोड़ जाता है..निजी सुरक्षा एजेंसी और पुलिस के जवान मिलकर किसी तरह इंदौर का मैच संपन्‍न करवाते हैं...वह तो उन क्रिकेटप्रेमियों को सलाम, जो मैदान के बाहर पुलिस की दादागिरी और मैदान के भीतर बाउंसरों की बदमिजाजी के बाद भी बिना किसी हुड़दंग के होलकर स्टेडियम से भारत की जीत का जश्न मनाते हुए अपने घर चले जाते हैं।

इस बार टिकटों की जितनी मारामारी हुई, वह पहले कभी नहीं दिखी। ऑनलाइन टिकट के बजाए एमपीसीए ने पैवेलियन और गैलरी के लिए कुल तीन दिन रखे थे। एक दिन में पैवेलियन की टिकट बिक गई, जबकि गैलरी के टिकट के लिए दो दिन तक बेचे जाने की घोषणा के बाद अचानक पुलिस प्रशासन के दबाव में एक दिन में बेच दिए गए। जो लोग 36 से 40 घंटे तक भूखे-प्यासे रहे, वे सभी तो टिकट नहीं पा सके, लेकिन जिन हाथों में टिकट पहुंचे वे उनकी कालाबाजारी करने पर उतर आए।

कुछ का तो बाकायदा स्टिंग ऑपरेशन भी किया गया, जिसमें 750 रुपए की कीमत वाले मैच के टिकट की कीमत ब्लैक में 5000 से लेकर 7500 तक, 650 रुपए वाले मैच के टिकट की कीमत ब्लैक में 4500 से 5000 तक और वनडे सीरीज के मुख्य प्रायोजक पेटीएम बॉक्स की टिकट के 7500 रुपए से लेकर 15 हजार रुपए तक की सौदेबाजी हुई।

इस मैच को देखने की दिलचस्पी लोगों में इसलिए भी और ज्यादा बढ़ गई है क्योंकि यह एक बहुत बड़ा मैच है। भारतीय टीम इस सीरीज के पहले दो मैचों (चेन्नई और कोलकाता) को फतह कर चुकी है और ऑस्ट्रेलिया के लिए इंदौर वनडे मैच 'करो या मरो' का बन पड़ा है। इस मैच की हार के साथ ही वह पांच मैचों की सीरीज भी गंवा सकती है। भारतीय टीम के खिलाड़ियों के शानदार प्रदर्शन ने मैच देखने के उत्साह को कई गुना बढ़ा दिया है।

इंदौर वनडे मैच के आयोजन को अभी 48 घंटे बाकी हैं और किसी तरह टिकट या पास की जुगाड़ हो जाए, ऐसी ‍फितरत शुक्रवार रात तक जारी थी। जिनकी जेबें भरी हुई हैं, वे किसी भी कीमत पर मैच का टिकट हासिल करने की जुगत में लगे रहे। यह जानते हुए भी कि इन्द्रदेवता कभी अपना रौद्ररूप दिखाकर मैच पर पानी फेर सकते हैं, इसके बाद भी मैच देखने की चाहत कम ही नहीं हो रही है।

मैच वाले दिन सबसे बड़ी समस्या तो पार्किंग की आने वाली है। बारिश की वजह से विवेकानंद स्कूल कीचड़ से सना पड़ा है...चूंकि होलकर स्टेडियम घनी आबादी और भीड़भरे इलाके में स्थित है, लिहाजा दो पहिया और चार पहिया वाहन चालक गली-कूचों में या भगवान भरोसे किस जगह वाहन खड़े करेंगे, कहना मुश्किल है। ..और यदि बारिश हो जाती है तो यह मुश्किलें और भी बढ़ जाएंगी..

उधर होलकर स्टेडियम का हाल यह है कि यहां सभी तैयारियों को अंतिम रूप दिया जा रहा है। स्टेडियम के भीतर बड़ी एलईडी स्क्रीन लग चुकी है, जिस पर मैच का हाल, रिप्ले या फिर आउट होने या नॉटआउट रहने का फैसला दिखाया जाता है। शुक्रवार को स्पाडर कैम ने भी अपना काम शुरू कर दिया है। इस डे-नाइट मैच में लाइट जाने की स्थिति में 15 जनरेटरों की टेस्टिंग बीसीसीआई की तकनीकी समिति ने गुरुवार और शुक्रवार दोनों दिन सफलतापूर्वक कर ली है।

दोनों टीमें भी शुक्रवार शाम को इंदौर पहुंच चुकी हैं। इंदौरियंस को तीसरे वनडे मैच को लेकर क्रिकेट का बुखार और तेज होता जा रहा है। जहां तक मौसम की बात है तो वह पश्चिमी क्षेत्र में शुक्रवार की रात 11 बजे तक खुला हुआ था लेकिन पूर्वी क्षेत्र में 10.15 के बाद रिमझिम बारिश शुरू चुकी थी...इसका मतलब ये कि बारिश ने होलकर स्टेडियम को भी अपने आगोश में ले लिया है...
