क्यों चढ़ाते हैं हनुमानजी को सिन्दूरी चोला.. पढ़ें रोचक पौराणिक कथा

हनुमानजी संकटमोचन कहे जाते हैं यानी संकट मिटाने वाले। हनुमानजी को सिन्दूर का चोला चढ़ाया जाता है। इसके पीछे भी रोचक कहानी है।

एक बार जब हनुमानजी को भूख लगी तो वे भोजन के लिए सीताजी के पास गए। सीताजी की मांग में सिन्दूर लगा देखकर वे चकित हुए और उनसे पूछा- मां, आपने ये क्या लगाया है? तब सीताजी ने उनसे कहा कि यह सिन्दूर है, जो सौभाग्यवती महिलाएं अपने स्वामी की लंबी उम्र, प्रसन्नता और कुशलता के लिए लगाती हैं।

फिर हनुमानजी ने सोचा कि अगर चुटकीभर सिन्दूर लगाने से स्वामी की प्रसन्नता प्राप्त होती है तो पूरे शरीर में सिन्दूर लगाने से तो वे अमर हो जाएंगे, सदा प्रसन्न रहेंगे। फिर हनुमानजी ने पूरे बदन पर सिन्दूर लगा लिया और भगवान श्रीराम की सभा में गए। हनुमानजी का यह रूप देखकर सभी सभासद हंसे।

भगवान श्रीराम भी स्वयं के प्रति उनके प्रेम को देखकर अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए। उन्होंने हनुमानजी को यह वरदान दिया कि जो भी मनुष्य मंगलवार और शनिवार को उन्हें घी के साथ सिन्दूर अर्पित करेगा, उस पर स्वयं श्रीराम भी कृपा करेंगे और उसके बिगड़े काम बन जाएंगे।

सीतामाता के लगाए सिन्दूर से अमर हुए हनुमानजी: कहा जाता है कि जब लंका विजय के बाद भगवान राम-सीता अयोध्या आए तो वानर सेना की विदाई की गई थी। जब हनुमानजी को सीताजी विदा कर रही थीं, तो उन्होंने अपने गले की माला उतारकर पहनाई थी। बहुमूल्य मोतियों और हीरों से जड़ी ये माला पाकर हनुमानजी प्रसन्न नहीं हुए, क्योंकि उस पर भगवान श्रीराम का नाम नहीं था।

सीताजी ने हनुमानजी से कहा था कि इससे अधिक महत्व की उनके पास कोई वस्तु नहीं है इसलिए तुम यह सिन्दूर धारण कर अजर-अमर हो जाओ। तब से हनुमानजी को सिन्दूर चढ़ाया जाने लगा। इसी सिन्दूर से हनुमानजी आज भी अजर-अमर हैं। ऐसी मान्यता है कि नरक चौदस के दिन हनुमानजी की पूजा से हर तरह की बाधा दूर हो जाती है।

अनंत ऊर्जा का प्रतीक है सिन्दूर : विज्ञान के मुताबिक हर रंग में एक विशेष प्रकार की ऊर्जा होती है। सिन्दूर ऊर्जा का प्रतीक है और जब हनुमानजी को अर्पित करने के बाद भक्त इससे तिलक करते हैं, तो दोनों आंखों के बीच स्‍थित ऊर्जा केंद्र सक्रिय हो जाता है। ऐसा करने से मन में अच्‍छे विचार आते हैं, साथ ही परमात्मा की ऊर्जा प्राप्त होती है। हनुमानजी को घृत (घी) मिश्रित सिन्दूर चढ़ाने से बाधाओं का निवारण होता है। यही वजह है कि मंदिरों में हनुमानजी को सिन्दूर का चोला चढ़ाया जाता है।
