Holi 2022: 17 मार्च को भद्रा के पहले या बाद में रात्रि को होलिका दहन होगा। ज्योतिष मान्यता के अनुार भद्रा पूंछ के समय में होलिका दहन करने की बात कह रहे हैं। होलिका दहनके पूर्व क्या करना चाहिए और होलिका दहन के बाद क्या करना चाहिए आओ जानते हैं इस संबंध में कुछ खास बातें।
होलिका दहन के पूर्व क्या करें : पहले ये सामग्री एकत्रिथ कर लें- इस दिन कंडे, भरभोलिये (उपलों की माला), रंगोली, सूत का धागा, पूजा सामग्री, पांच तरह के अनाज, चना, मटर, गेहूं, अलसी, कर्पूर, हार, फूल, मिठाई, फल, गुलाल, नारियल, लोटा, जल, गेहूं की बालियां, चावल, रोली, कुमकुम, साबूत हल्दी, मूंग, बताशे, लाल धागा आदि सामग्री एकत्रित कर लें।
होलिका के दो डांडे गड़े होते हैं। होली का डंडा एक प्रकार का पौधा होता है, जिसे सेम का पौधा कहते हैं। इन डंडों को गंगाजल से शुद्ध करने के बाद इन डांडों के इर्द-गिर्द गोबर के उपले, लकड़ियां, घास और जलाने वाली अन्य चीजें इकट्ठा की जाती है। फिर उसके आसपास कच्चे सूत का धागा बांधा जाता है। फिर आसपास भरभोलिये (उपलों की माला) रखते हैं। एक माला में सात भरभोलिए होते हैं। इस डांडे के आसपास लकड़ी और कंडे जमाने के बाद रंगोली बनाई जाती और अंत में फिर विधिवत रूप से होली की पूजा की जाती है।
कैसे करें होलिका दहन : होलिका दहन के पहले होली के डांडा को निकाल लिया जाता है। उसकी जगह लकड़ी का डांडा लगाया जाता है। फिर विधिवत रूप से होली की पूजा की जाती है और अंत में उसे जला दिया जाता है। उपरोक्त बताई गई पूजा सामग्री का उपयोग करके पूजा की जाती है। होलिका में भरभोलिए जलाने की भी परंपरा है। होली में आग लगाने से पहले इस भरभोलिए की माला को भाइयों के सिर के ऊपर से 7 बार घूमा कर फेंक दिया जाता है। रात को होलिका दहन के समय यह माला होलिका के साथ जला दी जाती है। इसका यह आशय है कि होली के साथ भाइयों पर लगी बुरी नज़र भी जल जाए।
होलिका, प्रहलाद और भगवान नृसिंह के मंत्रों का उच्चारण करते हुए पूजन सामग्री से होलिका की पूजा करें। फिर प्रहलाद की और फिर भगवान नृसिंह की पूजा करें। बारी-बारी से तीनों को अक्षत्, फूल, रोली, गंध आदि अर्पित करें। फिर हनुमान जी, शीतला माता, पितरों की पूजा करें। इसके बाद बाद 7 बार परिक्रमा करते हुए होलिका में कच्चा सूत लपेटें। उसके बाद जल, नारियल, कर्पूर, चना, गन्ना, मटर, गेहूं और अन्य पूजा सामग्री होलिका को चढ़ा देते हैं। उसके बाद अग्नि प्रज्वलित करते हैं। फिर जलती हुई होली की भी पूजा और परिक्रमा करते हैं।

होलिका दहन के बाद क्या करें : दूसरे दिन होली को ठंडी करने के लिए थोड़ा जल डालकर उसकी पूजा करते हैं। फिर होली की विधिवत पूजा करने के बाद परिक्रमा लगाते हैं। फिर उसकी भस्म या राख को सभी के मस्तक पर लगाते हैं।
भस्म को सिर पर लगाते समय जपें:
वंदितासि सुरेन्द्रेण ब्रह्मणा शंकरेण च।
अतस्त्वं पाहि मां देवी! भूति भूतिप्रदा भव।।
होली की राख को घर लाकर घर में खिड़ी, दरवाजे आदि जगह पर छिड़का जाता है जिससे घर की नकारात्मकता दूर होती है। ग्रह दोष या ग्रह पीड़ा दूर करने के लिए भस्म को शिवलिंग पर अर्पित किया जाता है। गृह क्लेश करे दूर करने के लिए भी होलिका दहन के भस्म का उपयोग होता है. इसे एक कपड़े में बांधकर घर के कोनों में रख दें।
