हमने बात की आभास दुबे से जो कि छात्र है। आभास का कहना है कि ऑनलाइन क्लासेस से आप सीधे अपने घर पर रहकर पढ़ाई कर सकते हैं। क्लासेस आप अपने घर पर ही ले रहे हैं जिससे हम खुद अनुशासन में रहना सीख रहे हैं। लेकिन ऑनलाइन क्लासेस में क्लासरूम की तरह पढ़ाई संभव नहीं है और अपने डाउट्स क्लीयर जैसे क्लासरूम में करते थे, वैसे ऑनलाइन क्लासेस में होना मुश्किल है। वहीं कई बार ऐसा भी होता है कि मैडम क्या कह रही हैं, ये सुनने की जगह मोबाइल में गेम की ओर ध्यान जाता है।

हमने ऑनलाइन क्लासेस पर पैरेंट्स की भी राय जानी। ऑनलाइन क्लासेस पर विनीता दुबे जो की अभास की माता जी है वे बताती हैं कि मेरे विचार से ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई से बच्चे पढ़ जरूर रहे हैं, पर उन्हें जैसा ज्ञान प्राप्त होना चाहिए, वैसा नहीं मिल रहा है। हर बच्चे पर पूरी तरह से फोकस नहीं किया जा रहा है। लगातार मोबाइल के इस्तेमाल से बच्चे इसके आदी हो रहे हैं और अकेले रहने की प्रवृत्ति यानी अकेला रहना ज्यादा पसंद कर रहे हैं। लंबे समय तक मोबाइल के इस्तेमाल से उनकी आंखों पर इसका विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ रहा है। इसके साथ ही बच्चे काफी चिड़चिड़ापन भी महसूस करते हैं। वहीं अगर मैं फायदों के बारे में कहूं तो ऑनलाइन क्लासेस से बच्चे लगातार पढ़ाई से जुड़े हुए हैं। यदि ऑनलाइन क्लासेस नहीं होती तो बच्चे पढ़ाई में पिछड़ जाते।

आरुषि जो कि कक्षा 11वी की छात्रा हैं, वे ऑनलाइन क्लासेस पर अपना अनुभव साझा करते हुए बताती हैं कि यह एक बहुत अच्छा अनुभव है। ऑनलाइन क्लासेस के माध्यम से हम कोरोना काल में सुरक्षित भी हैं, क्योंकि इससे सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन किया जा रहा है, वहीं पढ़ाई पर भी इसका असर नहीं पड़ रहा। आरुषि कहती हैं कि मैं अपनी पढ़ाई में अधिक समय दे पा रही हूं। लेकिन ऑनलाइन क्लासेस में इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी जैसी समस्या का सामना भी करना पड़ता है, इसके अलावा रचनात्मक कार्यों से भी हमें जोड़ा जा रहा है।

वहीं आरुषि के पैरेंट्स का कहना है कि ऑनलाइन क्लासेस के माध्यम से हम अपनी बच्ची का पूरा ख्याल रख सकते हैं। इस पर मेरा पूरा ध्यान रहता है। इसी के साथ ही समय का सदुपयोग भी हो रहा है लेकिन अगर नुकसान की बात करें तो इससे बच्चों की आंखों पर इसका बहुत असर पड़ता है, क्योंकि लंबे समय तक मोबाइल के इस्तेमाल से आंखों से संबंधित परेशानियां भी होती हैं।

हमने बात की अंजलि से, जो कक्षा 11वीं की छात्रा है। अंजलि अपने ऑनलाइन क्लासेस के अनुभव को साझा करते हुए कहती हैं कि ऑनलाइन क्लासेस में थ्योरी पढ़ने में इतनी समस्या नहीं आती है जितनी प्रैक्टिकल सब्जेक्ट में परेशानी आती है। वो समझने में दिक्कत होती है। 40 मिनट के ऑनलाइन क्लास में आप अपने कितने डाउट्स क्लीयर कर सकते हों? वहीं सबसे बड़ी समस्या इंटरनेट कनेक्शन की आती है। अगर मौसम बिगड़ा तो इंटरनेट की परेशानी के कारण आपका आधा समय निकल जाता है और ऐसे में कुछ समझ नहीं आता, क्योंकि बीच में कनेक्शन की परेशानी के कारण आपका सारा ऑडियो चला जाता है। वहीं सिलेबस खत्म करने पर ज्यादा जोर दिया जाता है जिस वजह से समझने में व अपने डाउट्स क्लीयर करने में परेशानी होती है।

वहीं जब हमने अंजलि की मम्मी संगीता चौधरी से बात की तो वे बताती हैं कि ऑनलाइन क्लासेस के कारण बच्चों का स्क्रीन टाइम बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ा है। उनका कहना है कि ऑनलाइन क्लासेस के कारण बच्चे मोबाइल व लैपटॉप के साथ ज्यादा समय बिताते हैं जिस कारण फैमिली टाइम पर भी इसका असर पड़ता है। ऐसे में बच्चे अपने माता-पिता के साथ समय नहीं बिता पाते, क्योंकि उनका पूरा ध्यान मोबाइल पर ही लगा रहता है।

संगीता चौधरी आगे बताती हैं कि बच्चों की सुबह 8 बजे से ऑनलाइन क्लासेस लगती है। यह बच्चों की क्षमता पर भी निर्भर करता है कि वे 6 से 7 घंटे ऑनलाइन क्लास अटेंड कर पाएं, क्योंकि यह बहुत लंबा समय हो जाता है और ऑनलाइन क्लासेस अटेंड करने के लिए बच्चे इतने लंबे समय तक लैपटॉप या मोबाइल पर आंख गड़ाए बैठते हैं जिसका असर उनकी आंखों पर भी पड़ता है। इसके बाद होमवर्क बच्चों को ऑनलाइन मिलते हैं। ऐसे में कुछ बच्चों के माता-पिता ऑनलाइन होमवर्क करवा सकते हैं। लेकिन कुछ ऐसे भी हैं जिन्हें टेक्निकल नॉलेज ज्यादा नहीं है और वे ऑनलाइन होमवर्क नहीं करवा सकते। ऐसे में जहां बच्चों के माता-पिता को काफी समस्या होती है, वहीं डेटा का भी ज्यादा इस्तेमाल हो रहा है। ऑनलाइन क्लासेस में इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी की समस्या है, स्क्रीन टाइम बच्चों का बढ़ा है जिससे बच्चों की आंखों पर असर पड़ रहा है।

बच्चों को प्रैक्टिकल विषय समझने में परेशानी आती है, वहीं ऑनलाइन क्लासेस में बच्चों के माता-पिता को अगर टेक्निकल नॉलेज नहीं है, तो यह उनके लिए यह परेशानी का सबब बन रहा है, क्योंकि अगर कोई छोटा बच्चा है और यदि उसे कोई असाइन्मेंट मिलता है तो इसे सेंड करना या स्कैन करना यह माता-पिता की जिम्मेदारी बन जाती है। यदि माता-पिता को टेक्निकल नॉलेज है तो ठीक है, वरना जिन्हें नहीं है वे इसके लिए बहुत परेशान होते हैं।

हमने बात की केंपफोर्ट पब्लिक स्कूल (KEMPFORT PUBLIC SCHOOL BHOPAL) की प्रिंसीपल श्रीमती प्रीति खन्ना से। उनका कहना है कि बच्चों को कोचिंग के लिए नहीं जाना पड़ रहा है व आने-जाने का समय बच रहा है। ऑनलाइन क्लासेस से बच्चों को थकान नहीं हो रही व घर पर ही बच्चे पढ़ाई कर पा रहे हैं। बच्चे एकांत में आराम से पढ़ सकते हैं। जब आपका मूड हो, जब मन करे तब आप क्लास को डाउनलोड करके देख सकते हैं अपने समयानुसार। बच्चे पूरे समय अपने माता-पिता के सामने रहते हैं व सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से भी यह फायदेमंद है, वहीं बच्चों को पढ़ाई में क्या समस्या आती है, यह बात भी माता-पिता को पता चल रही है।

वहीं हमने बात की प्रीति विश्वकर्मा से, जो कि आजाद स्कूल (भोपाल) में शिक्षिका हैं। वे ऑनलाइन क्लासेस के बारे में कहती हैं कि यह एक अच्छा अनुभव है। कोरोना के समय बच्चे सुरक्षित भी हैं और उनकी पढ़ाई पर भी इसका असर नहीं हो रहा है। ऑनलाइन क्लासेस के माध्यम से हम बच्चों को रचनात्मक कार्यों से भी जोड़ रहे हैं। इसी के साथ ही सीनियर और जूनियर क्लासेस को अलग-अलग प्रोजेक्ट भी दिए गए हैं, वहीं प्रायमरी क्लास के बच्चों को लिंक्स दिए गए।
