जब गलत खानपान और अपच के कारण पेट में पि‍त्त के विकृत होने पर अम्ल की अधिकता हो जाती है, तो उसे अम्लपित्त कहते हैं। यही अम्लपित्त हाईपर एसिडिटी कहलाता है। आइए जानते हैं, इसके कारण, लक्षण और इससे बचने के उपाय -

हाइपर एसिडिटी के कारण - अत्यधि‍क गर्म, तीखा, मसालेदार भोजन करने, अत्यधि‍क खट्टी चीजों का सेवन, देर से पचने वाले खाद्य पदार्थों का सेवन, नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन करने से हाइपर एसडिटी की समस्या पैदा होती है। भोजन को पचने के लिए पर्याप्त समय न देना और अपच के बावजूद खाते रहना, आपकी इस समस्या को बढ़ा सकता है।

लक्षण - भोजन का पाचन नहीं होना, बगैर किसी मेहनत के ज्यादा थकावट होना, कड़वी या खट्टी डकार आना, शरीर में भारीपन, हृदय के पास या पेट में जलन होना, कभी-कभी उल्टी होना, उल्टी में अम्ल या खट्टे पदार्थ का निकलना, मिचली होना और मुंह से खट्टा पानी आना, सिरदर्द, आंखों में जलन, जीभ का लाल होना जैसे लक्षण हाइपर एसिडिटी में सामने आते हैं।

हाइपर एसिडिटी की समस्या से बचने के लिए आप घर पर ही कुछ उपाय और सावधानियां अपना सकते हैं जिससे आपको यह समस्या न हो -

1 गेहूं या जौ के आटे की बनी चपातियां ही खाएं, क्योंकि यह पाचन संबंधी समस्या पैदा नहीं करती, ना ही इससे गैस बनने जैसी समस्या होती है। बल्कि यह आपकी पाचनक्रिया को बेहतर करेगी।

2 मूंग की दाल, लौकी, तरोई, परवल, गिलकी, टिंडे, कद्दू जैसी सब्ज‍ियों को अनदेखा बिल्कुल न करें। यह आपके पाचन तंत्र को स्वस्थ बनाए रखती है, और हाइपर एसिडिटी से आपको बचाती है।

3 फलों में पपीता, मौसंबी, अनार आदि को अपनी डाइट का हिस्सा बनाएं। इसके अलावा नारियल और नारियल पानी का भी भरपूर सेवन करें।

4 मुनक्का, आंवले का मुरब्बा, कच्चा आंवला भी खाना बेहतर होगा।

5 अनार और आंवले के अलावा, खट्टी चीजों का अत्यधि‍क सेवन करने से बचें। इससे एसिडि‍टी बढ़ सकती है।

6 नींबू और टमाटर जैसी चीजों को भी नियंत्रित करें, इनके प्रयोग से आपकी यह समस्या बढ़ने में मदद मिलती है।

7 अत्यधि‍क गर्म, तीखा व मसालेदार भोजन करने से बचें। भारी खाद्य पदार्थों को भी खाने से बचें, ये आसानी से नहीं पचते जिससे आपकी समस्या कम होने के बजाए बढ़ जाती है।
