- वर्ष 2020 में सेहत को लेकर सबसे बड़ी लापरवाहियां क्या रहीं?
बीते साल हम लोग खानपान को लेकर लापरवाह हुए। हमें जो मिला वह खाया, हमने सेहत के बजाय स्वाद को प्राथमिकता दी। हमने तेल, घी, मक्खन, शकर का खूब सेवन किया और ये सब सेहत के लिए बहुत हानिकारक थीं। यू ट्यूब पर हमने रेसिपी भी वही खोजी। मैंने बहुत कम लोग ऐसे देखे जिन्होंने सलाद और सूप की विधियां खोजी हों।
कोरोना की वजह से हम लोगों ने नियमित रूप से डॉक्टर को नहीं दिखाया। हमने रूटीन चेकअप पर भी ध्यान नहीं दिया। हम ऑनलाइन दिखा सकते थे, घर में एक्सरसाइज की जा सकती थी वह भी नहीं की। दवाई तक नहीं ली। इसके भी गंभीर परिणाम हो सकते हैं। इसके अलावा हमने एक्सरसाइज और वॉक बंद की जबकि घर में रहकर दूसरी कई तरह की सक्रियता रखी जा सकती थी। घर में व्यायाम करने के बहुत तरीके हो सकते थे। सूर्य नमस्कार, पुशअप, प्राणायाम, वजन उठाना, जंप, रस्सी कूदना आदि हो सकते थे। लेकिन हमने बस घर में बैठकर मीठी चीजों का सेवन किया तो वजन तो बढ़ना ही है।
लेट नाइट सोने की आदत बढ़ी। सोशल मीडिया का एडिक्शन बढ़ा। फ्री नेट ने वेबसीरीज और फिल्में देखने की आदत डाली। उस वजह से देर से उठे और सुबह की लाइफ स्टाइल को हमने खुद इस दौर में बिगाड़ा है।
- कोरोना के अलावा अन्य कौन-सी बीमारियों का कहर रहा?
कोरोना के अलावा हमने देखा कि बहुत सारे मरीजों को अलग-अलग जगह पर क्लॉट होने की वजह से हार्ट स्ट्रोक/ अटैक की समस्या काफी बढ़ी है। खासकर कम उम्र के युवाओं में, जैसे मैंने तो 22 साल के युवा में भी इस समस्या को देखा। लोगों के ब्लड शुगर काफी अप एन डाउन हुए।
- आने वाले साल में सेहत संबंधी जरूरी सावधानियां क्या रखना होंगी?
सावधानियां : हर व्यक्ति को अपना फैमिली फिजीशियन ढूंढना चाहिए जिसे आपके घर के सभी सदस्यों के स्वास्थ्य के बारे में जानकारी हो ताकि वक्त पड़ने पर आपका इलाज जरूरत से ज्यादा भी न हो और जरूरत से कम भी न हो। दूसरा, नियमित व्यायाम करें। हर स्थिति में हमें अपने शरीर और अपने मन को 1 घंटा देना चाहिए। कई सारी एक्सरसाइज जैसे जंपिंग, डांसिंग जैसी एक्टिविटीज घर में भी की जा सकती हैं।
तीसरा, मेरा सुझाव है कि कृपया घर में बना खाना ही खाएं। ब्रेड-बिस्किट, बाहर के नमकीन और मीठे को सख्ती से अवॉयड करें। मीठे का उपयोग कम से कम करें।
चौथा, रात का खाना कम खाएं और जल्दी खाएं। साथ ही जल्दी सोने का प्रयास करें। बहुत जरूरी है कि हमें 6 घंटे की नींद लेना चाहिए। सोने से पहले मोबाइल का उपयोग न करें, बल्कि कोई अच्छी-सी पुस्तक पढ़ें और प्रार्थना करके सोएं।
अंतिम सुझाव यह है कि मन को रिलैक्स रखने का प्रयास करें। हम खुद को यह संकल्प दिलाएं कि आसानी से अपना मूड खराब नहीं होने देंगे। दिन में 8 से 10 बार खिलखिलाकर जरूर हंसें।
- क्या साल 2021 में वैक्सीन सबंधी भ्रम दूर होंगे?
वैक्सीन आ रही है, पर यह कितनी कारगर होगी, किस हद तक हमें बचाकर रखेगी, यह तो आने वाला समय बताएगा। मेरा सभी से निवेदन है कि इस वैक्सीन के भरोसे नहीं रहना है बल्कि हमें जीवन को सुरक्षित तरीके से जीने की कला आना चाहिए। न तो हमें जीना छोड़ना है न ही लापरवाह होकर ही जीना है। हमें आगे बढ़ना है लेकिन थोड़ी सावधानी के साथ बढ़ना है। सभी को प्रयास करना चाहिए कि सेहत संबंधी ऐसे प्रिकॉशन्स लिए जाएं ताकि हमें गंभीर बीमारियां लेकर अस्पताल न पहुंचना पड़े।

- वर्ष 2020 में सेहत को लेकर सबसे बड़ी लापरवाहियां क्या रहीं?
सबसे बड़ी लापरवाहियों में SMS को हम खास मान सकते हैं...। SMS यानी सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग, मास्क और सैनिटाइजेशन....। कोविड 19 का संक्रमण हवा में सांस के द्वारा फैलता है। वायरस सामान्य से थोड़ा वजन का है इसलिए 3 से 5 फीट हवा में नहीं रह पाता है और नीचे बैठ जाता है। अगर हम दूरी बनाकर चलने का नियम पालन करते तो यह संक्रमण इतनी तेजी से नहीं फैल पाता। अगर मास्क का सही उपयोग हो पाता तो जो वायरस श्वसन तंत्र से भीतर जाता है, वह नहीं जा पाता और संक्रमण पर भी रोक लगती। जब भी हम कहीं जाते हैं या कहीं से आते हैं तो सैनिटाइजेशन का प्रयोग भी जरूरी है, जो लंबे समय तक कायदे से हमने नहीं किया। दो तरह से हम सैनिटाइज करते हैं- एक अल्कोहल बेस्ड और दूसरा सोप...। इनके इस्तेमाल से कोरोना कमजोर होता है। तो मेरा ऐसा मानना है कि अगर हमने SMS वाली लापरवाही न की होती तो आज कोरोना का इतना विकराल रूप नहीं होता।
- कोरोना के अलावा अन्य कौन-सी बीमारियों का कहर रहा?
कोरोना के अलावा ज्यादातर बीमारियां डायबिटीज, ब्लडप्रेशर, कैंसर, निमोनिया के मरीज, वृद्ध आदि में कोरोना का संक्रमण ज्यादा दिखाई दिया। उनमें कोरोना नियंत्रण में नहीं आ पाया, फेफड़ों में भी संक्रमण बढ़े।
- आने वाले साल में सेहत संबंधी जरूरी सावधानियां क्या रखना होंगी?
आने वाले साल में भी SMS (सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग, मास्क और सैनिटाइजेशन) पर ही विशेष ध्यान देना है। दूसरा वैक्सीनेशन हमें समय पर करवाना है। वैक्सीन लगवाने के बाद भी हमें सावधानियां रखनी ही हैं।
- साल 2020 सेहत को लेकर भारत में कैसे याद किया जाएगा?
2020 सेहत को लेकर दुखद साल रहा है। आर्थिक परेशानियां बढ़ीं, सड़कों पर खाने-पीने को लेकर लोग तरसे हैं। हम तो इस साल को कभी याद भी नहीं करना चाहेंगे। कई लोग असमय काल के गाल में समा गए। यह साल बहुत भयावह कहा जाएगा। हम तो इसका कभी उल्लेख भी नहीं करना चाहेंगे।
- क्या साल 2021 में वैक्सीन सबंधी भ्रम दूर होंगे?
वैक्सीन शुरू हो गए हैं। अमेरिका और ब्रिटेन के अलावा भारत में भी यह प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। अच्छा समय आने वाला है। वैक्सीन से इम्युनिटी बुस्टअप होगी और विश्व कोरोनामुक्त होगा। हम तो यही आशा और अपेक्षा करते हैं।

मेरे विचार से ये 5 लापरवाहियां रहीं- महामारी को नजरअंदाज करना, मास्क न लगाना या सही तरीके से न लगाना आदि। मैंने खुद उन परिवारों की महिलाओं से सुना है कि ये आपकी बात मान लेते तो हम आज अकेले न होते।
बीमारियां : केवल कोरोना पर ध्यान की वजह से दूसरी वायरल बीमारियां जैसे डेंगू आदि ने भी जवान की मौत ली है और डर की वजह से अस्पताल पंहुचने में देरी भी हुई है।
सावधानियां : आने वाले साल या उसके पश्चात भी सेहत का ध्यान रखना सबसे बड़ी जिम्मेदारी होना चाहिए। मास्क, सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग, सैनिटाइजर, अपने आसपास की सफाई, मक्खी-मच्छरों पर नियंत्रण, नियमित योग आदि का विशेष ख्याल रखना होगा।
Year 2020 : ये बड़ा गोलमाल वर्ष था। राजनीतिक महत्वाकांक्षाओं से भरा, आमजन के शोषण वाला, लापरवाह लोग सभी दृश्य देखे गए।
वैक्सीन : वैक्सीन संबंधी कोई भ्रम नहीं है। यह एक वैज्ञानिक प्रक्रिया है। 2021 में वैक्सीन अवश्य आ जाएंगे, लेकिन सभी तक पहुंचने में 1-2 साल लग सकते हैं।

1- वर्ष 2020 में सेहत को लेकर सबसे बड़ी लापरवाहियां क्या रहीं?
2020 में सेहत को लेकर सबसे बड़ी लापरवाही कोरोनावायरस से संबंधित है। नवंबर 2019 से पूरे जगत को इस वायरस की जानकारी हो चुकी थी। फरवरी में यूरोप में रिकॉर्ड मौतें हो रही थीं, पर हम वहां के लोगों के प्रति सहानुभूति जता रहे थे। वह वक्त था तैयारी करने का। हमारे डॉक्टर, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को कुशल बनाने का।
लॉकडाउन की टाइमिंग को लेकर हमेशा विवाद रहेगा, पर लॉकडाउन के समय में सरकारी स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं
को संगठित करने की जगह फिर से निजी क्षेत्र पर पूरा भार दल दिया गया। टेस्टिंग से लेकर कोरोना के इलाज तक सब प्राइवेट अस्पताल करें, पर दिशा-निर्देश सरकारी तंत्र बनाए। अरे वाह! मास्क, हाथ धोना और सैनिटेशन को लेकर काफी विज्ञापन हुए, परंतु स्पष्ट नीति नदारद थी। आज भी आप बाजार निकल जाएं तो 70% से ज्यादा लोग मास्क नहीं लगाते। दूसरा सबसे बड़ी लापरवाही कोरोना काल में अन्य बीमारियों को लेकर हुई। बहुत सारी मौतें जो हृदयाघात या मस्तिष्क ज्वर या लकवे के कारण हुईं, उन्हें बचाया जा सकता था। आज भी लोग कोरोना के डर के कारण बाकी बीमारियों के लिए टाइम पर दिखाने नहीं आ रहे हैं।
पूरे लॉकडाउन में चुनाव या नेताओं की सभा में हजारों लोगों को इकट्ठा कर लिया। क्या आज तक किसी नेता या पार्टी पर कोई एक्शन हुआ?
2- कोरोना के अलावा अन्य कौन-सी बीमारियों का कहर रहा?
कोरोना के अलावा सबसे ज्यादा व्यापक बीमारियां जो रही हैं, उनमें हृदयाघात या दिल का दौरा, लकवा या स्ट्रोक, डेंगू या एसिडिटी जैसी बीमारियां हैं। पाचन की गड़बड़ियां खासतौर पर ज्यादा काढ़ा पीने से या बिना जरूरत की 'इम्यून वर्धक' दवाएं लेने से हुईं।
अकेलापन, अवसाद व उदासी जैसी मानसिक बीमारियां भी बहुत तादाद में देखने को मिलीं और मिल रही हैं।
कोरोना के कारण समय पर डॉक्टर को न दिखा पाने से दिल और दिमाग की बीमारियां एडवांस स्टेज पर पहुंचने के बाद ही मरीज आप अस्पताल पहुंच रहे हैं। इस कारण दिल और दिमाग की बीमारियों का कॉम्लीकेशंस बहुत ज्यादा देखने को मिला।
3- आने वाले साल में सेहत संबंधी जरूरी सावधानियां क्या रखना होंगी?
पहले-पहल मानसिक संतुलन और मानसिक विकार जैसे डिप्रेशन, एंग्जायटी आदि का सही इलाज।
हमेशा जिस बात का जिक्र होता हाई है- व्यायाम, इम्युनिटी और संक्रमण से बचाव। इन सब बातों को भले ही लोग सुन-सुनकर पक चुके हैं, लेकिन इन सभी को हम कभी भी नजरंदाज नहीं कर सकते।
कोविड-19 से जो ठीक हो चुके हैं, वे भी सावधानियां न छोड़ें, क्योंकि रिइंफेक्शन भी होता ही है।
दूसरा, कोविड के बाद के कॉम्लीकेशंस जैसे खून का गाढ़ा होना, हृदयाघात, लकवा, फेफड़ों का फायब्रोसिस आदि को ध्यान में रखकर समय-समय पर डॉक्टर को दिखाना और दवाइयों का नियमित सेवन करना।
अपना रक्तचाप (बीपी), शुगर और वजन का ध्यान रखना। इनके बारे में जितना बोलें, उतना कम है। बीमारी, टीका, टीके के अतिरिक्त प्रभाव, बीमारी का इलाज आदि के बारे में सही और सटीक जानकारी रखना। व्हॉट्सएप और फेसबुक आदि से गलत और भड़काऊ जनकारियों से नहीं बरगलाना।
4- साल 2020 सेहत को लेकर भारत में कैसे याद किया जाएगा?
साल 2020 काफी कठिनाइयों से लैस होकर आया था। दिल्ली के दंगे, बाढ़, कोरोना, मजदूरों का पलायन, बेरोजगारी, अमीर-गरीब में बढ़ते डिफरेंस। सेंसेक्स भले ही ऊपर जा रहा हो, बहुत से लोगों का रोजगार और बहुत सारी छोटी-बड़ी व्यापारिक इकाइयां लॉकडाउन के बाद आज तलक ठीक से पटरी पर नहीं आ पाई हैं। हमारे प्रधानमंत्री की एक आवाज पर बिना किसी विरोध या हिंसा के पूरे देश ने लॉकडाउन का पालन किया।
एक-दूसरे की मदद की और हजारों-लाखों उदारता के उदाहरणों के साथ बहुत दृढ़ता से इस महामारी का सामना किया। पुलिस, मीडिया, डॉक्टर व नर्सों से लेकर वार्डबॉय तक सभी ने एकजुट होकर बिना तनख्वाह (या कम तनख्वाह) में भी पूरा सहयोग किया। इतने बड़े देश और इतनी ज्यादा आबादी वो भी कम पढ़े-लिखे, सभी ने जितना हो सका, सावधानियां बरतीं और सरकार की नीतियों का सम्मानपूर्वक पालन किया।
पूरे विश्व की नजर हम पर थी। सभी ने सोचा था कि भारत में सैकड़ों की तादाद में मृत्यु होगी और अस्पताल बेबस हो जाएंगे, परंतु ऐसा नहीं हुआ। परंतु अभी लड़ाई बाकी है- यूके (ब्रिटेन) से नए स्ट्रेन का खतरा, रिइंफेक्शन (पुन: संक्रमण), टीके का वितरण और उसके परिणाम आदि बहुत सारी समस्याओं का सामना करना बाकी है।
साल 2020 ने ये साबित कर दिया है कि विश्व का सबसे बड़ा लोकतंत्र सचमुच में लोकतंत्र है।
5- क्या साल 2021 में वैक्सीन सबंधी भ्रम दूर होंगे?
मुझे पूरा भरोसा है कि साल 2021 में वैक्सीन संबंधित सारे पेंच खुल जाएंगे। इतने कम समय में आज तक किसी भी बीमारी का टीका तैयार नहीं हुआ है। यह आधुनिक तकनीक और आपसी साझेदारी का अद्भुत उदाहरण है। टीके में कालाबाजारी न हो और समय से चरणबद्ध तरीके से सभी को टीका मिल जाए, इसी उम्मीद में साल 2021 का बेसब्री से इंतजार है!
