Flashback 2020 : इन 4 बड़ी घटनाओं के लिए यूपी 2020 को रखेगा याद

लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश के लिए साल 2020 जहां अयोध्या में राम मंदिर निर्माण के भूमि पूजन की ऐतिहासिक घटना का साक्षी बना, वहीं यह कोरोना रूपी अभूतपूर्व आपदा और हाथरस में कथित सामूहिक बलात्कार तथा हत्या मामले की तपिश भी छोड़ गया। राज्य में इसके साथ ही ‘लव जिहाद’ को रोकने के लिए लाया गया अध्यादेश तथा बिकरू कांड भी काफी सुर्खियों में रहा।

राज्य में लगभग पूरा साल कोविड-19 महामारी के साए में गुजरा और रोजाना किसी न किसी तरह से यह मुसीबत मीडिया की सुर्खियों में रही, लेकिन इसी कालखंड में कुछ ऐसे घटनाक्रम भी हुए जिन्होंने कोरोना वायरस की चर्चा को कुछ वक्त के लिए ही सही, मगर पीछे धकेल दिया। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा अयोध्या में राम मंदिर का भूमि पूजन किया जाना भी ऐसी ही घटनाओं में शामिल है।

मोदी ने गत पांच अगस्त को अयोध्या में राम जन्मभूमि पर भव्य राम मंदिर का भूमि पूजन किया। लंबी कानूनी लड़ाई के बाद आए इस ऐतिहासिक क्षण को टेलीविजन पर करोड़ों लोगों ने देखा।

प्रधानमंत्री पिछले महीने देव दीपावली समारोह में हिस्सा लेने के लिए एक बार फिर अयोध्या पहुंचे और सरयू में टिमटिमाते दीयों की अनोखी छटा के साक्षी बने।

राम मंदिर के भूमि पूजन के ऐतिहासिक क्षण के बाद भी अयोध्या सुर्खियों में बनी रही। लखनऊ की एक विशेष अदालत ने बाबरी मस्जिद विध्वंस मामले में भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेताओं लालकृष्ण आडवाणी, मुरली मनोहर जोशी, कल्याण सिंह और उमा भारती समेत 32 आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया।

अयोध्या में राम जन्मभूमि तीर्थ क्षेत्र ट्रस्ट द्वारा मंदिर निर्माण कार्य की प्रक्रिया शुरू किए जाने के बीच बाबरी मस्जिद के बदले अयोध्‍या जिले के धन्‍नीपुर गांव में मस्जिद के लिए दी गई जमीन पर निर्माण के लिए एक ट्रस्ट गठित किया गया।

इंडो इस्लामिक कल्चरल फाउंडेशन नामक इस संस्था ने उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्देश पर सरकार से मिली पांच एकड़ जमीन पर मस्जिद के साथ-साथ एक अस्पताल, एक शोध संस्थान, लाइब्रेरी और सामुदायिक रसोई जैसी सुविधाएं तैयार करने का निर्णय लिया है। फाउंडेशन ने पिछले दिनों मस्जिद तथा अन्य प्रस्तावित सुविधाओं की डिजाइन सार्वजनिक की। धन्‍नीपुर में बनने वाली मस्जिद परंपरागत डिजाइन से अलग हटकर होगी।

इस घटना को लेकर व्यापक प्रतिक्रिया हुई। पूरे देश में जगह-जगह इसके खिलाफ प्रदर्शन हुए। इस विरोध ने राजनीतिक रंग भी लिया और कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी तथा प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा के साथ-साथ बड़ी संख्या में विभिन्न विपक्षी दलों के नेताओं ने हाथरस जाकर पीड़ित परिवार से मुलाकात की।


हाथरस की घटना के बाद प्रदेश में जगह-जगह ऐसी ही कुछ और घटनाएं भी सामने आईं। विपक्षी दलों ने इन घटनाओं को लेकर भाजपा सरकार पर हमले जारी रखे लेकिन प्रदेश की सात विधानसभा सीटों के उपचुनाव में फिजा नहीं बदली। भाजपा ने इन सात में से छह सीटों पर कब्जा बरकरार रखा जबकि एक सीट सपा के खाते में गई।

संशोधित नागरिकता कानून के खिलाफ पिछले साल दिसंबर में राजधानी लखनऊ तथा कई अन्य जिलों में हुई हिंसक घटना के बाद प्रदेश सरकार ऐसी घटनाओं में निजी तथा सार्वजनिक संपत्ति के नुकसान की भरपाई के लिए एक सख्त कानून लेकर आई। इसके खिलाफ उच्च न्यायालय में एक जनहित याचिका भी दाखिल की गई है।

राज्य सरकार का एक अध्यादेश भी खासा विवादास्पद रहा। सरकार कथित ‘लव जिहाद’ के खिलाफ एक अध्यादेश लेकर आई, जिसमें छल, कपट या जबरन धर्म परिवर्तन कराए जाने के खिलाफ कार्रवाई के प्रावधान किए गए हैं। इसके तहत अधिकतम 10 साल तक की सजा का प्रावधान किया गया है। नवंबर में इस अध्यादेश के लागू होने के बाद प्रदेश में जगह-जगह अंतरधार्मिक विवाहों को चुनौती दी गई और मुकदमे दर्ज किए गए।

लॉकडाउन के दौरान 35 लाख से ज्यादा प्रवासी मजदूर उत्तर प्रदेश स्थित अपने घरों को लौट आए। प्रदेश सरकार ने आपदा को अवसर में बदलने का इरादा जाहिर करते हुए इन प्रवासी मजदूरों को रोजगार दिलाने के लिए अलग से आयोग गठित किया।

लॉकडाउन से पहले फरवरी में उत्तर प्रदेश ने अब तक के सबसे बड़े ‘डिफेंस एक्सपो’ की मेजबानी की, जिसमें दुनिया की विभिन्न कंपनियों के बीच अनेक एमओयू पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए। इन समझौतों से करीब 50 हजार करोड़ रुपये का निवेश आने की संभावना है और इससे करीब तीन लाख लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा।

लखनऊ नगर निगम ने इस साल एक बड़ी उपलब्धि हासिल की और उसके बॉन्ड को मुंबई स्टॉक एक्सचेंज में सूचीबद्ध किया गया। मुख्यमंत्री ने परंपरागत तरीके से घंटी बजाकर इसकी शुरुआत की।

मुख्यमंत्री ने नोएडा में देश की सबसे बड़ी फिल्म सिटी बनाने का ऐलान भी किया और इसके लिए मुंबई जाकर फिल्‍मी हस्तियों तथा निवेशकों से मुलाकात की। फिल्‍म सिटी को लेकर उत्‍तर प्रदेश और महाराष्‍ट्र की सरकारों के बीच जुबानी जंग भी हुई।
