Bhai Dooj 2021: भाई दूज या भैया दूज पर्व को भाई टीका, यम द्वितीया, भ्रातृ द्वितीया आदि नामों से मनाया जाता है। हिन्दू पंचांग के अनुसार यह त्योहार कार्तिक मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की द्वितीया को मनाया जाता है। यह तिथि दीपावली के दूसरे दिन आती है। आओ जानते हैं कि भाई दूज कब है, तिलक लगाने का मुहूर्त कब है और क्या है इसकी पूजा विधि।
भाई दूज 2021 में कब है : भाईदूज का त्योहार 6 नंबर 2021 शनिवार को मनाया जाएगा।
भाई दूज तिलक का शुभ समय : 1 बजकर 10 मिनट 12 सेकंड से प्रारंभ होकर 03 बजकर 21 मिनट से 29 सेकंड तक रहेगा।
भाई दूज के शुभ मुहूर्त :
अभिजीत मुहूर्त- सुबह 11:19 से दोपहर 12:04 तक।
विजय मुहूर्त- दोपहर 01:32 से 02:17 तक।
अमृत काल मुहूर्त- दोपहर 02:26 से 03:51 तक।
गोधूलि मुहूर्त- शाम 05:03 से 05:27 तक।
सायाह्न संध्या मुहूर्त- शाम 05:14 से 06:32 तक।
निशिता मुहूर्त- रात्रि 11:16 से 12:08 तक।
भाई दूज का महत्व : भाई दूज के दिन ही यमराज अपनी बहन यमुना के घर गए थे, इसके बाद से ही भाई दूज या यम द्वितीया की परंपरा की शुरुआत हुई। भाई दूज के दिन ही भगवान श्री कृष्ण नरकासुर राक्षस का वध करके द्वारिका लौटे थे और तब बहन सुभद्रा ने उन्हें विजयी तिलक लगाकर उका फल, फूल, मिठाई और अनेकों दीये जलाकर स्वागत किया था। साथ ही उनकी दीर्घायु की कामना की थी। इसीलिए इस दिन यम देवता और श्रीकृष्ण की पूजा करने का महत्व है। भाई दूज का पर्व भाई-बहन के पवित्र रिश्ते और स्नेह का प्रतीक है। इस दिन बहनें अपने भाइयों को तिलक लगाकर उनकी लंबी आयु और सुख समृद्धि की कामना करती है। वहीं भाई शगुन के रूप में बहन को उपहार देता है।
मान्यता है कि इस दिन बहनें आसमान में उड़ती हुई चील देखकर अपने भाईयों की लंबी आयु के लिए जो प्रार्थना करती हैं, वह पूर्ण हो जाती है और साथ ही वह अखंड सौभाग्यवती रहती हैं। इसके साथ ही इस दिन भाई और बहन यमुना नदी में स्नान कर इसके तट पर यम और यमुना का पूजन करते हैं जिससे दोनों ही अकाल मृत्यु से छुटकारा पाकर सुखपूर्वक जीवनयापन करते हैं।
पूजा की सामग्री : पाट, कुमकुम, सिंदूर, चंदन, चावल, कलावा, फल, फूल, मिठाई, सुपारी, कद्दू के फूल, बताशे, पान और काले चने आदि।

भाई दूज की पूजा :
1. इस दिन बहनें अपने भाई को घर बुलाकर तिलक लगाकर उन्हें भोजन कराती हैं।
2. इस दिन बहनें प्रात: स्नान कर, अपने ईष्ट देव और विष्णु एवं गणेशजी का व्रत-पूजन करें।
3. फिर चावल के आटे से चौक तैयार करने के बाद इस चौक पर भाई को बैठाएं और उनके हाथों की पूजा करें।
4. फिर भाई की हथेली पर चावल का घोल लगाएं, उसके ऊपर थोड़ा सा सिन्दूर लगाकर कद्दू के फूल, सुपारी, मुद्रा आदि हाथों पर रखकर धीरे-धीरे हाथों पर पानी छोड़ें। फिर हाथों में कलवा बांधे।
5. कहीं-कहीं पर इस दिन बहनें अपने भाइयों के माथे पर तिलक लगाकर उनकी आरती उतारती हैं और फिर कलाइयों में कलावा बांधती हैं। इसके बाद माखन-मिश्री से भाई का मुंह मीठा करें। फिर भोजन कराएं।
6. कलावा बांधने के बाद अब शुभ मुहूर्त में तिलक लगाएं और आरती उतारें। उपरोक्त सभी सामग्री से भाई की पूजा करें और फिर आरती उतारें।
7. तिलक की रस्म के बाद बहनें भाई को भोजन कराएं और उसके बाद उसे पान खिलाएं। भाई दूज पर भाई को भोजन के बाद पान खिलाने का ज्यादा महत्व माना जाता है। मान्यता है कि पान भेंट करने से बहनों का सौभाग्य अखण्ड रहता है।
8. तिलक और आरती के बाद भाई अपनी बहनों को उपहार भेंट करें और सदैव उनकी रक्षा का वचन दें।
9. भाईदूज पर यम और यमुना की कथा सुनने का प्रचलन है।
10. अंत में संध्या के समय बहनें यमराज के नाम से चौमुख दीया जलाकर घर के बाहर दीये का मुख दक्षिण दिशा की ओर करके रखें।
