नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली के जो हालात इस वक्त देश के सामने दिखाई दे रहे हैं, वे बहुत भयानक और डराने वाले हैं। कब, कहां और क्या हो जाए, कोई नहीं जानता... राजधानी में हिंसा के तांडव (34 बेकसूरों की मौत) के बाद हालात संभले भी नहीं थे कि एक और कांड ने मानवता को शर्मसार कर डाला। शारीरिक रूप से अक्षम फिरोज अख्तर मस्जिद में नमाज अदा कर रहे थे कि भीड़ ने उन्हें मार-मारकर लहुलुहान कर डाला।
फिरोज अख्तर की उम्र 42 साल है और वे पेशे से दर्जी हैं। खुदा की इबादत करने के लिए वे मुस्तफाबाद इलाके की मस्जिद में आए थे...। उन्हें क्या पता था कि कुछ खुदा के बनाए बंदे ही उन पर जानलेवा हमला कर देंगे, वह भी खुदा के घर में...। जब शारीरिक रूप से अक्षम फिरोज नमाज पढ़ रहे थे कि अचानक उन्मादी भीड़ घुसी और डंडों से उनकी बुरी तरह पिटाई कर डाली।
हमले के बाद अख्तर को लोकनायक जयप्रकाश नारायण अस्पताल में भर्ती किया गया है। उनके सिर, कमर और कंधे में गंभीर चोटें आई हैं। अख्तर के साथ 5 साल पहले सड़क दुर्घटना हुई थी और उसके बाद से वे ठीक तरीके से चल नहीं पाते थे।
घटना को याद करते हुए उनकी पत्नी संजीदा ने बताया कि उनके शौहर और 20 वर्षीय बेटा दानिश इलाके के अन्य लोगों के साथ मंगलवार को प्रदर्शन स्थल पर गए थे ताकि नजदीक के इलाके में धरने पर बैठी महिलाओं की रक्षा कर सकें।
उन्होंने कहा कि मेरा बेटा कुछ देर बाद लौट आया लेकिन मेरे शौहर वहीं थे। जैसे ही मुझे पथराव और गोलीबारी की घटनाओं का पता चला तो मैंने अपने पति को फोन किया और उनसे लौटने के लिए कहा कि क्योंकि वे किसी आपात स्थिति में भाग नहीं सकते थे।
संजीदा ने कहा कि उनके शौहर नजदीक की एक मस्जिद में भागे और जब वे नमाज पढ़ रहे थे तो भीड़ घुस गई तथा लाठियों से उनकी तथा अन्य लोगों की पिटाई की तथा उन्हें घसीटकर बाहर ले आई। इसके कुछ देर बाद संजीदा को किसी अनजान व्यक्ति का फोन आया जिसने उन्हें उनके शौहर के बारे में जानकारी दी।
उन्होंने कहा कि मैं बहुत डरी हुई थी और मैंने फोन करने वाले की बातों पर भरोसा नहीं किया। फोन करने वाले व्यक्ति ने बताया कि उसने अख्तर को प्राथमिक उपचार दे दिया है और वे अख्तर को लेने उसके घर आ जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि बाद में उसने मेरे पति से बात कराई और उन्होंने कहा कि वे घर लौटने में सक्षम नहीं हैं।
फोन करने वाले व्यक्ति ने संजीदा को बताया कि उन्होंने अख्तर को अल हिन्द अस्पताल, मुस्तफाबाद में भर्ती करा दिया है, जहां से वह अपने 2 बेटों के साथ उन्हें एलएनजेपी ले गई।
संजीदा ने कहा कि जामिया में रहने वाली मेरी बहन की मदद से एम्बुलेंस की व्यवस्था हुई और पुलिस की सहायता से हम भजनपुरा से करीब देर रात करीब ढाई बजे एनएलजेपी पहुंचे। उन्होंने कहा कि रास्ते में सिग्नेचर ब्रिज के समीप एम्बुलेंस पर पथराव भी किया गया।

नैनीताल निवासी अमरजहां 2 दिन पहले अपनी बेटी का एलएनजेपी में इलाज कराने के लिए वजीराबाद में अपने भाई के घर आई थी। जहां ने कहा कि स्थिति बहुत तनावपूर्ण है। हम पूरी रात नहीं सो सकें, क्योंकि हमें डर था कि कोई हम पर हमला कर देगा। मुझे किसी तरह वैन मिली और आज मैं अपनी बेटी को इलाज के लिए लेकर आई। मुझे घर लौटने पर सुरक्षित महसूस नहीं हो रहा है।
सोमवार से लेकर अब तक हिंसा में घायल 45 से अधिक लोगों को एलएनजेपी ले जाया गया है। पुलिस ने बताया कि उनमें से भजनपुरा निवासी मेहरम अली (32) और न्यू सीलमपुर निवासी अमन (17) को पोस्टमॉर्टम के लिए मुर्दाघर में रखा गया है। 3 घायलों को बुधवार को अस्पताल लाया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि इनमें से अधिकतर को प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद अस्पताल से छुट्टी दे दी गई जबकि कुछ का अब भी इलाज चल रहा है।
