गूगल पर ऐसे कई ऐप्स है जो विज्ञापन और सब्सक्रिप्शन सर्विस के जरिए यूजर्स से ठगी कर रहे हैं। ये आम यूजर्स को ज्यादा पैसा कमाने का लालच देकर ऐक्स्ट्रा पेमेंट कराते हैं। हालांकि यूजर्स के हाथ कुछ नहीं लगता। ठगों ने व्हाट्सएप पर भी अपने ग्रुप्स बना रखे हैं। इनके माध्यम से लोगों को ज्यादा लाभ का लालच दिया जाता है और फिर ऐप्स से जोड़कर उन्हें अपना शिकार बनाया जाता है। कोऑपरेशन एक्सपेंस के रूप में लाभ लिया जाता है साथ ही भारत के आपदा ग्रस्त क्षेत्रों की मदद का भरोसा भी दिया जाता है।

गूगल ने भी BitFunds – Crypto Cloud Mining, Crypto Holic – Bitcoin Cloud Mining, Bitcoin 2021 जैसे ऐप्स की पहचान कर उन्हें प्ले स्टोर पर ब्लॉक कर दिया है।
यह कंपनियां APK फाइल भेंजकर उन्हें फोन में इन्सटॉल करने के लिए आमंत्रित कर रही है। हालांकि ऐसा करना आपके लिए भारी नुकसानदायक हो सकता है। ये ऐप्स आपके मोबाइल का डाटा चुरा सकते हैं।
क्रिप्टो के बाजार में MLM कंपनियां भी आ गई है। इनमें से कुछ ने अत्याधुनिक रोबोटिक सिस्टम जनरेट किया है। यह क्रिप्टो के गिरने पर खरीद लेता है और बढ़ने पर बेच देता है। अगर आपने 100 रुपए लगाए और 5% मार्जिन सेट किया है तो 105 रुपए से 1% कम होने पर भी इसे बेच देगा। ज्यादा लाभ की संभावना पर यह 108 रुपए या 110 रुपए तक इसके बढ़ने का इंतजार करता है।
दावा किया जाता है कि निवेशकों का फायदा यह है कि इसमें ना तो कुछ खरीदना है ना बेचना। लॉस होने पर कोई चार्ज नहीं है और प्रॉफिट पर 20 प्रतिशत तक चार्ज किया जाता है। आपका पैसा एक ऐप में रहता है और आप कभी भी इसे ले सकते हैं।
ऐसे भी सॉफ्टवेअर बाजार में है जो खुद एवरेजिंग करने की बात करते हैं। प्रतिदिन .5 से 25 प्रतिशत तक लाभ का लालच देते हैं और दावा करते हैं कि वे केवल निवेशकों को फायदा होने पर ही चार्ज करते हैं।
हाल ही में कुछ लोगों ने पीएम मोदी को ट्विटर अकाउंट को भी हैक कर लिया था और ट्वीट कर कहा था कि भारत ने आखिरकार बिटकॉइन को लीगल टेंडर के रूप में स्वीकार कर लिया है। सरकार ने आधिकारिक रूप से 500 बिटकॉइन खरीदे हैं और उन्हें देश के सभी नागरिकों को बांटा जा रहा है।
ऐसा ही एक मामला हाल ही नवबंर के अंत में मप्र के उज्जैन में भी उजागर हुआ था। क्रिप्टो करेंसी एप में छेड़छाड़ कर एक व्यक्ति ने अपने जापानी क्लाइंट के एप में निवेश करने वालों को करोड़ों का चूना लगा दिया। पुलिस ने इस मामले में एक सॉफ्टवेअर इंजीनियर को गिरफ्तार किया है।
बहरहाल संसद में क्रिप्टो पर बिल आने तक लोगों को विशेष रूप से सावधान रहने की आवश्यकता है। इसे अगर नियमन के दायरे में लाया जाता है तो इस पर नजर रखने के लिए सेबी या RBI की तरह किसी नियामक का गठन होगा।
