UP में Corona संक्रमित 285 और लोगों की मौत, 9391 नए मामले, जल्द मिलेगा फाइजर और मॉडर्ना का टीका

लखनऊ। उत्‍तर प्रदेश में कोरोनावायरस (Coronavirus) कोविड-19 संक्रमित 285 और लोगों की मौत हो गई तथा 9391 नए मरीजों में इस संक्रमण की पुष्टि हुई। जिसके बाद प्रदेश में अब तक इस वायरस से मरने वालों की संख्या बढ़कर 17817 हो गई है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने इसकी जानकारी दी।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा सोमवार को जारी रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक पिछले 24 घंटे के दौरान राज्य में कोविड-19 संक्रमित 285 और मरीजों की मौत हो गई जिसके बाद प्रदेश में अब तक इस वायरस से मरने वालों की संख्या बढ़कर 17817 हो गई है।

इस अवधि में सबसे ज्यादा 22 मौतें राजधानी लखनऊ में हुई हैं। इसके अलावा कानपुर नगर में 21, गाजियाबाद तथा सहारनपुर में 11-11, लखीमपुर खीरी और इटावा में नौ-नौ, शाहजहांपुर, चंदौली, बलिया, झांसी, प्रयागराज, बस्ती तथा मेरठ में आठ-आठ मरीजों की मौत हुई। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार पिछले 24 घंटों के दौरान प्रदेश में 9391 नए मरीजों में कोविड-19 संक्रमण की पुष्टि हुई है। इसी अवधि में 23045 मरीज ठीक भी हुए हैं।

सबसे ज्यादा 542 नए मामले गोरखपुर में मिले हैं। इसके अलावा राजधानी लखनऊ में 517, सहारनपुर में 458, गौतम बुद्ध नगर में 457 तथा मेरठ में 452 तथा आगरा में 79 नए मरीजों में कोविड-19 संक्रमण की पुष्टि हुई है।रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक राज्य में इस वक्त एक लाख 49 हजार 32 कोविड-19 संक्रमित मरीजों का इलाज किया जा रहा है। पिछले 24 घंटों के दौरान राज्य में दो लाख 55 हजार 110 नमूनों की जांच की गई। राज्य में अब तक चार करोड़ 49 लाख 50 हजार 523 नमूनों की जांच की जा चुकी है।

जल्द मिलेगा फाइजर और मार्डना का टीका : वैक्सीनेशन के मामले में देश में अव्वल उत्तर प्रदेश में सरकार वैक्सीन की उपलब्‍धता और बढ़ाने जा रही है। इसके लिए ग्‍लोबल टेंडर की शर्तों में बदलाव का बड़ा फैसला लिया है।

आधिकारिक सूत्रों ने सोमवार को बताया कि सरकार ने ग्‍लोबल टेंडर की अर्नेस्ट राशि आधी करने के साथ कई शर्तों में रियायत दी है। इस बदलाव के बाद फाइजर और मार्डना समेत कई अन्‍य ग्‍लोबल वैक्‍सीन कंपनियां भी यूपी में वैक्‍सीन उपलब्‍ध कराने की प्रक्रिया में शामिल हो सकेंगी।

योगी सरकार के इस फैसले के बाद यूपी में बहुत जल्‍द वैक्‍सीन की उपलब्‍धता बढ़ना तय माना जा रहा है। नई कंपनियों के निविदा में शामिल होने से यूपी के लोगों के पास पसंदीदा वैक्‍सीन चुनने के सबसे ज्‍यादा विकल्‍प भी मौजूद होंगे।

उन्होंने बताया कि वैक्‍सीनेशन की रफ्तार को बढ़ाने के लिए सात मई को योगी सरकार ने कोरोना वैक्सीन खरीदने के लिए ग्लोबल टेंडर जारी किया था। सरकार ने ग्‍लोबल टेंडर की निविदा राशि 16 करोड़ रुपए तय की थी। टेंडर में वैक्‍सीन के तापमान व स्‍टोरेज को लेकर भी नियम और शर्तें तय की गई थीं।

12 मई को मुख्‍यमंत्री योगी आदित्‍यनाथ ने वैक्सीन निर्माता कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ बैठक कर टेंडर की प्रक्रिया पर चर्चा की थी। बैठक में फाइजर, जॉन्सन एंड जॉन्सन, सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट, भारत बायोटेक के प्रतिनिधि शामिल हुए थे।सरकार की योजना अधिक से अधिक कंपनियों को टेंडर में शामिल कर यूपी में वैक्‍सीनेशन की रफ्तार और तेज करने के साथ वैक्‍सीन के ज्‍यादा विकल्‍प उपलब्‍ध कराने की है।

सूत्रों ने बताया कि सरकार ने ग्‍लोबल टेंडर की निविदा राशि 16 करोड़ रुपए से घटा कर 8 करोड़ रुपए कर दी है। 2 से 8 डिग्री सेल्सियस तापमान पर वैक्सीन स्‍टोरेज की शर्त में भी छूट दी गई है। माइनस 20 से माइनस 80 डिग्री तापमान पर स्टोर हो सकने वाली वैक्सीन के निर्माता भी टेंडर में शामिल हो सकेंगे।

इससे वैक्‍सीन निर्माता कंपनी फाइजर व मॉडर्ना जैसी कंपनियों के टेंडर में शामिल होने का रास्‍ता साफ हो गया है। कंपनियों को कोरोना वैक्‍सीन को सरकारी वेयरहाउस तक सुरक्षित पहुंचना होगा। कंपनियों को वैक्सीन लगने तक माइनस 20 से माइनस 80 डिग्री के तापमान वाले स्टोरेज की व्यवस्था भी बनानी होगी।

उन्होंने बताया कि जारी किए कोरोना वैक्‍सीन के ग्‍लोबल टेंडर में शामिल होने के लिए चीन समेत अन्‍य पड़ोसी देशों की कंपनियों को केन्‍द्र सरकार से मंजूरी लेनी अनिवार्य होगी। वित्‍त मंत्रालय की ओर से कोरोना वैक्‍सीन की सप्‍लाई के लिए पड़ोसी देशों की कंपनियों के लिए 23 जुलाई 2020 को नियम बनाए थे। इसमें कंपनियों को वैक्सीन सप्लाई के लिए केंद्र सरकार के विहित प्राधिकारी के यहां रजिस्‍ट्रेशन कराना जरूरी होगा।

मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने साधा विपक्ष पर निशाना : उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने सोमवार को विपक्ष पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि कोरोनावायरस की दूसरी लहर की शुरूआत में कुछ लोगों ने जनता और स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों का मनोबल बढ़ाने के बजाए भय का वातावरण पैदा करने की शरारतपूर्ण चेष्टा की और उसका परिणाम है कि अफरातफरी के हालात बने, हर व्यक्ति ऑक्सीजन, रेमडेसिविर के लिए दौड़ पड़ा और अव्यवस्था की स्थिति पैदा हो गई।

आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि ईश्वर की कृपा और सभी लोगों के सहयोग से स्थिति नियंत्रण में की गई। मुख्यमंत्री ने सोमवार को मुजफ्फरनगर में ‘इंटीग्रेटेड कोविड कंट्रोल रूम’ का निरीक्षण करने के बाद यह कहा। उन्होंने कहा, कोरोनावायरस की दूसरी लहर में संक्रमण बहुत तेजी से फैलने के कारण ऑक्सीजन, रेमडेसिविर की मांग अचानक बढ़ गई, अचानक दवाओं की कीमत बढ़ने लगी, भय पैदा किया गया और जनता के बीच स्वाभाविक रूप से ऑक्सीजन, रेमडेसिविर के लिए होड़ लग गई।

आदित्यनाथ ने कहा, जब जनता से संबंध बढ़ाना चाहिए था, मनोबल को बढ़ाना चाहिए था, अपने स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों के मनोबल को बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता थी उस समय कुछ लोगों ने जानबूझकर उनके मनोबल को गिराने, भय का वातावरण पैदा करने की शरारतपूर्ण चेष्टा की और उसका परिणाम है कि स्थिति अफरातफरी वाली बनी। एक समय अव्यवस्था की स्थिति पैदा हो गई लेकिन ईश्वर की कृपा से, सभी लोगों के सहयोग से स्थिति नियंत्रण में की गई और आज स्थिति पूरी तरह से नियंत्रण में है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश में उपचाराधीन मामले लगातार कम हो रहे हैं। प्रदेश में अब तक साढ़े चार करोड़ नमूनों के परीक्षण किए जा चुके है, प्रदेश में अब तक डेढ़ करोड़ लोगों को टीका लगाया जा चुका है और 18 से 44 साल के लोगों को टीका लगाने का काम भी आरंभ किया जा चुका है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में ब्लैक फंगस के मामले सामने आ रहे हैं और इसके मरीजों के उपचार की व्यवस्था हर जनपद में हो सके, इसके लिए राज्य सरकार पूरी तत्परता से कार्य कर रही है।

इस बीच प्रदेश के सहारनपुर में योगी ने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी के खिलाफ देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में उतर प्रदेश ने जो लड़ाई लड़ी है उसी का यह परिणाम है कि संक्रमण दर 16 प्रतिशत से अधिक से घटकर साढ़े तीन प्रतिशत पर पहुंच गई है।  मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ आज सहारनपुर में पत्रकारों से बातचीत कर रहे थे।(एजेंसियां)
