नई दिल्ली। कांग्रेस महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने, कोरोना वायरस का संक्रमण रोकने के लिए लागू लॉकडाउन के दौरान अपने रोजगार गंवा चुके, दूसरे राज्यों में फंसे और किसी तरह अपने गृह नगर वापस लौट रहे प्रवासी श्रमिकों की स्थिति को लेकर सरकार को आड़े हाथ लेते हुए कहा कि ऐसा लगता है कि व्यवस्था ने उन्हें त्याग दिया है।
उन्होंने कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं का आह्वान किया कि वे प्रवासी श्रमिकों और दूसरे जरूरतमंदों की मदद करें। प्रियंका ने ट्वीट किया, ‘देश की सड़कों पर त्राहिमाम की स्थिति है। महानगरों से मजदूर भूखे प्यासे, पैदल अपने छोटे छोटे बच्चों और परिवार को लेकर चले जा रहे हैं। ऐसा लगता है जैसे व्यवस्था ने इनको त्याग दिया हो।’
उन्होंने कहा, ‘मई की धूप में सड़कों पर चल रहे लाखों मजदूरों का तांता लगा हुआ है। रोज हादसे हो रहे हैं, रोज ये गरीब हिंदुस्तानी मारे जा रहे जा रहे हैं। इनके लिए सरकार बसें क्यों नहीं चलवा रही?’
कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा, ‘उप्र रोडवेज की 20 हजार बसें खड़ी हैं। कृपया इन्हें सड़कों पर उतार दीजिए। इन्हीं श्रमिकों के श्रम से हमारे ये महानगर बने हैं, इन्हीं के श्रम से देश आगे बढ़ा है। भगवान के लिए, इन्हें सड़कों पर ऐसे बेसहारा न छोड़िये।’

उन्होंने कहा, ‘उप्र की सभी जिला शहर इकाईयों से मेरा आग्रह है कि इन जरूरतमंद लोगों की मदद का कार्य और तेज कर दीजिए। पूरी ताकत लगा दीजिए। यह सेवा का वक्त है। भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस का एक एक कार्यकर्ता इन हिंदुस्तानी भाइयों के साथ खड़ा है।’
प्रियंका ने कहा, ‘पुलिस के भाइयों से एक विनती- मैं समझ सकती हूं कि आप पर काम का दबाव है। आप भी परेशान हैं। मगर आपसे मेरी एक विनती है कि इन बेसहारा लोगों पर बल प्रयोग मत करिए। इन पर वैसे ही, विपत्ति टूटी हुई है। इनकी गरिमा की रक्षा कीजिए।’
बेंगलुरू स्टेशन पर यात्रियों का हंगामा : दिल्ली से एक विशेष ट्रेन से यहां आने वाले 70 यात्रियों के एक समूह ने गुरुवार को पृथकवास में भेजे जाने के विरोध में बेंगलुरु रलवे स्टेशन पर हंगामा किया, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने रेलवे अधिकारियों से उन्हें वापस भेजने की मांग की।
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि करीब 1000 यात्री दिल्ली से आज यहां ट्रेन से आए। सीमित संख्या में ट्रेनों का परिचालन शुरू होने के बाद कर्नाटक पहुंचने वाली यह पहली ट्रेन थी। सरकार के निर्देशों के अनुसार ऐसे लोगों के 14 दिनों के पृथकवास केंद्र में भेजा जाना था। हालांकि, करीब 70 यात्रियों ने ऐसा करने से मना कर दिया।
उन्होंने मांग की कि उन्हें वापस दिल्ली भेजा जाए क्योंकि उन्हें यह सूचित नहीं किया गया था कि उन्हें पृथकवास में जाना पड़ेगा। सोशल मीडिया में वायरल वीडियो के अनुसार यात्रियों को पृथकवास केंद्र में जाने से मना करते देखा जा सकता है। यात्री समूह में खड़े हैं, तालियां बजा रहे हैं और नारेबाजी कर रहे हैं 'पृथकवास' में नहीं।
महाराष्ट्र-मध्यप्रदेश सीमा पर सेंधवा में प्रवासी श्रमिकों का पथराव : मध्यप्रदेश के बड़वानी जिले में मुम्बई-आगरा राजमार्ग पर महाराष्ट्र-मध्यप्रदेश की सीमा पर सेंधवा कस्बे के पास सैकड़ों प्रवासी श्रमिकों ने परिवहन और भोजन की व्यवस्था की मांग करते हुए पथराव किया।
इस बीच, मध्यप्रदेश सरकार ने भोपाल में बताया कि पिछले तीन दिन में सेंधवा के पास सीमा से लगभग 15,000 प्रवासी मजदूरों को अन्य स्थानों पर भेजा गया है।प्रदेश सरकार ने यह भी कहा कि यहां महाराष्ट्र से प्रवासियों की भारी तादाद में आमद होने से सीमा पर श्रमिकों का दबाव बना हुआ है।
एक प्रत्यक्षदर्शी ने बताया कि प्रवासी श्रमिकों ने यहां कई बार हंगामा किया और आरोप लगाया कि प्रशासन द्वारा उनके परिवहन और भोजन की व्यवस्था नहीं की गई है। नाराज होकर श्रमिकों ने दोपहर में पथराव कर हंगामा कर दिया हालांकि इसमें कोई घायल नहीं हुआ।
पुणे (महाराष्ट्र) से यहां पहुंचे शैलेश त्रिपाठी ने कहा कि प्रवासियों में गर्भवती महिलाएं, वरिष्ठ नागरिक और बच्चे शामिल हैं, इनको यहां भोजन, पानी और परिवहन के अभाव में काफी कठिनाई का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि यहां मप्र-महाराष्ट्र की सीमा पर बड़ी संख्या में प्रवासी कई घंटे से बैठे हैं लेकिन उनके लिए परिवहन की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं की गई है। इसके साथ ही मध्यप्रदेश के सतना, रीवा, अनूपपुर और मध्यप्रदेश के अन्य जिलों के साथ ही अन्य प्रदेशों के लोग भी यहां फंसे हुए हैं।
वहीं, बड़वानी के जिलाधिकारी अमित तोमर ने कहा कि प्रवासियों को यहां से 135 बसों से विभिन्न जिलों में बने ट्रांजिट प्वाइंट पर भेजा गया है। जिला प्रशासन और बसों की व्यवस्था करने की कोशिश कर रहा है ताकि प्रवासियों को उनके घरों तक भेजा जा सके।
प्रवासियों द्वारा पथराव और हंगामा किए जाने के सवाल पर तोमर ने कहा कि कुछ बसों के रवाना होने के बाद शेष बचे प्रवासी श्रमिकों को यह लगा कि उनके लिए और बसें नहीं आयेंगी लेकिन अधिकारियों के आश्वासन पर वह शांत हो गए।
मध्यप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने श्रमिकों मे अपील की है कि वे धैर्य रखें, उनको भोजन और चिकित्सा जांच के उपरांत बसों में नि:शुल्क पहुंचाया जाएगा। उन्होंने अनुरोध किया, ‘संकट की इस घड़ी में घबराये नहीं, मध्यप्रदेश सरकार एक-एक श्रमिक को घर पहुँचाएगी।’
