4. ‘सबको वैक्सीन-मुफ्त वैक्सीन : सबको साथ लेकर देश ने ‘सबको वैक्सीन-मुफ़्त वैक्सीन’ का अभियान शुरू किया। गरीब-अमीर, गांव-शहर, दूर-सुदूर, देश का एक ही मंत्र रहा कि अगर बीमारी भेदभाव नहीं करती, तो वैक्सीन में भी भेदभाव नहीं हो सकता। ये सुनिश्चित किया गया कि वैक्सीनेशन अभियान पर VIP कल्चर हावी न हो। भारत ने अपने नागरिकों को 100 करोड़ वैक्सीन डोज लगाई है और वो भी बिना पैसा लिए।
5. ताली-थाली बजाकर दिखाई एकजुटता : हमने महामारी के खिलाफ देश की लड़ाई जन भागीदारी को अपनी पहली ताकत बनाया। देश ने अपनी एकजुटता को ऊर्जा देने के लिए ताली, थाली बजाई, दीए जलाए तब कुछ लोगों ने कहा था कि क्या इससे बीमारी भाग जाएगी? लेकिन हम सभी को उसमें देश की एकता दिखी, सामूहिक शक्ति का जागरण दिखा।
6. कोविन आकर्षण का केंद्र : हमारे देश ने कॉविन प्लेटफॉर्म की जो व्यवस्था बनाई है, वो भी विश्व में आकर्षण का केंद्र है। भारत में बने कॉविन प्लेटफॉर्म ने न केवल आम लोगों को सहुलियत दी, बल्कि मेडिकल स्टाफ के काम को भी आसान बनाया है।
7. वोकल फॉर लोकल : हर छोटी से छोटी चीज, जो मेड इन इंडिया हो, जिसे बनाने में किसी भारतवासी का पसीना बहा हो, उसे खरीदने पर जोर देना चाहिए। और ये सबके प्रयास से ही संभव होगा। भारतीयों द्वारा बनाई चीज खरीदना, वोकल फॉर वोकल होना, ये हमें व्यवहार में लाना ही होगा।

8. कृषि क्षेत्र ने अर्थव्यवस्था को संभाला : कोरोना काल में कृषि क्षेत्र ने हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती से संभाले रखा। आज रिकॉर्ड लेवल पर अनाज की खरीद हो रही है। किसानों के बैंक खाते में सीधे पैसे जा रहे हैं। वैक्सीन के बढ़ते कवरेज के साथ हर क्षेत्र में सकारात्मक गतिविधियां तेज हो रही हैं।
9. इस दिवाली वैक्सीन से विश्वास : पिछली दिवाली हर किसी के मन में एक तनाव था, लेकिन इस दिवाली 100 करोड़ वैक्सीन डोज के कारण एक पैदा हुआ विश्वास है। अगर मेरे देश की वैक्सीन मुझे सुरक्षा दे सकती है, तो मेरे देश में बने सामान मेरी दिवाली को और भी भव्य बना सकते हैं।
10. कवच कितना ही अच्छा हो हथियार नहीं डाले जाते : कवच कितना ही उत्तम हो, कवच कितना ही आधुनिक हो, कवच से सुरक्षा से पूरी गारंटी हो तो भी जबतक युद्ध चल रहा है हथियार नहीं डाले जाते। मेरा आग्रह है कि हमें अपने त्योहारों को पूरी सतर्कता के साथ ही मनाना है।
