स्पेशल स्टोरी : क्यों इंदौर बना Corona का गढ़, 4 पॉजिटिव से कैसे पहुंचे 1000 पार?

भोपाल। मध्यप्रदेश में तेजी से बढ़ता कोरोना (Corona) पॉजिटिव मरीजों का आंकड़ा अब लोगों को डराने लगा है। हालांकि ये अलग बात है कि इंदौर केन्द्रीय दल के साथ आए डॉक्टर ने कहा है कि कोरोना से जीतना है तो सबसे पहले डर को भगाना होगा। इस बीच, शुक्रवार को प्रदेश में कोरोना पॉजिटिव मरीजों की संख्या 1892 तक पहुंच गई।

प्रदेश में कोरोना के रेड जोन बने जिलों में हालात सुधरने के बजाए अब धीरे-धीरे और बिगड़ते जा रहे हैं। कोरोना के हॉटस्पॉट में शामिल राजधानी भोपाल, इंदौर और उज्जैन में लगातार नए मरीज सामने आने से प्रशासन और सरकार की चिंता बढ़ गई है।

कोरोना को लेकर प्रदेश में सबसे अधिक खराब हालत देश के सबसे स्वच्छ शहरों में शुमार इंदौर की है। एक महीने के अंदर इंदौर में कोरोना पॉजिटिव मरीजों की संख्या 1000 का आंकड़ा पार कर गई है। पूरे प्रदेश के आधे से अधिक कोरोना पॉजिटिव मरीज इंदौर में हैं। ऐसे में सवाल ये उठा रहा है कि अखिर इंदौर में प्रशासन लाख कोशिशों के बाद भी कोरोना को क्यों नहीं काबू में कर पा रहा है।

लॉकडाउन को लेकर उठे सवाल : कोरोना के संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए जिस लॉकडाउन को सबसे अहम हथियार माना गया है, उसी पर इंदौर में सवालिया निशाना खड़े हो गए। इंदौर आई केंद्रीय टीम ने जिले में लॉकडाउन के अनुपालन को ठीक-ठाक बताया है, जो कि अपने आप एक बड़ा सवाल खड़ा करता है।

जिले में लगातार बढती मरीजों की संख्या भी इस बात का इशारा करती है कि लॉकडाउन का अनुपालन जिस तरीके से होना चाहिए वैसा नहीं हो पाया। इसके अतिरिक्त कुछ ऐसे मामले भी सामने आए जब कुछ लोग ट्रकों में सवार होकर अन्य राज्यों से भी इंदौर पहुंचे। कुछ को तो पुलिस ने पकड़ा भी, जबकि कुछ चकमा देने में सफल रहे।

कंटेनमेंट जोन पर भी सवाल : इंदौर में 24 मार्च को पहला कोरोना पॉजिटिव मरीज सामने आने के बाद अब तक बीमारी को फैलने से रोकने के लिए 171 कंटेनमेंट जोन बनाए गए, लेकिन गृह मंत्रालय की टीम ने 20 कंटेनमेंट क्षेत्र की स्थिति को क्रिटिकल बताया है। केंद्र की टीम की रिपोर्ट इस बात का साफ इशारा है कि कही न कही कंटेनमेंट क्षेत्र को की स्थिति को लेकर प्रशासन ने जो योजना बनाई थी, उसको कंट्रोल में नहीं किया जा सका है। इस दौरान इंदौर के कंटेनमेंट जोन में मेडिकल और पुलिस की टीम पर हमले जैसी घटना भी सामने आई।

संदिग्धों की रिपोर्ट का देरी से आना : इंदौर में कोरोना संक्रमण के मामलों में लगातार इजाफा होने के सबसे बड़े कारणों में संदिग्ध मरीजों के सैंपल की रिपोर्ट देरी से आना भी है। संदिग्धों की रिपोर्ट देरी से आने के चलते ही शुरुआती दौर में बीमारी ने अपने पैर फैला लिए और जब तक प्रशासन को स्थिति के खतरनाक स्तर पर पहुंचने का अंदेशा होता तब तक देर हो चुकी थी।

इसका सबसे बड़ा उदाहरण वे पत्थरबाज हैं, जिन्हें प्रशासन ने गिरफ्तार किया था। उन्हें रासुका लगाकर विभिन्न जेलों में भेजा गया था। जब तक इन लोगों की कोरोना रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई तब तक वे कई लोगों में वायरस का संक्रमण फैला चुके थे। पुलिस वाले तक इससे नहीं बच पाए।

क्या कहा था कलेक्टर ने : पिछले दिनों इंदौर कलेक्टर मनीष सिंह का यह बयान की इंदौर में बाहर से आने वालों की स्क्रीनिंग नहीं की गई, जिससे की बीमारी फैल गई। इंदौर की हालात का जायजा लेने आई केंद्रीय टीम ने अपनी एक विस्तृत रिपोर्ट केंद्र सरकार को सौंप दी है।

टीम की रिपोर्ट को मीडिया से साझा करते हुए गृह मंत्रालय की संयुक्त सचिव और प्रवक्ता पुण्य सलिला श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि इंदौर में 171 कंटेनमेंट जोन बनाए गए हैं, जिसमें 20 जोन बहुत क्रिटिकल है। टीम ने महू के हॉटस्पॉट कंटेनमेंट क्षेत्र का दौरा किया है।

केंद्रीय़ टीम ने इंदौर में लॉकडाउन को अनुपालन को ठीक-ठाक बताने के साथ पीपीई किट और मास्क के पर्याप्त मात्रा में होने की बात कही है। दूसरी ओर, केन्द्रीय दल के साथ आए सफदरजंग अस्पताल के डायरेक्टर जुगल‍ किशोर ने कहा कि अन्य क्षेत्रों के मुकाबले इंदौर में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं अच्छी है। जरूरी है कि आप बीमारी छिपाए नहीं, बिना डरे समय पर उसका इलाज करवाएं। 
क्या कहते हैं मंत्री : इंदौर के साथ प्रदेश में लगातार बढ़ती कोरोना पॉजिटिव मरीजों की संख्या पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री नरोत्तम मिश्रा कहते हैं कि भले ही मरीजों की संख्या बढ़ रही हो लेकिन प्रदेश में कोरोना से होने वाली मौत का ग्राफ गिर रहा है। वह कहते हैं कि प्रदेश में कोरोना से मृत्यु की दर से 10 फीसदी थी जो अब घटकर 4.8 फीसदी रह गई है। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री कहते हैं अब तक प्रदेश में कुल 1892 मामले सामने आए हैं, जिसमें इंदौर में 1029 मामले है।
