इंदौर। वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना (Corona) के कारण इंदौर शहर में लॉकडाउन चल रहा है। लोगों का घरों से निकलना प्रतिबंधित है, वहीं घरों में राशन पहुंचाने का काम नगर निगम की टीम कर रही है। इस पूरी व्यवस्था में अव्यवस्थाएं भी सामने आ रही हैं, एक ओर जहां ऑर्डर के बाद 5 दिन में भी लोगों के पास जरूरी सामान नहीं पहुंच पा रहा है, वहीं कुछ लोगों ने सामान लेने से ही इंकार कर दिया है।
जानकारी के मुताबिक शुरुआत में करीब 4000 लोगों ने किराना सामान का ऑर्डर दिया, लेकिन जब निगमकर्मी सामान देने पहुंचे तो अधिकांश लोगों ने यह कहकर लेने से इंकार कर दिया है कि उन्हें लगा था कि यह मुफ्त में दिया जाएगा। दूसरे शब्दों में कहें तो लोग इस व्यवस्था को पलीता लगाने का काम कर रहे हैं।
चूंकि लॉकडाउन के चलते नगर निगम ने जरूरतमंदों के लिए दैनिक उपयोग के सामान के लिए यह व्यवस्था की थी कि लोग निगमकर्मियों को किराना सामान का ऑर्डर दे सकते हैं। यह सुविधा शुरू होते ही बड़ी संख्या में लोगों ने ऑर्डर दिए, लेकिन जब किराना दुकान से उनके घर सामान पहुंचा तो लोगों ने बहाने बनाकर सामान लेने से मना कर दिया।
इस संबंध में निगम अधिकारियों का कहना है कि इससे मानव श्रम, समय के साथ व्यवसायियों को भी नुकसान हो रहा है। हद तो यह है कि कुछ लोग यह कहते हुए किराना सामान लेने से मना कर रहे हैं कि हमें लगा निगम यह सामान मुफ्त में देगा, इसीलिए ऑर्डर दिया। हमें क्या पता था कि रुपए देने पड़ेंगे।
दूसरी ओर, वार्ड नंबर 49 पिपलियाहाना निवासी अजय दवे एवं शैलेन्द्र जैन ने बताया कि हमने कचरा गाड़ी के माध्यम से 3 दिन पहले जरूरी सामान के लिए ऑर्डर किया था, लेकिन हमें अब तक सामान नहीं मिला है। यदि समय पर राशन नहीं मिलेगा तो निश्चित ही परिवार की मुश्किलें बढ़ेंगी।
साउथ तुकोगंज निवासी स्वप्निल जैन ने निगम की व्यवस्था को लेकर पूरी तरह संतोष जताया। उन्होंने बताया कि मेरा अनुभव अच्छा रहा साथ ही तुलनात्मक रूप से सामान की कीमतें और क्वालिटी भी सही थी।
वहीं, वार्ड क्रमांक 23 के गौरीनगर निवासी रवि मौर्य ने बताया कि मैंने शनिवार 4 अप्रैल को आटा एवं कुछ अन्य सामान का ऑर्डर कचरा गाड़ी के माध्यम से किया था, लेकिन मुझे 8 अप्रैल तक सामान प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि चूंकि जरूरी सामान की दुकानें भी बंद हैं, ऐसे में मुश्किलें बढ़ गई हैं।

नगर पंचायत क्षेत्रों में भी रोजमर्रा के सामान के लिए कचरा गाड़ी के माध्यम से व्यवस्था की गई है, लेकिन कुछ स्थानों पर लोगों की शिकायतें थीं कि कचरा गाड़ी ही 2 दिन से नहीं आई है।
राऊ नगर पंचायत के सीएमओ निंगवाल ने बताया कि हमने कचरा गाड़ी के चालकों को सामान का फॉर्मेट उपलब्ध करवाया है जिसके माध्यम से लोग ऑर्डर कर सकते हैं। यह सूची संबंधित दुकानदार तक जाएगी, जो लोगों तक सामान पहुंचाएंगे। इसके लिए हमने आईडी कार्ड भी जारी किए हैं। करीब 24 घंटे में लोगों के पास सामान पहुंच जाता है।
राऊ नगर पंचायत के अंतर्गत आने वाली रॉयल कृष्णा बंग्लो रहवासी संघ के अध्यक्ष महादेव पाटीदार ने बताया कि राशन के संबंध में माइक से अनाउंस किया गया था साथ ही ऑर्डर फॉर्म भी वितरित किए गए। लोगों ने भरकर भी दिए हैं, लेकिन अभी तक सामान की आपूर्ति नहीं की गई है। अच्छा होता यदि हमको व्यापारियों के नंबर दे दिए जाते तो हम उनसे सामान के संबंध में संपर्क कर लेते और प्रशासन को भी आसानी हो जाती।
