नासिक। देश में सबसे ज्यादा सक्रिय कोरोनावायरस (Coronavirus) मरीजों की संख्या वाले 10 जिलों में महाराष्ट्र के 7 जिले शामिल हैं। इनमें से एक नासिक भी है। एक समय नासिक जिले में कोरोना मरीजों की संख्या 2 लाख तक पहुंच गई थी, जो कि अब धीरे-धीरे घट रही है। मरीजों की संख्या पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए पालिका द्वारा कई उपाय किए गए हैं।
जिला नोडल अधिकारी डॉ. अनंत पवार के मुताबिक अब तक 3 लाख 49 हजार 875 मरीज कोरोना मुक्त हो चुके हैं, जबकि 18 हजार 132 मरीजों का इलाज चल रहा है। अब तक 4 हजार 130 मरीजों की मौत हो चुकी है।
ग्रामीण नासिक और नासिक में 2 हजार 123, बगलान में 609, चंदवाड़ में 613, देवला में 595, डिंडोरी में 671, इगतपुरी में 203, कलवन में 561, मालेगांव में 361, नंदगांव में 323, निफड़ में 1 हजार 164, पेठ 82, सिन्नर में 1 हजार 259, सुरगना में 315, त्र्यंबकेश्वर 190 और येवला में 238 और इस तरह कुल 9 हजार 306 पॉजिटिव मरीजों का इलाज चल रहा है।
साथ ही नासिक नगर निगम क्षेत्र में 7 हजार 470, मालेगांव नगर निगम क्षेत्र में 1 हजार 336 और जिले के 20 इस तरह कुल 18 हजार 132 मरीजों का इलाज चल रहा है। जिले में अब तक 3 लाख 72 हजार 137 मरीज मिल चुके हैं।
नासिक जिले में रिकवरी रेट : जिले में मरीजों के ठीक होने की दर ग्रामीण नासिक में 91.77 फीसदी, नासिक शहर में 95.76 फीसदी, मालेगांव में 86.65 फीसदी और जिले के बाहर मरीजों के ठीक होने की दर 97.66 फीसदी है। जिले में रिकवरी रेट 94.02 है। वहीं, नासिक ग्रामीण में 1 हजार 992, नासिक नगर निगम क्षेत्र 1 हजार 754, मालेगांव नगर निगम क्षेत्र 285 और 99 जिले के बाहर 99 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। अब तक 4 हजार 130 मरीजों की मौत हो चुकी है।

अस्पतालों में बेड की स्थिति : नासिक नगर निगम ने शहर में बिस्तरों की संख्या दिखाने के लिए एक पोर्टल बनाया है, अस्पतालों को इसकी जानकारी अपडेट करने के लिए कहा गया है। हालांकि, अस्पतालों द्वारा जानकारी अपडेट नहीं की जाती है, वेबसाइट पर बेड खाली दिखाई देते हैं और अस्पताल पहुंचने के बाद बेड वास्तव में उपलब्ध नहीं होते हैं। इसके साथ ही बेड की उपलब्धता की जानकारी के लिए http://covidcbrs.nmc.gov.in/home/hospitalSummary वेबसाइट भी बनाई गई है। नगर पालिका ने 9607623366/ 9607432233/ 0253- 2317292/ 7030300300 नंबरों पर भी जानकारी हासिल की जा सकती है।
640 बेड बढ़ाए जाएंगे : नासिक जिला सामान्य अस्पताल में 110 बेड की क्षमता हुआ करती थी। अब 90 बेड बढ़ाए जाने से बेड की क्षमता 200 हुई है। बिटको अस्पताल में 300, नासिक रोड स्थित दमकल भवन में 250 और भक्तनिवास स्थित कोविड केयर सेंटर में 250 अतिरिक्त बेड लगाए जाने से कुल 640 अतिरिक्त बेड बढ़ाए जा रहे हैं।
कैसे होती है कोरोना जांच : यदि किसी व्यक्ति में लक्षण हैं या वह किसी कोरोना मरीज के संपर्क में आया है और जांच कराना चाहता है तो नासिक में विभिन्न स्थानों पर कोरोना का परीक्षण किया जाता है। नासिक में टेस्टिंग के लिए हर जोन में अलग-अलग सेंटर खोले गए हैं। उस स्थान पर RTPCR और एंटीजन टेस्ट किए जाते हैं। साथ ही निजी अस्पताल जिन्हें कोविड हॉस्पिटल घोषित किया गया है, वहां की कुछ प्राइवेट लैब में भी टेस्टिंग की जाती है।
रेमडेसिवीर कैसे मिलता है? : नासिक नगर निगम द्वारा दरें, अस्पताल शुल्क आदि सभी https://nmc.gov.in/article/index/id/172 लिंक पर उपलब्ध कराए गए हैं। रेमडिसिविर इंजेक्शन कहां से प्राप्त करें, इसकी जानकारी भी यहां से हासिल की जा सकती है। नासिक नगर निगम द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार 79 कोविड अस्पताल और 34 मेडिकल के पास उपलब्ध स्टॉक की जानकारी दी जाती है। साथ ही 10 रिटेल विक्रेता की जानकारी साझा की गई है।
मरीजों के परिजन परेशान : देश के बाकी हिस्सों की तरह ही नासिक में भी कोरोना के मरीजों को दिए जाने वाले रेमडेसिवीर इंजेक्शन की भारी कमी की वजह से मरीजों के परिजन परेशानी का सामना कर रहे हैं। नासिक जिले सहित उत्तरी महाराष्ट्र में मरीजों को रेमडेसिवीर न मिल पाने से मरीजों के परिजनों को इधर-उधर भटकना पड़ रहा है। इस समय नासिक में रेमडिसिविर की कमी है और मेडिकल पर कतारें नजर आ रही हैं। नासिक जिला प्रशासन ने नागपुर से रेमडिसिविर इंजेक्शन मंगवाए थे।
टेस्ट रिपोर्ट आने में कितना समय लगता है? : RTPCR टेस्ट में 1 से 2 घंटे का समय लगता है। इस टेस्ट की रिपोर्ट 24 घंटे बाद आती है। जांच रिपोर्ट आने तक मरीज को आइसोलेशन में रहना होता है। वहीं, 20 मिनट में एंटीजन टेस्ट हो जाता है और इस टेस्ट की रिपोर्ट भी 1 से 2 घंटे में आ जाती है।
मरीज की कोरोना रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आने के बाद यदि मरीज में माइल्ड लक्षण नजर आ रहे हैं तो डॉक्टर की सलाह के मुताबिक वह घर पर ही आइसोलेशन में रह सकता है। लक्षण गंभीर होने पर कोविड केयर सेंटर में भर्ती कराया जाता है। मरीज खुद केंद्र जा सकता है या सूचना मिलने पर नगर निगम की एंबुलेंस भेजी जाती है।
टीकों की कमी : नगर पालिका ने अब कोरोना के टीकों की कमी को दूर करने के लिए वैक्सीन खरीदने का फैसला किया है। मेयर सतीश कुलकर्णी और कमिश्नर कैलास जाधव की मौजूदगी में हुई ग्रुप लीडर्स की बैठक में यह फैसला लिया गया। वैश्विक निविदा प्रक्रिया में संभावित देरी को देखते हुए, मुंबई, पुणे और ठाणे से निविदाएं आमंत्रित की जाएंगी, जिसमें कम दरों की पेशकश करने वालों से वैक्सीन की खरीद की जाएगी। इस प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से कोविशील्ड और कोवैक्सिन दोनों टीकों की खरीद की जाएगी। वहीं, केंद्र सरकार की मंजूरी के बाद स्पुतनिक और फाइजर के टीकों की खरीद को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
इससे पहले वैक्सीन की खरीद के लिए ग्लोबल टेंडर जारी करने का प्रस्ताव कमिश्नर को सौंपा गया था। इस हिसाब से वैक्सीन की खरीद पर करीब 15 करोड़ रुपए खर्च होने की उम्मीद है। नासिक नगर निगम के लिए कितना टीका खरीदा जाए, इस पर स्वतंत्र समीक्षा बैठक करने का भी निर्णय लिया गया।
आयुक्त कार्यालय में हुई बैठक में शिंदे, शाहू खैरे, गजानन शेलार, नंदिनी बोडके, दीक्षा लोंधे आदि उपस्थित थे। बैठक में चल रहे टीकाकरण, रेमडिसिविर इंजेक्शन की उपलब्धता, घर-घर टीकाकरण की व्यवस्था, टीके उपलब्ध होते ही निजी कंपनियों और अस्पतालों को टीके उपलब्ध कराने जैसे विभिन्न मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुई, ताकि टीकाकरण केंद्रों पर भीड़भाड़ से बचा जा सके।
