Ground Report : क्या है जयपुर जिले के ग्रामीण इलाकों का हाल

जयपुर जिले के ग्रामीण इलाकों में Corona का असर नहीं है। स्थिति पूरी तरह नियंत्रण में है फिर भी लोग Corona के डर से पूरी ऐहतियात बरत रहे हैं। चूंकि ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था कृषि पर ही टिकी होती है और फिलहाल शहरों से संपर्क कटा हुआ है। इसके चलते किसानों को नुकसान भी उठाना पड़ा है। सब्जी, फल, दूध आदि शहर तक नहीं पहुंच पा रहे हैं, इसलिए उनका उचित दाम भी नहीं मिल पा रहा है। कहीं-कहीं तो किसानों ने सब्जी जरूरतमंद लोगों को बांट दी।

ग्रामीण और कस्बाई इलाकों में लोगों को जरूरत के सामान का संकट नहीं है, लॉकडाउन का भी पालन हो रहा है। चूंकि फसलें कट चुकी हैं, इसलिए लोगों का ज्यादातर समय घर और चौपाल पर बीत रहा है। आइए जानते हैं जयपुर जिले की चौमूं, चाकसू, बगरू, शाहपुरा एवं आमेर तहसील के विभिन्न गांवों एवं ढाणियों के रहवासियों की जुबानी, कोरोना से जंग की कहानी।

चौमूं तहसील निवासी एवं व्यापारी श्याम माहेश्वरी ने बताया कि वे लॉकडाउन का पालन करते हुए घर पर ही रह रहे हैं। उन्होंने अपने प्रतिष्ठान बंद कर रखे हैं। घर पर प्रतिदिन भजन-पूजन में अपना समय व्यतीत करते हैं। बच्चों की ऑनलाइन क्लासेस पर नजर रखते हैं। घर पर सब्जी, दूध, अनाज एवं अन्य खाद्य पदार्थों की किसी भी प्रकार की कोई कमी नहीं है। माहेश्वरी ने बताया कि सेहत का ध्यान रखने के लिए पौष्टिक आहार लेते हैं। यह समय सकारात्मक कार्य एवं सृजनात्मक कार्य करने का है। ईश्वर की कृपा से अभी तक चौमूं में कोरोना का कोई मरीज नहीं मिला है।

चाकसू तहसील निवासी विजेंद्र शर्मा ने बताया कि चाकसू में बाजार, सब्जी अनाज एवं मंडी निर्धारित समय पर खुल रही हैं। किसान अनाज लेकर मंडी में आ रहे हैं। दुकानदार एवं आमजन सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन कर रहे हैं। मंदिर बंद हैं, लेकिन कोई मंदिर एकांत में है तो कुछ एक भक्त सुबह-शाम चले जाते हैं। अस्पताल और परचून की दुकानें खुलती हैं। मेडिकल स्टोर्स खुल रहे हैं। यहां अभी तक कोरोना से संक्रमित एक भी मरीज यहां पर नहीं मिला है।

शाहपुरा तहसील के धवली गांव के निवासी पंडित सोमदत्त शर्मा ने बताया कि फसल की कटाई हो चुकी है, लेकिन किसानों को मजदूर नहीं मिलने से उनका थोड़ा-बहुत नुकसान भी हुआ है। वहीं, दूसरी ओर डेरियों पर दूध नहीं लेने के कारण भी पशुपालकों को भी नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है। लॉकडाउन के कारण दूध आगे सप्लाई नहीं हो रहा है। इस कारण से दूध कम दामों पर स्थानीय स्तर पर बिक रहा है। आवश्यक सेवाओं की दुकानें निर्धारित समय पर खुलती हैं। गांव में सेनिटाइजेशन भी हो रहा है।

बगरू तहसील निवासी सुनिल छीपा ने बताया कि बगरू में स्थिति सामान्य है, लेकिन काम-धंधे बंद हैं। हालांकि वेतन मिल रहा है। आवश्यक सामान एवं सेवाओं की दुकानें निर्धारित समय पर खुलती हैं, अन्य सामानों की दुकानें बंद ही रहती हैं। लॉकडाउन के कारण उन मजदूरों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, जिनका जीवन प्रतिदिन की मजदूरी पर निर्भर है।

छीपा ने बताया कि जान-पहचान वालों को तो राशन टाइम पर मिल जाता है पर जिनकी जान-पहचान नहीं है उनको यह कहकर टरका दिया जाता है कि दो दिन बाद आना। दूध-सब्जी सहित आवश्यक सामग्री घर पर भी पहुंच रही है, जिन लोगों के खेती-बाड़ी है एवं जिनके यहां सब्जियां बहुत मात्रा में हो रही है, वे इनका निशुल्क वितरण करके पुण्य भी कमा रहे हैं।

जिले की बस्सी तहसील के पालावाला जाटान के निवासी एवं व्यापारी नरेश मेठी ने बताया कि 6 हजार की आबादी वाले इस गांव में बाजार निर्धारित समय पर खुलते हैं। इस समय में गांव से लगती करीब 25 ढाणियों के रहवासी अपनी आवश्यकता के अनुसार सामान खरीदने आते हैं। गांव में किसी भी प्रकार की कोई समस्या नहीं है। लोग आपसी सहयोग से रह रहे हैं एवं आवश्यकता पड़ने पर मदद भी कर देते हैं।

जिले की आमेर तहसील के कालवाड़ कस्बे के घोसल्यों की ढाणी के निवासी कालू राम जाट ने बताया कि कस्बे एवं कस्बे से लगती आसपास की ढाणियों में जनजीवन सामान्य है। किसी को भी कोई तकलीफ नहीं है। हालांकि लॉकडाउन के चलते सब्जियों की बिक्री नहीं होने के कारण काफी नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है। मिर्ची, टमाटर आदि बहुत मात्रा में हुए हैं, लेकिन बिक्री उतनी नहीं है।

कोरोना मामलों के नोडल अधिकारी डॉ. सुरेन्द्र सैनी ने वेबदुनिया से बातचीत में बताया कि जयपुर के ग्रामीण इलाकों में स्थिति पूरी तरह ठीक है। दूदू और जोबनेर में एक-एक मामला जरूर सामने आया था। एक पेशेंट ठीक हो चुका है, जबकि एक की मौत हो गई। उन्होंने बताया कि जिस मरीज की मृत्यु हुई है वह विगत 1-2 माह से बीमार चल रहा था। ग्रामीण इलाकों में कोरोना को लेकर कोई समस्या नहीं है।
