Ground Report : राम की अयोध्या में भी 'सांसों' का संकट, लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं Corona केस

मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम श्रीराम की नगरी अयोध्या भी कोरोनावायरस (Coronavirus) के संकट से अछूती नहीं है। 

कोरोना की दूसरी लहर घातक सिद्ध हो रही है। कहीं ऑक्सीजन की किल्लत है तो कहीं मरीजों को बेड नसीब नहीं है। जिला प्रशासन लगातार कोशिशें कर रहा है, लेकिन मुश्किलें कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही हैं। संकट के इस दौर में अयोध्या के साधु-संत भी आगे आए हैं। 

बढ़ते कोरोना संक्रमण पर नियंत्रण करने के लिए जिला प्रशासन व्यापक रणनीति बनाते हुए जिले में सुरक्षा कवच तैयार कर रहा है। जिले के प्रमुख स्थानों को कई बार सैनेटाइज किया जा रहा हैं। घर से बाहर निकलने वालों के लिए मास्क आवश्यक किया गया है। रात्रि 8 बजे से लेकर प्रातः 7 बजे तक का कर्फ्यू लगा दिया गया हैं।

बाहरी लोगों के ‍लिए नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट जरूरी : जिलाधिकारी अनुज कुमार झा ने बताया कि कोरोना की दूसरी लहर का अयोध्या में भी असर दिखाई दे रहा है। इसके चलते एक्टिव केसों कि संख्या 1000 से अधिक हो गई है। इसके उपरांत यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि अयोध्या में रात्रि के कर्फ्यू को अनिवार्य करने के साथ-साथ अयोध्या में मंदिरों का दर्शन करने आने वाले बाहरी दर्शनार्थियों के लिए कोविड का नेगेटिव टेस्ट जरूरी होगा।

जनपद में जितने भी फूड वेंडर, होटल, रेस्टोरेंट इत्यादि में बैठकर खाना खाने पर रोक लगा दी गई है। केवल खाने की पैकिंग की जा सकती हैं, साथ ही सवारी वाहनों पर भी सख्ती की जा रही है, ताकि वे क्षमता से अधिक सवारी न बैठा सकें। 

इन सभी नियमों को जनपद में सख्ती से लागू कराने के लिए पुलिस अधीक्षक शैलेन्द्र पांडेय ने कहा कि जिस तरह से कोरोना संक्रमण जनपद में तेजी से रफ्तार बढ़ रही हैं। उस पर नियंत्रण लगाने के लिए जो भी दिशानिर्देश जारी किए गए हैं उसे पुलिस सख्ती से लागू कराएगी। 

श्मशान घाटों में लकड़ियों की कमी : जनपद में रोजाना मरने वालों कि संख्या बढ़ती जा रही है। इससे यहां के श्मशानों कि भी स्थिति बिगड़ती जा रही है। लोग शवों को लेकर लाइन में खडे हैं तो कहीं शवों को जलाने के लिए लकड़ियों का आभाव होता जा रहा है। अब अयोध्या के श्मशान घाट पर शवों को जलाने के लिए लकड़ियों की व्यवस्था अयोध्या के साधु-संतों ने अपने कंधों पर ले ली हैं। नगर निगम भी सतर्क निगाह रखे हुए है। वैक्सीन की भी समस्या है। 

बचाव ही सुरक्षा : वहीं, डॉ. आरएम सिंह सहित जनपद के कई चिकित्स्कों का यह मानना हैं कि इस बार कोरोना बड़े घातक स्वरूप में आया है। इससे बचाव ही सबसे बड़ी सुरक्षा हैं। डॉ. सिंह ने कहा कि संक्रमितों कि संख्या बड़ी तेजी के साथ बढ़ती जा रही है। स्थिति यह है कि एक व्यक्ति से पूरा घर, एक घर से पूरा का पूरा मोहल्ला चपेट में आता जा रहा है। हम सभी को मास्क, सैनेटाइजर, सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग के साथ अपने घरों में सुरक्षित रहना चाहिए और वैक्सीन जरूर लगवाना चाहिए।

संक्रमितों की संख्‍या 12000 से ज्यादा : अयोध्या जनपद मे कोरोना संक्रमित कि संख्या 12000 से ज्यादा हो गई है, वहीं सक्रिय मरीजों की संख्‍या 22 से अधिक है। इस समय 2000 के लगभग मरीजों को होम आइसोलेशन में रखा गया है, जबकि 125 के लगभग मरीज दर्शन नगर मेडिकल कॉलेज में भर्ती हैं। बढ़ते संक्रमण को देखते हुए जिलाधिकारी अनुज कुमार झा ने निजी अस्पतालों की मदद लेने का निर्णय किया है।

वर्तमान में कोरोना मरीजों का इलाज करने के लिए एक मेडिकल कॉलेज ही है, जहां पर 200 बेड का एल-2 अस्पताल बनाया गया हैं। यहां केवल 120 बेड तक ही ऑक्सीजन की लाइन है। अब ऐसी स्थिति में बढ़ते कोरोना मरीजों के इलाज की व्यवस्था कैसे होगी, यह सवाल खड़ा हुआ है।
