मध्यप्रदेश में कोरोना मरीजों की संख्या तीन हजार का आंकड़ा पार कर गई है। भोपाल और इंदौर के बाद अब उज्जैन में कोरोना को लेकर हालात बिगड़ रहे हैं। जिले में कोरोना मरीजों की संख्या में लगातार इजाफा और बड़े पैमाने पर हो रही मौतों ने सरकार और प्रशासन की चिंता बढ़ा दी है।
जिले के बुरी तरह कोरोना संक्रमण की चपेट में आने के बाद सरकार ने उज्जैन कलेक्टर शशांक मिश्रा को हटाकर इंदौर नगर निगम कमिश्नर रहे आशीष सिंह को जिले की कमान सौंपी है। उज्जैन के CHMO अनुसूईया गवली का तबादला कर उन्हें क्षेत्रीय संचालक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उज्जैन के पद पर कर दिया गया है। डॉ. एमएल मालवीय को उज्जैन का नया CHMO बनाया गया है।
इसके साथ मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने उज्जैन में ट्रामा सेंटर में इलाज शुरू करने के निर्देश देते हुए गंभीर रूप में बीमार मरीजों के इलाज के लिए भोपाल और इंदौर के डॉक्टरों की मदद लेने के निर्देश दिए हैं। वहीं आज सरकार ने उज्जैन सीएमएचओ को भी हटा दिया।
संक्रमण और मौत के आंकड़ों में इजाफा – उज्जैन में लगातार कोरोना संक्रमित मरीजों की संख्या के बाद अब प्रशासन अलर्ट मोड पर है। कोरोना को कंट्रोल करने के लिए भोपाल एम्स से डॉक्टरों का एक विशेष दल उज्जैन पहुंच रहा है। उज्जैन में प्रति दस लाख की जनसंख्या पर संक्रमितों का आंकड़ा प्रदेश के औसत से दोगुना हो गया है। जिले में अब तक कोरोना पॉजिटिव मरीजों का आंकड़ा 198 तक पहुंच गया है वहीं मरने वालों की संख्या 40 तक पहुंच गई है। जिले में कोरोना संक्रमण की चपेट आकर मरने वालों की दर भी प्रदेश में सबसे ज्यादा है।
नए क्षेत्र में फैल रहा संक्रमण – उज्जैन में कोरोना वायरस का संक्रमण लगातार नए इलाकों में फैलता जा रहा है। शहर के मालीपुरा, दूधतलाई, ढांचा भवन और सांदीपनि नगर इलाका भी कोरोना संक्रमण की चपेट में आ गए। इसके बाद प्रशासन ने दूधतलाई, ढांचा भवन, सांदीपनि नगर और नागेश्वर धाम कॉलोनी को कंटेंटमेंट एरिया घोषित कर दिया है।
क्यों बिगड़े जिले के हालात?- उज्जैन में कोरोना को लेकर हालात बिगड़ने के पीछे प्रारंभिक तौर पर स्वास्थ्य विभाग की लापरवाही और लॉकडाउन का सख्ती से पालन नहीं करना नजर आता है। जिले के एक मात्र मेडिकल कॉलेज आरडी गार्डी मेडिकल कॉलेज में डॉक्टरों की मनमर्जी और खराब व्यवस्थाओं की पोल यहां पर भर्ती होने वाले मरीज पहले से ही खोलते आए हैं।
संक्रमण की चपेट में आकर अपनी जान गवांने वाले भाजपा पार्षद मुजफ्फर हुसैन ने भी मेडिकल कॉलेज की अव्यवस्था को लेकर कई सवाल खड़े किए थे। इसके साथ ही अस्पताल में भर्ती कई मरीज जिनकी मौत हुई है उनके परिजनों ने अस्पताल प्रबंधन पर कई सवाल खड़े किए हैं।

कोरोना पर आगे का एक्शन प्लान – कोरोना संकट में जिले की कमान संभालने वाले कलेक्टर आशीष सिंह ने आते ही संक्रमण को और फैलने से रोकने के लिए बड़ा एक्शन प्लान तैयार किया है। नए इलाकों में संक्रमण फैलने से रोकने के लिए अब जिले में सख्ती से लॉकडाउन को लागू कराया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि आने वाले समय लॉकडाउन में सख्ती की जाएगी भले ही इसमें लोगों को थोड़ी बहुत असुविधा का सामना करना पड़ा लेकिन संक्रमण को फैलने से रोकने के लिए सबसे कारगर उपाय लॉकडाउन ही है और प्रशासन अब शक्ति से इसको लागू करेगा।
संक्रमण को और फैलने से रोकने के लिए प्रशासन ने संक्रमित क्षेत्रों में बड़े पैमाने पर सर्वे और सैंपलिंग करने का एक्शन प्लान तैयार किया है। जिससे बड़े पैमाने पर टेस्टिंग कर पॉजिटिव लोगों की पहचान कर संक्रमण को और फैलने से रोका जा सके। कलेक्टर आशीष सिंह कहते हैं कि भले ही अगले 8-10 दिन में कोरोना के केसों की संख्या में और बढ़ोत्तरी हो लेकिन लोगों की जान बचाने के लिए यह जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिससे संदिग्ध लोगों की पहचान का कोरोना के संक्रमण की चैन को ब्रेक किया जाए सके।
कलेक्टर आशीष सिंह ने कहा कि अस्पतालों के मैनेजमेंट को मजबूत करने पर विशेष जोर दिया जाएगा। इंदौर के अरविंदो हॉस्पिटल में भी कोरोना पीड़ित मरीजों के इलाज के लिए कुछ बेड आरक्षित कराने की कोशिश की जाएगी जिसमें मरीजों का इलाज समुचित रूप से हो सके। वहीं आरडी गार्डी मेडिकल कॉलेज में लापरवाही के सवाल पर वह कहते हैं कि उन्होंने चार्ज संभालते ही मेडिकल कॉलेज के डॉक्टरों के साथ बैठकर कर व्यवस्था सुधराने के निर्देश दिए है।
