कोरोनावायरस (Coronavirus) के टीके (Vaccine) का सभी को इंतजार है। दुनिया में प्रमुख रूप से मॉर्डना, चीनी कंपनी CanSino Biologics, ऑक्सफोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी, इम्पीरियल कॉलेज, लंदन एवं यूएस बॉयोटेक कंपनी इनोवियो टीका बनाने का काम कर रही हैं। इनमें इम्पीरियल कॉलेज ने अपने टीके का परीक्षण शुरू कर दिया है, जबकि इनोवियो भी इसी माह परीक्षण कर सकती है।
इसी संदर्भ में नार्वे विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय के सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी और इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियरिंग के संकाय, आईसीटी और प्राकृतिक विज्ञान विभाग के साइबर भौतिक प्रणाली प्रयोगशाला में पोस्ट डॉक्टरल शोधकर्ता डॉ. रमेश चंद्र पूनिया ने वेबदुनिया से अपने विचार साझा किए।
कोरोना की दवाई के संबंध में पूनिया कहते हैं कि वर्तमान में कोरोनावायरस के लिए कोई अनुमोदित दवाई नहीं है। इसलिए कोरोना संक्रमण के गंभीर मामलों में ऑक्सीजन थैरेपी और वेंटिलेटर जरूर लोगों की उचित देखभाल में सहायक सिद्ध हो रहा है। कुछ रोगियों को नियमित एंटीबॉयोटिक्स दिए जाते हैं।
क्या मानव निर्मित है वायरस : कोरोनावायरस की उत्पत्ति को लेकर पूनिया कहते हैं कि मूल कहानी 2019 के अंत से ही आम जन के दिमाग में अच्छी तरह से स्थापित हो गई है कि वुहान स्थित विश्व के प्रसिद्ध हुआनन सीफूड बाजार में कोई भी एक व्यक्ति किसी एक पशु वायरस से संक्रमित था। लेकिन, कोविड-19 की मूल कहानी के कई पहलू हैं। इसके बारे में अभी भी अनिश्चितता बनी हुई है।

वैज्ञानिक उन सभी प्रजातियों को जानने का प्रयास कर रह है, जो प्रजातियां मनुष्यों से मिलती जुलती हैं। इसके लिए वैज्ञानिक अपने स्तर पर कड़ी मेहनत कर रहे हैं। हालांकि यह कहना बहुत ही असंभव है कि वायरस कहां से उत्पन्न हुआ है। चाहे वह वुहान लैब से आया हो या वेट मार्केट या और अन्य कहीं से। सभी नागरिक एवं सरकारी एजेंसिया इसके बारे में देख रही हैं।
पूनिया बताते हैं कि कई कंपनियां और संस्थाएं कोरोना वैक्सीन को विकसित करने की प्रक्रिया में हैं, लेकिन कोरोना वैक्सीन का उत्पादन करने की दौड़ में मुख्यतः 5 संगठन हैं-
1. मॉर्डना का mRNA-1273 वैक्सीन क्लिनिकल परीक्षण तक पहुंचने वाला पहला था, जिसे कोविड-19 के लिए जनवरी में जारी किए जाने के 8 सप्ताह बाद जारी किया गया था।
2. वुहान में चीनी कंपनी CanSino Biologics अपने वैक्सीन Ad5-nCoV को क्लिनिकल परीक्षण के चरण-2 में स्थानांतरित करने वाली पहली दावेदार बन गई है।
3. ऑक्सफोर्ड विश्वविद्यालय के ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 का परीक्षण पिछले महीने शुरू हुए चरण-एक का क्लिनिकल परीक्षण 18 से 55 वर्ष की आयु के 1000 से अधिक वॉलेंटियर्स पर किया जा रहा है।
4. इंपीरियल कॉलेज लंदन एक ऐसे रूप में वैक्सीन विकसित कर रहा है, इसके मानव परीक्षण की शुरुआत हाल ही में हो चुकी है। प्रो. रॉबिन शटॉक की अगुवाई वाली टीम ने फरवरी में जानवरों पर परीक्षण के साथ इसकी शुरुआत की थी।
5. यूएस बॉयोटेक कंपनी इनोवियो बिना उत्पाद विकसित किए एवं बिना एप्रुव उत्पाद के चार दशकों से मौजूद है। लेकिन पिछले महीने इसका परीक्षण शुरू करने के बाद से इसका स्टॉक बढ़ गया है। इस कंपनी का कहना है कि इसकी आईएनओ-4800 वैक्सीन प्री-क्लिनिकल मॉडल में प्रतिरक्षा प्रतिक्रिया का वादा करती है। कंपनी ने अपने चरण-1 के परीक्षण के लिए 40 स्वस्थ लोगों को नामांकित किया है। यह उम्मीद है कि इस गर्मी में दो या तीन प्रभावी परीक्षणों के लिए यह आगे बढ़ सकता है।

यह वायरस को आपके गले में श्लेष्मा झिल्ली के रूप में एक मार्ग देता है। 2 से 14 दिनों में हमारे शरीर की प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली बुखार, खांसी, सांस की तकलीफ, थकान, ठंड लगना, कभी-कभी कंपकंपी, शरीर में दर्द, सिरदर्द के साथ लक्षणों के साथ प्रतिक्रिया कर सकती है। इसके साथ ही कड़वा स्वाद, स्वाद का न आना, गंध का अहसास न होना, जी मचलाना, उल्टी एवं दस्त का होना भी हो सकता है।
