मुंबई के मेयर किशोरी पेडनेकर ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे का मानना है कि अभी महाराष्ट्र में किसी भी तरह के लॉकडाउन की आवश्यकता नहीं है। इससे पहले किशोरी ने कहा था कि मुंबई में 20 हजार केस होने पर लॉकडाउन लगाया जा सकता है। गुरुवार को मुंबई में संक्रमितों की संख्या 20 हजार से अधिक थे। 

मुख्यमंत्री का मानना है कि कोई भी लॉकडाउन नहीं लगाया जाना चाहिए, लेकिन लोग अभी भी कोरोना को लेकर गंभीर नहीं हैं और मास्क नहीं पहन रहे हैं। लोगों को कोरोना के सभी नियमों का पालन करना चाहिए। आज रेस्टोरेंट, होटल आदि में बैठने की क्षमता पर फैसला हो सकता है: मुंबई मेयर किशोरी पेडनेकर pic.twitter.com/SLu9Ogi8ED

हालांकि उन्होने कहा कि केस बढ़ने के बाद भी लोग अभी गंभीर नहीं है न ही मास्क का प्रयोग कर रहे हैं। पेडनेकर ने कहा कि लोगों को कोरोना नियमों का पालन करना चाहिए। उन्होंने बताया कि आज सीएम रेस्टोरेंट, होटल आदि में बैठने की क्षमता पर फैसला ले सकते हैं।

-कर्नाटक में ओमीक्रोन के 107 नए मामले सामने आए

-राज्य में अब तक ओमीक्रोन के 333 मामलों की पुष्टि हो चुकी है।

-स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों के मुताबिक संक्रमित लोगों को पृथकवास में भेज दिया गया है। यह अभी तक पता नहीं चल सका है कि संक्रमित मरीज लक्षण वाले मरीज हैं अथवा बिना लक्षणों वाले।

-प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा कि कोविड-19 के खिलाफ लड़ाई में भारत ने अपने नागरिकों को महामारी रोधी टीके की 150 करोड़ खुराक देकर एक ऐतिहासिक मुकाम हासिल किया है और दुनिया के ज्यादातर बड़े-बड़े देशों के लिए भी यह किसी आश्चर्य से कम नहीं है।

-मोदी ने कहा कि आज भारत की वयस्क जनसंख्या में से 90 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा लोगों को टीके की एक खुराक लग चुकी है और सिर्फ पांच दिनों के भीतर ही डेढ़ करोड़ से ज्यादा बच्चों को भी टीकों की खुराक दी जा चुकी है।

-उन्होंने कहा कि यह उपलब्धि पूरे देश की है, हर सरकार की है। मैं विशेष रूप से इस उपलब्धि के लिए देश के वैज्ञानिकों, टीका निर्माताओं और स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र से जुड़े कर्मचारियों का बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद करता हूं।

-केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने शुक्रवार को मीडिया में आई उन खबरों को ‘बेहद गलत’ और ‘भ्रामक’ करार दिया, जिनमें कहा गया था कि डब्ल्यूएचओ द्वारा 15-18 आयु वर्ग के लिए कोवैक्सीन टीके को ‘आपात उपयोग सूची’ में शामिल नहीं किए जाने के बावजूद इस टीके को मंजूरी दी गई।
