मेड्रिड/ मनामा। कोरोना वायरस (Corona virus) से इटली के बाद स्पेन यूरोप का दूसरा सबसे प्रभावित देश है। स्पेन में सोमवार को कोराना वायरस संक्रमण के करीब एक हजार नए मामले आए। वहीं, बहरीन में कोरोना वायरस से पहली मौत हुई है।
स्पेन के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय में आपात स्थिति के समन्वयक फर्नांडो सिमोन ने बताया कि सोमवार को करीब एक हजार नए मरीज सामने आए हैं, जिसके साथ देश में कुल संक्रमितों की संख्या 8744 हो गई है।
उन्होंने बताया कि 9 और मौतों के साथ देश में कोरोना वायरस से मरने वाली की संख्या 297 तक पहुंच गई है। हालांकि गत सप्ताहांत के मुकाबले यह संख्या कम है, क्योंकि शनिवार और रविवार के बीच 2 हजार नए मामले आए थे और 100 लोगों की मौत हुई थी।
सिमोन ने बताया कि मेड्रिड स्पेन का सबसे प्रभावित इलाका है, क्योंकि यहां 4 हजार 665 लोग संक्रमित पाए गए हैं। स्थिति की गंभीरता को देखते हुए आपात सेवाओं को छोड़ सभी सेवाओं को बंद करने और 4.6 करोड़ आबादी को घर में ही रहने का आदेश दिया गया है। प्रशासन केवल खाना और दवाएं खरीदने या इलाज के लिए ही घर से निकलने की अनुमति दे रहा है।

बहरीन के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने सोमवार को बताया कि कोरोना वायरस से एक महिला की मौत की पुष्टि हुई है और खाड़ी सहयोग परिषद (जीसीसी) के सदस्यों देशों में इस वायरस के संक्रमण से यह पहली मौत है।
मंत्रालय ने ट्वीट कर बताया, 65 वर्षीय महिला पहले से ही स्वास्थ्य संबंधी बीमारियों से ग्रस्त थी। हालांकि जीसीसी के सदस्य देशों में अब तक एक हजार के करीब मामले आ चुके हैं। संक्रमित मरीजों में अधिकतर ईरान की यात्रा करने वाले हैं।
उल्लेखनीय है कि सऊदी अरब, संयुक्त अरब अमीरात, कुवैत, बहरीन, कतर और ओमान जीसीसी के सदस्य हैं और इस महामारी पर काबू पाने के लिए सीमा को बंद करने सहित सख्त कदम उठाए हैं। इस बीच, हंगरी यूरोप का नया देश है, जिसने कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण को फैलने से रोकने के लिए सार्वजनिक जीवन पर पाबंदियां लगाई हैं।
हंगरी के प्रधानमंत्री विक्टर ऑर्बन ने सोमवार को संसद में दिए भाषण में कहा, हम यात्रियों के लिए सीमाओं को बंद कर रहे हैं। इस पर समन्वय करने के लिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर बात चल रही है। इससे भविष्य में केवल हंगरी के नागरिक ही देश में प्रवेश कर सकेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि स्थानीय समयानुसार सोमवार आधी रात से सभी सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रम प्रतिबंधित रहेंगे।
ऑर्बन ने कहा, मनोरंजन स्थल, सिनेमा, सांस्कृतिक संस्थान बंद होंगे। रेस्तरां और कैफे स्थानीय समयानुसार दोपहर 3 बजे तक ही खुले रहेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि 70 वर्ष या इससे अधिक उम्र के लोगों को घर में ही रहने की सलाह दी जाती है, हालांकि उनके बाहर निकलने पर रोक नहीं होगी।
उल्लेखनीय है कि हंगरी में कोरोना वायरस से संक्रमण के 39 मामलों की पुष्टि हुई है और एक व्यक्ति की मौत हुई है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय आयोजनों के लिए चर्चित जिनेवा के प्रशासन ने भी कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण के चलते बार और रेस्तरां को बंद करने और 5 से अधिक लोगों के एकत्र होने पर रोक लगा दी है।
जिनेवा में संयुक्त राष्ट्र का यूरोपीय मुख्यालय, विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन सहित कई महत्वपूर्ण अंतरराष्ट्रीय संस्थान हैं और गैर कार्यालीय समागम को 5 लोगों तक सीमित कर दिया है।
कैंटॉन काउंसिल के अध्यक्ष एंटोनियो होडर्ग्स ने कहा, परिषद ने आज सुबह से कड़े प्रतिबंध लगाए हैं। जिनेवा अर्ध नियंत्रण में है। 29 मार्च तक दुकानें शाम 6 बजे तक ही खुली रहेंगी। उन्होंने बताया कि सिनेमा, थिएटर, खेल के केंद्र और अन्य मनोरंजन केंद्र बंद रहेंगे।
