नई दिल्ली। केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने अपने अपडेट में कहा कि कोविड-19 की वजह से मरने वालों की संख्या बढ़कर 2,415 हो गई है और मामलों की संख्या बढ़कर 74,281 हो गई है। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि मंगलवार सुबह से 3,525 नए मामले सामने आए हैं और 122 व्यक्तियों की मौत हो गई है। इनमें ऐसे 47,000 ऐसे मरीज शामिल हैं जिनका अभी इलाज चल रहा है और 24,000 से अधिक ठीक हो चुके हैं।
हालांकि विभिन्न राज्यों से प्राप्त आंकड़ों के संकलन से पीटीआई द्वारा तैयार तालिका के अनुसार शाम 6.45 तक की स्थिति के अनुसार देश में संक्रमण के कुल मामलों की संख्या 75,144 है। इसके अनुसार अब तक लगभग 25,000 ठीक हो गए हैं।
केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री हर्षवर्धन ने बुधवार को कहा कि पिछले 24 घंटे में छत्तीसगढ़, लद्दाख, मणिपुर और मेघालय सहित 9 राज्यों एवं केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण का एक भी मामला सामने नहीं आया, जबकि अभी तक दमन एवं दीव, सिक्किम, नगालैंड और लक्षद्वीप में कोविड-19 का कोई मामला सामने नहीं आया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले 14 दिनों में मामलों के दोगुनी होने की दर 11 थी, जिसमें बीते तीन दिनों में और अधिक सुधार आया और दर 12.6 हो गई। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कहा कि कोविड-19 से मृत्यु दर 3.2 प्रतिशत और स्वस्थ होने की दर 32.8 प्रतिशत है।
हर्षवर्धन ने देश में स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र के बुनियादी ढांचे के बारे में विस्तार से बताते हुए कहा कि 900 विशेष कोविड-19 अस्पताल उपलब्ध हैं, जहां 1,79,882 बिस्तर हैं। 19,272 आईसीयू बेड, 1,29,689 बिस्तरों के साथ 2,040 कोविड-19 स्वास्थ्य केंद्र और 4,93,101 बिस्तरों के साथ 5,577 कोविड-19 देखभाल केंद्र उपलब्ध हैं। बयान में कहा गया है कि अब तक 8,708 पृथक-वास केंद्र उपलब्ध हैं।
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कहा कि केंद्र ने 78.42 लाख एन 95 मास्क और 42.18 लाख व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा उपकरण (पीपीई) राज्यों/ केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों और केंद्रीय संस्थानों को उपलब्ध कराए हैं।

केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कहा कि मंगलवार तक कोविड-19 के 2.75 प्रतिशत मरीज आईसीयू में थे, 0.37 प्रतिशत वेंटिलेटर पर थे, जबकि 1.89 प्रतिशत मरीजों को ऑक्सीजन दी जा रही थी।
उन्होंने इस बात का जिक्र किया कि देश में प्रतिदिन जांच क्षमता बढ़कर 1 लाख जांच की हो गई है। अब तक कुल 18,56,477 जांच की गई हैं।
मंगलवार सुबह से संक्रमण से कुल 122 मौत हुई हैं। इनमें 53 मरीजों की मौत महाराष्ट्र में, गुजरात में 24, दिल्ली में 13, तमिलनाडु और पश्चिम बंगाल में 8-8, राजस्थान और मध्यप्रदेश में चार-चार, तेलंगाना और उत्तर प्रदेश में दो-दो तथा आंध्रप्रदेश, पंजाब, चंडीगढ़ और पुडुचेरी में एक-एक मरीज की मौत हुई है।
कुल 2,415 मौतों में महाराष्ट्र में सर्वाधिक 921 लोगों की, गुजरात में 537, मध्यप्रदेश में 225, पश्चिम बंगाल में 198, राजस्थान में 117, दिल्ली में 86, उत्तरप्रदेश में 82, तमिलनाडु में 61 और आंध्रप्रदेश में 46 कोविड-19 मरीजों की मौत हुई। पंजाब और तेलंगाना में मरने वाले लोगों की संख्या प्रत्येक में 32 हो गई है।
मंत्रालय के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक कर्नाटक में 31, हरियाणा में 11, जम्मू-कश्मीर में 10, बिहार में छह, केरल में चार, झारखंड, चंडीगढ़ और ओडिशा में तीन-तीन लोगों की, जबकि हिमाचल प्रदेश, असम में दो-दो लोगों की मौत हुई है। मेघालय, उत्तराखंड और पुडुचेरी में एक-एक संक्रमित व्यक्ति की मौत हुई है।
मंत्रालय की वेबसाइट के मुताबिक 70 से अधिक मृतकों को पहले से कोई न कोई गंभीर बीमारी थी। इस बीच, भारतीय चिकित्सा आयुर्विज्ञान अनुसंधान परिषद (आईसीएमआर) ने कहा कि अब तक नौ अस्पतालों को औचक नियंत्रित क्लीनिकल ट्रायल की मंजूरी दी गई है।
राष्ट्रीय रोग नियंत्रण केंद्र (एनसीडीसी) के निदेशक डॉ. एसके सिंह ने पंजाब में कोविड-19 मामलों की स्थिति पर एक प्रस्तुति दी। उन्होंने कहा कि 12 मई तक 22 जिले इस महामारी से प्रभावित थे, जबकि राज्य में कुल मामलों की संख्या 1,913 है।
सिंह ने कहा कि पंजाब में कोविड-19 के मामलों में महाराष्ट्र के नांदेड़ हुजूर साहिब से लौटे तीर्थयात्रियों की संख्या अधिक है। कुल 4,216 में 1,225 की कोविड-19 जांच रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई है। राज्य के समक्ष एक और चुनौती देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों से लौट रहे करीब 20,521 प्रवासी कामगारों के लौटने से है।
स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक पंजाब में बुधवार सुबह 8 बजे तक कोविड-19 से 32 लोगों की मौत हुई है और संक्रमण के 1,914 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं।
बयान के मुताबिक हर्षवर्धन ने बैठक के दौरान लॉकडाउन के नियमों का सख्ती से अनुपालन कराना, संक्रमित लोगों के संपर्क में आए लोगों का पता लगाना, केंटोनमेंट जोन में समूची आबादी की जांच करना और आवश्यक वस्तुओं को घर-घर पहुंचाने जैसे पंजाब सरकार द्वारा अब तक उठाए गए कदमों की सराहना की।
हर्षवर्धन ने यह भी सुझाव दिया कि राज्यों में लौटकर जा रहे सभी लोगों के लिए आरोग्य सेतु ऐप को डाउनलोड करना अनिवार्य किया जाए।
पंजाब के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री बलबीर सिंह सिद्धू ने कहा कि लॉकडाउन के दौरान भी अस्पतालों में बाह्य रोगी विभाग (ओपीडी) जारी रही और गैर-कोविड स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं प्रभावित नहीं हुईं। (भाषा)
