नई दिल्ली। देश के लिए इस वक्त की बड़ी खबर यह है कि मोदी सरकार ने 31 मई तक लॉकडाउन बढ़ा दिया है। लॉकडाउन 4.0 में सरकार की गाइड लाइन भी जारी हो गई है। सभी रेल, मेट्रो और विमान सेवाएं बंद रहेंगी। सभी स्कूल बंद रहेंगे। सभी होटल, रेस्टोरेंट, सिनेमा हॉल और शॉपिंग मॉल भी बंद रहेंगे।
Lockdown 4.0 की गाइड लाइन एक नजर में
* मेट्रो और रेल सेवाएं अभी नहीं चलेगी
* घरेलू और अंतरराष्ट्रीय उड़ानों पर पाबंदी जारी रहेगी
* शॉपिंग मॉल पहले की तरह ही बंद रहेंगे
* देशभर में मंदिर, मस्जिद, गुरुद्वारे बंद रहेंगे
* राज्यों के बीच आपसी सहमति के बीच बसों की सेवाएं
* कंटेनममेंट जोन को छोड़कर अंतरराज्यीय बस सेवाएं शुरू होंगी
* कंटेनमेंट जोन में बस सेवाएं नहीं
* बुजुर्ग और 10 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चे घर पर रहेंगे
* शाम 7 बजे सुबह 7 बजे तक कर्फ्यू जारी रहेगा
* अब रेड, ग्रीन और ऑरेंज जोन राज्य तय करेंगे
* स्वास्थ्यकर्मी एक राज्य से दूसरे राज्य में आ जा सकते हैं
* स्टेडियम और स्पोर्ट्स कांपलेक्स खुल सकते हैं, लेकिन दर्शकों के बिना
* सार्वजनिक जगह पर पान गुटका खाने पर रोक, थूकने पर जुर्माना
* सार्वजनिक जगह पर शराब पीने पर रोक
* सभी दफ्तरों में थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग जरूरी
गृह मंत्रालय ने जारी नए दिशानिर्देशों में कहा कि लॉकडाउन 3.0 में और लॉकडाउन 4.0 में कोई ज्यादा बदलाव नहीं किया गया है। आपसी सहमति से राज्य चाहें तो बसें चला सकते हैं। भीड़ भाड़वाले इलाकों पर लोगों के जमाव होने पर प्रतिबंध जारी रहेगा। यही नहीं, शाम 7 बजे से सुबह 7 बजे तक कर्फ्यू जारी रहेगा। कंटेंमेंट जोन में कोई राहत नहीं दी है।
लॉकडाउन 4.0 में जारी दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार दुकान में 5 से अधिक ग्राहक नहीं आएंगे। सभी को मास्क पहनना अनिवार्य होगा और 2 गज की दूरी रखनी होगी। कोई भी धार्मिक आयोजन नहीं होगा और सोशल गेदरिंग की इजाजत नहीं होगी। लॉकडाउन 4.0 में ऑफिसों को सेनिटाइज करना अनिवार्य होगा।
नए दिशानिर्देशों में अंतिम संस्कार में 20 लोगों को और विवाह समारोह में 50 लोगों के हिस्सा लेने की इजाजत लॉकडाउन 4.0 में दी गई है।

- राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (NDMA) ने भारत सरकार, राज्य सरकारों और राज्य प्राधिकरणों के मंत्रालयों / विभागों को 31 मई 2020 तक लॉकडाउन को जारी रखने को कहा है।
- राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण ने कहा कि कोविड-19 को फैलने से रोकने के लिए लॉकडाउन की अवधि को बढ़ाया गया है। नए दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए जाएंगे।
