बागली (देवास)। कोरोना अब देवास जिले में भी पैर पसार चुका है। देवास शहर व जिले की दो तहसीलें कोरोना संक्रमण की जद में हैं। कोरोना से जंग जारी है और स्थानीय प्रशासन मुस्तैद है। एक बड़ी आबादी घरों में है, लेकिन कुछ समाजसेवी अपने नैतिक दायित्वों का निर्वहन करते हुए इन मुश्किल घड़ियों में भी सामाजिक सरोकार के कार्य करके 'रीयल हीरो' साबित हुए हैं। हालांकि कोरोना प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में हालात सामान्य नहीं है। जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त है और दैनंदिनी के कार्य बंद पडे हुए हैं। अनुभाग मुख्यालय से 8 किमी की दूरी पर स्थित हाटपीपल्या भी कोरोना से जंग लड़ रहा है।
स्थानीय प्रशासन ने जनपद पंचायत सीईओ अमित व्यास और तहसीलदार बागली दीपाली जाधव के पर्यवेक्षण में स्क्रीनिंग पूरी कर ली है। लेकिन नगर अभी टोटल लॉकडाउन का सामना कर रहा है। इसलिए जीवन सामान्य नहीं हुआ है और रहवासी कठिनाइयों का सामना कर रहे हैं। इस दौरान नगर के माली समाज संगठन के मंत्री एवं पत्रकार अनिल धौसरिया मुश्किल परिस्थितियों में घिर गए। उनकी पत्नी की नियमित दवाई खत्म हो गई और वह दवाई नगर में उपलब्ध भी नहीं थी। वह केवल इंदौर में ही मिल सकती थी और इंदौर में भी कर्फ्यू लगा हुआ है। धौसरिया समझ नहीं पा रहे थे कि वे दवाई का प्रबंध कैसे करें।
ऐसे में उन्हें एसडीएम अजीत श्रीवास्तव की बात ध्यान में आई कि आवश्यक वस्तुओं की आपूर्ति की जाएगी और जप सीईओ व्यास के व्हाट्सएप नंबर पर दवाई की पर्ची मैसेज कर उसकी आपूर्ति का निवेदन किया। कुछ ही घंटों बाद उन्हें दवाई लेने के लिए दरवाजा खोलने का मैसेज मिला। उन्होंने दरवाजा खोला तो दवाई की थैली हाथ में लिए व्यास बाहर खड़े नजर आए। प्रशासन की इस प्रकार की सहायता देखकर धौसरिया अभिभूत हो गए।
कोरोना संकट में दे रहे प्रशिक्षण : कहा जाता है कि संकटकाल में देशसेवा की भावना चरम पर होती है और यह चरितार्थ किया है कि नगर के चिकित्सक डॉ. राऊल जोसेफ ने। डॉ. जोसेफ भारतीय सेना में चिकित्सक के पद पर कार्यरत थे और दिवंगत प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी द्वारा श्रीलंका में भेजी गई शांति सेना में भी अपनी सेवाएं दे चुके हैं।
डॉ. जोसेफ ने अमेरिका से लगातार प्राप्त सूचनाओं, प्रभावितों के आंकड़े, नवीन शोध एवं भारतीय परिस्थितियों को विश्लेषित करके विशेष ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम बनाया, जिसमें सबसे पहले पुलिस व चिकित्सक एवं स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों को कोरोना बचाव, रोकथाम के तरीकों और मरीजों में दिखाई देने वाले सामान्य लक्षण, कोरोना लक्षण एवं सामान्य लक्षणों से अलग हटकर सामने आ रहे लक्षणों की जानकारी दी। इसके उपरांत उन्होंने प्रशासन के फील्ड अफसरों, पत्रकारों व समाजसेवियों सहित जनता से संपर्क में आने के कार्य करने वाले अधिसंख्य लोगों को ट्रेनिंग देकर जागरूक किया एवं कार्यशालाएं कीं।
जरूरतमंदो तक पहुंचकर बने रियल हीरो लॉकडाउन में वंचित और श्रमिक वर्ग बुरी तरह से प्रभावित हुआ। रोज कमाना और अपना व परिवार का पोषण करना इस लॉकडाउन में सबसे बड़ी मुसीबत बना। काम व बाजार बंद होने के कारण कई परिवारों के चुल्हे बुझ गए। ऐसे में नगर के कुछ ऐसे युवा सामने आए, जिन्होंने अपने सामाजिक दायित्वों का निर्वहन किया।

कुंवर जयदीपसिंह उदावत : जयदीप के पास पहुंचने वाला जरूरतमंद कभी खाली हाथ नहीं जाता है। संकट के दौर में उदावत ने जरूरतमंदों तक पहुंचने की कारगर योजना बनाई। पहले तो उन्होंने क्षेत्र के किसानों को तैयार किया कि वे रबी सीजन खत्म होने के बाद भी अपने खेतों के हालियों व खेतों से जुड़े मजदूर परिवारों की सहायता करें। जरूरतमंद परिवारों को चिह्नित करने के बाद शक्तिराजसिंह चौहान के निर्देशन में सर्वप्रथम सब्जियां पहुंचाईं। बाद में प्रतिदिन खाद्य सामग्री के 150 पैकेट पहुंचाने शुरू, जिसमें 5 किलो आटा, 2 किलो आलु व लौकी व पत्तागोभी जैसी सब्जियां भी रखी गईं। इस कार्य में अधिवक्ता देवेन्द्र गोस्वामी, कमल जायसवाल, गोविंद यादव, महेन्द्रसिंह डाबी, नारायणसिंह कुशवाह, गुरूदत्तसिंह डाबी, शुभमसिंह तोमर, कुलदीपसिंह डाबी, विशालसिंह तंवर, संदीपसिंह उदावत सहित कई युवा जुटे।
विपिन शिवहरे : विभिन्न धार्मिक कार्यक्रमों सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने वाले शिवहरे ने जरूरतमंद परिवारों को भोजन के पैकेट भेजना शुरू किए। इसके लिए उन्होंने नगर सहित बागली सेक्टर के ग्रामों में भ्रमण करके अपना व मित्र मंडल के मोबाइल नंबर वितरित किए और प्रतिदिन दोनों समय लंच पैकेट तैयार करके वितरण शुरू किया। इस कार्य में जगदीश राठौर, सतीश गेहलोत, राजेश वर्मा सहित मित्रमंडल के सदस्य जुटे हैं।
युवक कांग्रेस विधानसभा अध्यक्ष दिलीप गुर्जर ने नगर को ही पूर्णतः सैनिटाइज करने का विचार किया। इसके लिए उन्होंने अपने मित्रों को एकत्र किया और नगर परिषद से सहयोग लेकर टेंकरों व जुगाड़ के उपकरणों के माध्यम से नगर के मुख्य व उपमार्गों, सभी मकानों के बाहरी हिस्सों, वाहनों, सामुदायिक भवनों, सरकारी कार्यालयों व दरवाजों या बाहरी रैलिंग के हाथ लगने की संभावना वाले हिस्सों को सैनिटाइज किया। गुर्जर ने लगातार तीन दिनों तक अपना अभियान चलाया। इस कार्य में मिंटू गुर्जर, गौरव जाट, कपिल टांक सहित मित्र मंडली का सहयोग रहा।
70 क्विंटल गेहूं एकत्र हुआ : जनपद पंचायत कार्यालय में जनसहयोग से 50 क्विंटल गेंहू एकत्रित हुआ है। अधिकांश गेहूं सरपंचों द्वारा अपने-अपने पंचायत क्षेत्रों से संग्रहित कर भिजवाया गया है। अब जप में पदस्थ कर्मचारी गेहूं पैकेट बना रहे हैं, जिन्हें चिन्हित कर जरूरतमंदों को वितरित किया जा रहा है। साथ ही सीईओ व्यास ग्राम पंचायत शादीपुरा के ग्राम कुलावाड़ में जब कोरोना संक्रमण निरोधक तैयारियों और सोशल डिस्टेंसिग आदि का जायजा ले रहे थे तब ग्राम के इकबाल पिता हामिद ने कोरोना युद्ध में सहयोग की मंशा जाहिर करते हुए ग्राम में मास्क वितरण के लिए 5100 रुपए एवं 2 क्विंटल गेहूं प्रदन किए।
क्लर्क ने दिए 21 हजार : चापड़ा उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय में पदस्थ सहायक ग्रेड 3 दिनेश बड़ोदिया ने अपने पिता स्व. राजाराम बड़ोदिया की स्मृति में कोरोना संकट से निपटने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष में 21 हजार रुपए दान का किया। उन्होंने खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी को पत्र भेजकर वेतन से उक्त राशि काटकर कोष में जमा करने का आग्रह किया।
