वडोदरा शहर व जिले में कोरोना वायरस (Corona Virus) के पॉजिटिव मरीजों की संख्या करीब 500 तक पहुंच गई है। वहीं, 31 लोगों की कोरोना वायरस से मौत हो चुकी है। इसके लोगों के स्वास्थ्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह व्यवस्था भी की गई है कि सब्जी बेचने वालों को हर तीन दिन में स्क्रीनिंग करानी होगी।
वडोदरा कमिश्नर अनुपमसिंह गहलोत के मुताबिक कोरोना की स्थिति को देखते हुए यह व्यवस्था की गई है कि लोगों को सब्जी-फल व अन्य जरूरी वस्तुएं मिलती रहें। इसके अलावा, सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग सहित लोगों की सुरक्षा के लिए प्रशासन ने चार अहम फैसले लिए हैं।
पहला, सब्जी वालों को सुपर स्प्रेडर माना जाता है, ऐसे में करीब ढाई हजार सब्जी वालों को अपने नजदीकी हेल्थ सेंटर में दोपहर के समय जाकर प्रो-एक्टिव स्क्रीनिंग करानी होगा। जरूरत पड़ने पर सैंपल भी देने होंगे। इस स्क्रीनिंग के दौरान किसी व्यक्ति में डायबिटीज, हायपर टेंशन, किडनी व सांस संबंधी बीमारी मिलती है तो उसे हाई रिस्क समझकर क्वारेंटाइन किया जाएगा। इसी के साथ सब्जी बेचने की उसकी परमीशन रद्द की जाएगी।
दूसरा, साग-भाजी बेचने वालों का हेल्थ कार्ड इस सेंटर में रखा जाएगा। जो सब्जी वाला तीन-तीन दिन बाद हेल्थ सेंटर आकर नियमित स्क्रीनिंग नहीं कराएगा, उसकी सब्जी बेचने की परमीशन रद्द होगी।
तीसरा, लॉकडाउन के दौरान इंडस्ट्री, हेल्थ केयर यूनिट्स, दुकानें, मॉल सभी को चालू रखने व सब्जी-फल की बिक्री के लिए अधिकृत पास दिए गए हैं। इनके अलावा कुछ और लोगों को भी छूट दे रखी है। इन सभी लोगों को नियमित स्वयं की सेल्फ स्क्रीनिंग करनी होगी।
चौथा, यदि इन्हें सर्दी, खांसी, बुखार या गले में दर्द व सांस में तकलीफ जैसे लक्षण दिखते हैं तो ऐसे लोगों को पास के हेल्थ सेंटर अथवा पालिका के टोल-फ्री नंबर- 1800 233 065 पर सूचना देना आवश्यक होगा। नियमों का पालन नहीं करने वाले लोगों पर कोविड-19 रेगुलेशन एक्ट 22 के तहत कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

वडोदरा के खत्रीपोल एरिया में रहने वाले बंकिम देसाई ने बताया कि जिस क्षेत्र में कोरोना पॉजिटिव केस की जानकारी मिलती है, उस एरिया के लोग स्वयं को क्वारंटाइन कर लेते हैं। जब इनसे पूछा कि आपको कैसे पता चलता है कि किस एरिया में कोरोना पॉजिटिव हैं तो बंकिम ने वेबदुनिया को बताया कि वडोदरा में हर शाम पांच बजे हेल्थ बुलेटिन जारी किया जाता है।
बुलेटिन में बताया जाता है कि शहर के किस एरिया में कितने कोरोना के केस हैं तथा नए कितने पता चले हैं। इतना ही नहीं, कोरोना प्रभावित मरीज का नाम भी इस बुलेटिन में जाहिर किया जाता है। इसके बाद यह सूचना वाट्सएप के जरिये रोजाना शहरभर में वायरल होती है। इस तरह हम सभी को अपने क्षेत्र में कोरोना पॉजिटिव की जानकारी मिल जाती है।
वहीं, वडोदरा स्थित ओएनजीसी में काम करने वाली नेहा व्यास ने वेबदुनिया को बताया कि उनके ऑफिस में एक दिन छोड़कर ड्यूटी पर बुलाया जाता है। अच्छी बात यह है कि सभी के लिए सिर्फ चार घंटे की वर्किंग तय की गई है। जिस वाहन से ओएनजीसी के लोग ड्यूटी जाते हैं, उनके वाहन पर इमरजेंसी सेवा का स्टीकर लगाया गया है। साथ ही मास्क पहनना तो आवश्यक है ही। यही कारण है कि पुलिस हमें रोकती नहीं है।
