इंदौर। जिला प्रशासन ने सोमवार को शाम को दूध के लिए जो छूट दी थी, उससे हालात बिगड़ गए। इसके बाद प्रशासन को बड़ा फैसला लेना पड़ा। शहर में मंगलवार से किसी भी हालत में लोग दूध लेने घर से बाहर नहीं निकल पाएंगे। सिर्फ बंदी का दूध सुबह 8 से 10 बजे तक बंटेगा और डेयरी के दूध के पैकेट भी घर तक पहुंचाए जा सकेंगे। इसके लिए किसी तरह की अनुमति की जरूरत नहीं होगी।
कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी मनीष सिंह ने इंदौर में टोटल लॉकडाउन के अंतर्गत 31 मार्च से आवश्यक वस्तुओं, खाद्य सामग्री, गैस और दवा कंपनी के कर्मचारियों को छूट प्रदान की है।

सबसे ज्यादा दूध की किल्लत होती है, जिसके मद्देनजर सोमवार को शाम को 2 घंटे के लिए छूट दी गई थी। इस छूट को वापस लेते हुए मंगलवार से नई व्यवस्था जिला प्रशासन ने की है। अब दूध वाहन और दूध विक्रेताओं को आने-जाने और प्रात: 8 बजे से 10 बजे तक घर-घर दूध प्रदाय करने की छूट दी गई है। अब कोई भी व्यक्ति घर से बाहर जाकर दूध लाने या अन्य कार्य की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
घरेलु गैस के लिए छूट : गैस सिलेण्डर घर पहुंचाने हेतु डिलेवरी ब्वॉय व वाहन चालक छूट रहेगी। गैंस एजेन्सी के ऑफिस के मुख्य दरवाजे को बंद करके अन्दर आफिस में कार्य संपादित किया जाएगा, किसी बाहरी व्यक्ति को प्रवेश नहीं करने दिया जाएगा
दवा कम्पनियां प्रतिबंध से मुक्त : जिला प्रशासन ने धार, उज्जैन, पीथमपुर, इंदौर जिला, देवास जिले के सभी दवाईयों से जुड़े संस्थान जैसे गोदाम, निर्माता यूनिट्स, दवा दुकानों के संचालक, परिवहन एवं इनके अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों, वाहनों को छूट प्रदान की है। पुलिस इस सभी श्रेणी के दवा संस्थानों या संस्थाओं से जुड़े अधिकारी और अधीनस्थ कर्मचारियों को उनके परिचय पत्र के आधार पर जाने की अनुमति देंगे।

हॉस्टल छात्रों और श्रमिकों के लिए व्यवस्था : बाहर के अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थी छात्रावासों में निवास कर रहें हैं या ऐसी लेबर जो किसी प्रोजेक्ट में अथवा ठेकेदार द्वारा इंदौर बुलाई गई है, इनके भोजन व रहने की समस्त व्यवस्था संबंधित होस्टल मालिक या प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर या ठेकेदार को करना होगी।
आदेश के उल्लंघन की दशा में संबंधित होस्टल मालिक या प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर या ठेकेदार के विरुद्ध दण्डात्मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी। यदि कहीं छात्रों को अन्य स्थान से टिफिन व्यवस्था से भोजन उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है तो ऐसे टिफिन संचालकों को केवल टिफिन होस्टल तक पहुंचाने हेतु आने-जाने के लिए इस आदेश से छूट रहेगी।
बैंककमियों के लिए यह रहेगी व्यवस्था : जिलाशीध के देशानुसार 31 मार्च को सभी शेड्यूल बैंकों की क्लोजिंग होने से केवल प्रात: 11 बजे से सायं 5 बजे तक घर से बैंक व बैंक से सीधे घर आने की अनुमति रहेगी। बैंक का मुख्य द्वार बंद कर केवल क्लोजिंग से संबंधित कार्य ही किया जाएगा। आमजन के किसी भी प्रकार के बैंक संबंधी कार्य नहीं किए जाएंगे।
नगर निगम ने राशन के लिए बनाया कंट्रोल रूम : इंदौर नगर निगम के आयुक्त आशीष सिंह ने बताया कि ऐसे नागरिक या परिवार जिनके यहां खाने के लिए राशन या कोई भी व्यवस्था नहीं है, उनके लिए राशन की व्यवस्था करने हेतु निगम द्वारा कंट्रोल रूम बनाया गया है, जिसका नंबर 0731-4758822 है।
इस नंबर पर जिस परिवार को राशन या खाने की सामग्री नहीं है, उसे सूचना देने पर राशन सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। जिस नागरिक या परिवार के पास किसी प्रकार की राशन सामग्री होने के उपरांत भी उक्त नंबर पर सूचना दी जाती है तो उनके विरुद्ध शासकीय कार्य में बाधा माना जाकर कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
शहर में टोटल लॉकडाउन का सख्ती से पालन : इंदौर में 3 दिनों का टोटल लॉकडाउन 30 मार्च से शुरु हुआ और इसका सख्ती से पालन किया गया। इसके तहत न तो पेट्रोल पंप चालू रहे और न ही दूध, किराना या सब्जी की दुकानें खुली। सुबह से लेकर देर शाम तक सड़कों पर सन्नाटा पसरा रहा और सड़कों पर बेवजह कोई भी वाहन नजर नहीं आया।
कोरोना संक्रमण के कारण इंदौर के ये इलाके सील : कोरोना पॉजिटिव मरीजों के मिलने के बाद शहर के बीचोबीच स्थित रानीपुरा को पूरी तरह सील कर दिया गया जबकि स्नेह नगर और सैफी नगर भी सील करने का काम शुरू कर दिया है।
थाना इंचार्ज अनिल गौतम ने बताया कि सैफी नगर में 13 और स्नेह नगर की 9 गलियों के करीब 1 किलोमीटर के दायरे को बैरिकेड्स से सील कर दिया है। इलाकें में कुछ लोग बदसलूकी भी कर रहे हैं, जिनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
