अरविंद केजरीवाल के 'Corona वेरिएंट' ट्वीट पर भड़का सिंगापुर, भारत को देनी पड़ी सफाई, AAP ने बताया BJP की घटिया राजनीति

नई दिल्ली। आम आदमी पार्टी के प्रमुख और दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के कोरोना वायरस के सिंगापुर वैरिएंट के ट्‍वीट पर घमासान मच गया है। इसे लेकर सिंगापुर ने कड़ी आपत्ति जताई है। बयान को लेकर भारत सरकार ने सफाई भी दी है। इधर आम आदमी पार्टी ने कहा कि भाजपा इसे लेकर घटिया राजनीति कर रही है।

सिंगापुर में कोरोनावायरस के कथित नए स्वरूप के मद्देनजर वहां उड़ान रद्द करने संबंधी मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की टिप्पणी पर सिंगापुर सरकार की आपत्ति के बाद भारतीय विदेश मंत्रालय ने बुधवार को स्पष्ट किया कि कोविड-19 के खिलाफ लड़ाई में दोनों देश मजबूत साझेदार हैं और दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री की टिप्पणी भारत का बयान नहीं है।

क्या कहा था केजरीवाल ने : एक दिन पहले ही अरविंद केजरीवाल ने ट्वीट किया था कि सिंगापुर में आया कोरोना का कथित नया स्वरूप बच्चों के लिए बेहद ख़तरनाक बताया जा रहा है, भारत में ये तीसरी लहर के रूप में आ सकता है।

केजरीवाल ने कहा था कि उनकी केंद्र सरकार से अपील है कि सिंगापुर के साथ हवाई सेवाएं तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द हों और बच्चों के लिए भी वैक्सीन के विकल्पों पर प्राथमिकता के आधार पर काम हो। सिंगापुर के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने कहा था कि इन दावों में कोई सच्चाई नहीं है।

विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने किया ट्‍वीट : विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने ट्वीट किया। इसमें उन्होंने कहा कि सिंगापुर और भारत कोविड-19 के खिलाफ लड़ाई में मजबूत भागीदार रहे हैं। परिवहन एवं आपूर्ति केंद्र और ऑक्सीजन आपूर्तिकर्ता के रूप में हम सिंगापुर की भूमिका की सराहना करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी मदद के लिए सैन्य विमान तैनात करने का उनका भाव हमारे अभूतपूर्व संबंधों को स्पष्ट करता है।

जयशंकर ने कहा कि कुछ लोगों के गैर-जिम्मेदाराना बयान से हमारी दीर्घकालिक साझेदारी को नुकसान पहुंच सकता है। इसलिए मैं स्पष्ट कर देता हूं कि दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री का बयान पूरे भारत का बयान नहीं है।

उसने कहा कि विदेश मंत्रालय को सिंगापुर में कोविड-19 स्वरूप के बारे में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के फेसबुक और ट्विटर पर की गई निराधार टिप्पणी पर खेद है जिसमें कहा गया है कि यह खासतौर पर बच्चों के लिये हानिकारक है और भारत में तीसरी लहर का कारण बन सकता है।

सिंगापुर वैरिएंट नहीं : इससे पहले सिंगापुर के विदेश मंत्री वी बालाकृष्णन ने ट्वीट कर केजरीवाल के बयान पर आपत्ति व्यक्त की थी। उन्होंने कहा कि राजनीतिज्ञों को तथ्यों पर बात करनी चाहिए । कोई ‘सिंगापुर स्वरूप’ नहीं है। जयशंकर के बयान के बाद सिंगापुर के विदेश मंत्री ने उन्हें धन्यवाद दिया। सिंगापुर के विदेश मंत्रालय ने अपने बयान में कहा कि कोरोना वायरस का कोई ‘सिंगापुर स्वरूप’ नहीं है और हाल के सप्ताह में कोविड-19 के जो कई मामले सामने आए हैं, वे बी.1.617.2 स्वरूप के हैं जो सबसे पहले भारत में पाए गए थे।

सिंगापुर के विदेश मंत्रालय ने भी दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री के दावे पर आपत्ति व्यक्त करते हुए अपने बयान में कहा कि केजरीवाल का बयान निराधार है। सिंगापुर के विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा कि वह इस बात से निराश है कि एक प्रमुख राजनीतिक हस्ती ऐसे दावे करने से पहले तथ्यों का आकलन करने में विफल रही।

बालाकृष्णन ने ट्वीट किया- धन्यवाद, डॉ. जयशंकर। हम अपने अपने देश में स्थिति से निपटने और एक दूसरे की मदद करने पर ध्यान केंद्रीत करें। जब तक हर कोई सुरक्षित नहीं, तब तक कोई सुरक्षित नहीं। सिंगापुर में सोशल मीडिया पर केजरीवाल के बयान को लेकर तीखी प्रतिक्रिया सामने आई है तथा उनपर 'गलत सूचना फैलाने' का आरोप लगाते हुए माफी की मांग की गई।

भारतीय उच्चायुक्त को किया तलब : सिंगापुर ने बुधवार को भारतीय उच्चायुक्त पी कुमारन से दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की कोरोना वायरस के कथित नए स्वरूप को लेकर टिप्पणी पर कड़ी अपत्ति से अवगत कराया जिसमें केजरीवाल ने कहा था कि यह बच्चों के लिए हानिकारक हो सकता है और भारत में तीसरी लहर का कारण बन सकता है।

इस पर भारत के विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता अरिंदम बागची ने ट्वीट कर कहा कि ‘सिंगापुर स्वरूप' वाले दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री के ट्वीट पर कड़ी आपत्ति दर्ज कराने के लिए सिंगापुर सरकार ने आज हमारे उच्चायुक्त को बुलाया था। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे उच्चायुक्त ने यह स्पष्ट किया कि दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री के पास कोविड-19 के स्वरूप या नागर विमानन नीति पर कुछ भी बोलने का अधिकार नहीं है।

भाजपा कर रही है घटिया राजनीति : आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता एवं उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने अरविंद केजरीवाल की टिप्पणियों का बचाव किया। साथ ही भाजपा एवं उसकी सरकार पर इस मु्द्दे को लेकर 'घटिया राजनीति' करने का आरोप लगाया। सिसोदिया ने संवाददाता सम्मेलन में कहा कि भाजपा और केंद्र के बयान एवं प्रतिक्रियाएं दिखाती हैं कि वे सिंगापुर में अपनी 'छवि' को लेकर 'चिंतित' है और भारत में बच्चों को लेकर नहीं। उन्होंने कहा कि केजरीवाल ने वायरस के सिंगापुर में मिले स्वरूप और बच्चों के बारे में बात की।

मुद्दा सिंगापुर नहीं : उन्होंने कहा कि मुद्दा सिंगापुर नहीं बल्कि बच्चे हैं। उपमुख्यमंत्री ने आरोप लगाया कि केंद्र उस समय कार्रवाई में विफल रहा जब वैज्ञानिकों और चिकित्सकों ने कोरोना के 'लंदन स्वरूप' के बारे में चेतावनी दी थी जिसके चलते भारत में कई लोगों की मौत हो गई।
