इंदौर में जन आक्रोश फूटने के कगार पर, 118 नए मरीज मिले, भोपाल के लॉकडाउन ने बढ़ाया डर

इंदौर। देश के सबसे स्वच्छ शहरों में 'हैट्रिक' लगाने वाले इंदौर में कोरोना विस्फोट से 300 से ज्यादा मौत होने के बाद शहरवासियों के सब्र का बांध फूटने के कगार पर पहुंच गया है। शासन और प्रशासन के बंद कमरों में लिए गए कठोर फैसलों से इंदौर के दुकानदार और सड़कों पर फल व सब्जी का ठेला लगाकर सामान बेचने वाले सख्त नाराज है। इनकी नाराजगी सड़कों पर उतरकर कब आंदोलन का रूप ले ले, कुछ कहा नहीं जा सकता क्योंकि अब इनके सामने रोजीरोटी का सबसे बड़ा सवाल खड़ा हो गया है। शहर में 118 फिर नए कोरोना मरीज मिले हैं। 1 नई मौत के बाद मरने वालों का आंकड़ा 301 और संक्रमितों की संख्या 6467 पर पहुंच गई।

संक्रमितों का आंकड़ा : जिला प्रशासन की लाख कोशिशों के बाद कोरोनावायरस (Coronavirus) के संक्रमितों का आंकड़ा थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। एक के बाद एक नए क्षेत्रों में कोरोना अपने पैर पसार रहा है। सुकून की बात यह है कि जहां रोजाना 4 मरीजों की मौत हो रही थी, वह संख्या घटकर 1 पर आ गई है। कल भी एक मरीज की जान गई थी और आज भी 1 मरीज की मौत हुई। विभिन्न अस्पतालों से 82 मरीज डिस्चार्ज हुए और अभी भी 1637 कोरोनो पॉजिटिव मरीजों का उपचार चल रहा है।

भोपाल के लॉकडाउन ने इंदौर का डर बढ़ाया : इंदौर से भोपाल की दूरी करीब 190 किलोमीटर है। बुधवार को भोपाल में 24 जुलाई से 10 दिन तक लॉकडाउन का ऐलान हो गया है, जिससे इंदौर के बाशिंदों में संभावित लॉकडाउन का डर अभी से सताने लगा है। हालांकि इस पर जिला आपदा प्रबंधन समिति की बैठक में तय होगा कि शहर के लिए कोरोना संक्रमण के बढ़ते प्रभाव को रोकने के लिए और क्या कदम उठाए जाएं लेकिन उससे पहले शहर में लगाई जा रही पाबंदियों से आक्रोश सामने आने लगा है।

ठेले पर सामान बेचने वाले सबसे ज्यादा नाराज : बुधवार से शहर में ठेलों पर एक जगह से सामान बेचने के प्रतिबंध के बाद लोगों का गुस्सा फूट पड़ा। जो ठेले बरसों से एक जगह अपनी पेढ़ी बनाए हैं, वे घूम घूमकर कैसे सामान बेचेंगे? यदि वे खड़े होकर धंधा करते हैं तो नगर निगम ठेले के साथ ही सामान भी राजसात कर लेगा। इसी निर्णय से वे काफी नाराज हैं।

बड़ा आंदोलन कर गिरफ्तारी देंगे ठेला चालक : इंदौर ठेला एवं पथ विक्रेता महासंघ के राजेश बिड़कर ने कहा कि शहर में 30 हजार ठेला चालक हैं, जिनके लिए फरमान जारी हुआ है कि वे घूम फिरकर अपना सामान बेचेंगे। निगम के फैसले के विरोध में सैकड़ों ठेला चालक की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित मालवा मिल सब्जी मंडी में हुई। बैठक में फैसला लिया गया कि यदि नगर निगम अपना आदेश वापस नहीं लेता तो जंगी प्रदर्शन करके गिरफ्तारियां दी जाएंगी।

पीएचडी करने वाली डॉ. रईसा के हाथ में ठेला : डॉ. रईसा अंसारी भौतिक विज्ञान में पीएचडी स्कॉलर हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे नौकरी नहीं मिली, इसलिए मैं परिवार का भरण पोषण करने के लिए ठेले पर मालवा मिल इलाके में फल और सब्जी बेच रही हूं। मेरी मां भी इस इलाके में 75 सालों से फल बेच रही हैं।

डॉ. रईसा ने अपनी वेदना व्यक्त की। उन्होंने कहा कि नगर निगम के कर्मचारियों ने कहा यहां से भाग जाओ। हम कहां जाएंगे? हमारा बड़ा परिवार है। उन्हें खिलाने के लिए कौन तैयार होगा? यदि हमें फल और सब्जी बेचने की अनुमति नहीं है तो हम कलेक्टर या निगम के सामने जीवन समाप्त करने के लिए मजबूर हैं।

भंवरसिंह शेखावत भी नाराज : भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व विधायक भंवरसिंह शेखावत भी शहर की व्यवस्थाओं से नाराज हैं। उन्होंने कहा 'बहुत हो गया, अब जिला प्रशासन खुलकर व्यापार होने दें। लॉकडाउन की वजह से व्यापार-व्यवसाय चौपट हो गए हैं। जिला प्रशासन लेफ्ट और राइट से दुकानें खोलने और ठेले व फुटपाथ पर सामान बेचने वालों को हटाकर ठीक नहीं कर रहा है। कहीं लोगों के सब्र का बांध टूट न जाए। यदि शहर में कोई जन आंदोलन होता है तो इसका नेतृत्व मैं खुद करूंगा।

होटल साउथ एवेन्यू सील : इसी बीच कलेक्टर मनीष सिंह ने होटल साउथ एवेन्यू सील को कर दिया है, जहां एक कांग्रेस नेता ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की थी और बाद में वे कोरोना पॉजिटिव निकले। यह पता लगाया जा रहा है कि यह संक्रमण और लोगों तक तो नहीं पहुंचा?

28 निजी अस्पतालों को निर्देश : इंदौर में लगातार कोरोना मरीजों की संख्या बढ़ती जा रही है, जिसके चलते प्रशासन ने 28 निजी अस्पतालों को भी 15 प्रतिशत बेड कोरोना मरीजों के लिए आरक्षित रखने के निर्देश दिए। सनद रहे कि पहले से सरकारी अस्पतालों के अलावा अरबिंदो और इंडेक्स में भी मरीजों का नि:शुल्क इलाज कराया जा रहा है। वहीं चोइथराम सहित अन्य अस्पतालों में सशुल्क इलाज की सुविधा है।

हरसोला (महू) में टोटल लॉकडाउन : अंबेडकर नगर महू के अनुविभागीय दंडाधिकारी अमिलाष मिश्रा ने हरसोला में 31 जुलाई तक टोटल लॉकडाउन की घोषणा कर दी है। मिश्रा ने यह निर्णय हरसोला में कोरोना संक्रमितों के बढ़ते मामलों को देखते हुए लिया है। संपूर्ण लॉकडाउन में बाजार, कार्यालय, अनाज, सब्जी फल और मंडिया आगामी आदेश तक बंद रहेंगे। हरसोला ग्राम में समस्त गतिविधियां प्रतिबंधित रहेंगी जिसमें दुग्ध व्यवसाय भी शामिल है। हरसोला से बड़ी मात्रा में इंदौर में दूध की सप्लाय होती है।
