Interesting Facts : दीपिका पादुकोण का फेवरेट हीरो, हीरोइन, सांग के अलावा और भी खास बातें

1) शाहरुख खान की फिल्म देखकर बड़ी होने वाली दीपिका पादुकोण ने कभी सोचा भी नहीं था कि अपनी पहली हिंदी फिल्म ‘ओम शांति ओम’ में ही उन्हें रोमांस के बादशाह के साथ स्क्रीन शेयर करने का अवसर मिलेगा। 

2) फराह खान ने दीपिका को एक विज्ञापन में देख फिल्म ‘हैप्पी न्यू ईयर’ (यह फिल्म फराह 'ओम शांति ओम' के पहले बनाने वाली थीं)  का ऑफर दिया था, लेकिन फिल्म शुरू ही नहीं हो सकी। इसके बाद फराह ने ही उन्हें ओम शांति ओम में लिया।

3) शाहरुख खान जैसे स्टार्स से दीपिका खुल सके, इसलिए ओम शांति ओम की शूटिंग शुरू होने के पहले कई बार दीपिका, शाहरुख और फराह ने साथ में लंच और डिनर लिया। 

4) दीपिका के पिता प्रकाश पादुकोण अपने जमाने के प्रसिद्ध बैडमिंटन खिलाड़ी रह चुके हैं, इसलिए दीपिका का झुकाव इस खेल की ओर था, लेकिन उन्होंने कभी इसमें अपना करियर बनाने की नहीं सोची। हालांकि वे राज्य स्तर पर इस खेल में हिस्सा ले चुकी हैं।

6) मॉडलिंग की दुनिया में आते ही दीपिका तुरंत प्रसिद्ध हो गईं। बॉलीवुड में कदम रखने के बाद करोड़ों लोग उनके प्रशंसक हो गए। एफएचएम ने उन्हें सेक्सिएस्ट वूमैन इन द वर्ल्ड और मेक्सिम ने ‘द हॉटेस्ट गर्ल ऑन अर्थ’ उन्हें घोषित किया। 

7) फिल्मों में कदम रखने के पहले निहार पंड्या के साथ उनका रोमांस चला। दोनों ने कुछ हॉट फोटो भी शूट करवाए। 

8) फिल्मों में आने के बाद दीपिका का झुकाव रणबीर कपूर की ओर हुआ। एक समारोह के दौरान उन्होंने स्टेज के पीछे रणबीर को आई लव यू कहा। दोनों ने खुलेआम स्वीकारा कि वे एक-दूसरे को चाहते हैं। 

9) नवंबर 2010 में प्रसारित टीवी शो ‘कॉफी विद करण’ के एक एपिसोड में जब करण जौहर ने दीपिका से पूछा कि वे रणबीर कपूर को गिफ्ट में क्या देना चाहेंगी, तो उन्होंने कहा ‘कंडोम।‘ सोनम के साथ मिलकर उन्होंने रणबीर का खूब मजाक उड़ाया था, जिससे रणबीर के पिता ऋषि कपूर नाराज हो गए थे। 

10) रणबीर कपूर से ब्रेक अप के बाद दीपिका को सिद्धार्थ माल्या के साथ लगातार देखा गया। दीपिका की खातिर सिद्धार्थ ने अपना वजन कम किया ताकि उनकी ओर दीपिका की जोड़ी अच्छी लगे।

13) कभी कभी मेरे दिल में खयाल आता है (कभी कभी) दीपिका का पसंदीदा गीत है। अपनी फिल्मों में से उन्हें ओम शांति ओम का ‘आंखों में तेरी अजब सी’ पसंद है। 

14) दीपिका को बॉलीवुड में अमिताभ बच्चन, आमिर खान और शाहरुख खान तथा हॉलीवुड से रिचर्ड गेरे, ब्रेड पिट और जॉनी डेप बहुत पसंद है। 

15) सलमान खान के साथ दीपिका फिल्म करना चाहती हैं। सलमान के शो ‘दस का दम’ में वे ये बात कह भी चुकी हैं, लेकिन सलमान ने अब तक उनकी इस बात पर ध्यान नहीं‍ दिया है।

21) शुरुआती  फिल्मों में दीपिका के अभिनय की आलोचना की गई, लेकिन 'पीकू', 'फाइंडिंग फैनी', 'बाजीराव मस्तानी' जैसी फिल्मों में उम्दा अभिनय कर दीपिका ने आलोचकों के मुंह पर ताला जड़ दिया।
