आज कल के युवा जितनी जल्दी किसी रिश्ते में बंधना पसंद करते हैं उतनी ही जल्दी रिश्तों में थोड़ी सी खटास आने पर दूरी भी बना लेते हैं। आज के समय अपने दिल का इज़हार करने के लिए एक फ़ोन भर की दूरी है। लेकिन अगर आप ख़ुद से और अपने पार्टनर से दस सवाल पूछ लेंगे तो इससे आपका भविष्य भी ख़राब नहीं होगा और आपके समय की भी बचत होगी।
तलाक़ मामलों में विशेषज्ञता रखने वाली वकील बैरोनेस फ़ियोना शेक्लेटन और एक्सेटर विश्वविद्यालय के शिक्षाविदों के एक समूह ने बताया कि रिश्तों में बंधने वाले जोड़ों को गंभीर संबंध में आने से पहले एक दूसरे से कुछ सवाल पूछ लेने चाहिए। इससे उन्हें रिश्तों को सुधारने में मदद मिलेगी।
सर्वेक्षण के अनुसार, सफल जोड़ों, पारिवारिक वकीलों और समझौता करवाने वालों का कहना है कि जिस रिश्ते में दोस्ती, सम्मान होता है और जो अपने बारे में सब शेयर करते हैं उनका रिश्ता ज़्यादा लम्बे समय तक टिकता है।
शेक्लेटन, जिन्होंने पॉल मैककार्टनी जैसे कई सितारों का प्रतिनिधित्व किया है, वे कहती हैं कि रिश्तों के शुरुआती चरण में ही यदि सही प्रश्न पूछ लिए जाएं तो भविष्य में होने वाली सिरदर्दी से बचा जा सकता है।
शेक्लेटन एक वकील के तौर पर 40 साल से अधिक तलाक करवा चुकी हैं, वे बताती हैं कि तलाक के लिए आने वाले 50 प्रतिशत से अधिक लोग मुझे अपने रिश्तों के बीच होने वाली खटास को बताते हैं। उनका मानना होता है कि उनकी उनके बेमेल पार्टनर से नहीं बनती।
इसके लिए ये भी कहा जा सकता है कि निष्कर्ष तक पहुंचने के लिए इसे अच्छा समय नहीं माना जा सकता। शेक्लेटन मानती है कि उनकी नजर में लॉन्ग रिलेशनशिप तब सफल हो पाती है जब दोनों ही पार्टनर को पता हो कि हैपी रिलेशनशिप कैसे बनाना है और कई बार ये सब परिवार के लोगों को देखकर या माता-पिता के रिश्तों से भी सीखने को मिलता है।
अच्छे दोस्त ही अच्छे पार्टनर होते हैं
शोधकर्ताओं ने 43 जोड़ों का इंटरव्यू किया जिनकी शादी को 10 साल हो चुके थे या जो इस दौरान अलग हो चुके थे। अन्य समलैंगिक और विषमलैंगिक 10 जोड़े भी शामिल थे जो कम से कम 15 सालों तक एक साथ रहे हो। अध्ययन के बाद नीचे दिए गए 10 सवाल सामने आए, जिन्हें हर रिश्ते की शुरुआत करने से पहले पूछना चाहिए-
1.क्या हम एक समान हैं?
सर्वे के अनुसार अधिकतर सफल जोड़े अपने रिश्ते की शुरुआत दोस्ती से करते हैं और धीरे-धीरे दोनों के बीच घनिष्ठ संबंध बनने लगते हैं। इसलिए शोधकर्ताओं का मानना है कि रिश्ते की शुरुआत करने से पहले दोनों पार्टनर को एक दूसरे से पूछना चाहिए कि क्या उनका रिश्ता दोस्ती पर आधारित रिश्ते जैसा है।
