पोर्न की लत से दरक सकता है मियां-बीवी का रिश्ता!

महाराष्ट्र के एक पिछड़े इलाक़े से ताल्लुक़ रखने वाली रत्ना (बदला हुआ नाम) ने जब शादी के बाद ज़िंदगी का नया सफ़र शुरू किया तो उनके मन में ढेर सारे अरमान थे। वह चाहती थीं कि उनका पति उन्हें वैसा ही प्यार करे, जैसे फिल्म 'दिलवाले दुल्हनिया ले जाएंगे' या 'हम दिल दे चुके सनम' में दिखाया गया है। शादी के बाद कुछ दिन इन फ़िल्मों की पटकथा के अनुकूल रहे। उनके पति उनकी ज़रूरतें पूरी करने वाले एक पढ़े लिखे इंसान थे।

लेकिन एक समस्या थी। पति के साथ सेक्स काफ़ी उग्र था और कभी-कभार हिंसक भी। उनके पति को पोर्न देखने की लत थी। रत्ना को वीडियोज़ में दिखने वाली चीज़ें बिस्तर पर दोहरानी होती थीं। उन्हें लगा था कि वक़्त के साथ पति का बर्ताव बदल जाएगा, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ। बल्कि वो और अधिक हिंसक होते गए।

पोर्न देखकर मारपीट

उन्होंने रात भर पोर्न देखना शुरू कर दिया और उत्तेजना बढ़ाने वाली दवाइयां खाकर ज़बरदस्ती सेक्स के लिए मजबूर करने लगे। अपनी मांगें पूरी न होने पर वो अब मारपीट भी करने लगे थे। एक दिन उन्होंने रत्ना के पांव छत के पंखे से बांधकर एक पोर्न वीडियो की तरह सेक्स किया। इस घटना ने रत्ना का संयम तोड़ दिया और वो भावनात्मक तौर पर ख़ुद को बहुत कमज़ोर महसूस करने लगीं। जब यह उनकी बर्दाश्त के बाहर हो गया तो उन्होंने अनचाहे मन से तलाक़ की अर्ज़ी दे दी।

सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता राधा गावाले कहती हैं, "इस पूरी घटना ने रत्ना की ज़िंदग़ी बदल दी। उन्हें अब भी लोगों पर भरोसा करने में परेशानी होती है। वो अपने मां-बाप के साथ रहती हैं। तलाक के बाद उनके पति ने दूसरी शादी कर ली है।"

राधा गावाले टाटा ट्रस्ट और महाराष्ट्र सरकार की ओर से बनाए गए वुमन एंड चिल्ड्रेन सेल से जुड़ी सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता हैं और उत्पीड़न की शिकार महिलाओं और बच्चों के लिए काम करती हैं।

राधा बताती हैं, "पति के पोर्न देखने और उन पर उसके असर के कारण पत्नी के साथ हिंसा और यौन उत्पीड़न करने के कई मामले हमारे पास पहुंचे हैं। पति ओरल और एनल सेक्स की मांग करते हैं, क्योंकि ऐसा उन्होंने पॉर्न वीडियो में देखा है। जब पत्नियां ये मांग पूरी नहीं कर पातीं तो मारपीट आम बात हो जाती है।" वो बताती हैं, "गांव-शहर और अलग-अलग सामाजिक और आर्थिक वर्गों में स्थिति अलग नहीं है। इनमें से ज़्यादातर घटनाएं तब होती हैं जब पुरुष नशे की हालत में होते हैं।"

दुनिया भर की वेबसाइटों पर आने वाले यूज़र्स की संख्या पर नज़र रखने वाली एनालिटिक्स कंपनी 'विडूली' की संस्थापक और सीईओ सुब्रत कौर कहती हैं कि 2016-17 में भारत में एडल्ड कंटेंट की खपत लगभग दोगुनी हो गई है। उनके मुताबिक, "हमारे सर्वे से पता चलता है कि सस्ते स्मार्टफोन की उपलब्धता और लगभग मुफ़्त इंटरनेट की वजह से पोर्न देखने की आदत में काफ़ी इज़ाफ़ा हुआ है।"

वुमन एंड चिल्ड्रेन सेल की मराठवाड़ा संयोजक ज्योति सकपाल का कहना है कि ऐसी घटनाएं पूरे महाराष्ट्र में हो रही हैं। उनके मुताबिक, "कई बार पुरुषों का अंतिम मक़सद यौन संतुष्टि नहीं होता। बल्कि वे अपनी मर्दानगी साबित करना चाहते हैं या अपनी पत्नियों को काबू में रखना चाहते हैं। ऐसी हिंसा इस विचार से पनपती है कि मेरी पत्नी मेरी संपत्ति है और मैं उसके साथ जो चाहूं, कर सकता हूं।"

सस्ता इंटरनेट भी वजह

पोर्नहब के डाटा के मुताबिक, विश्व में प्रतिदिन पोर्न देखने का औसत समय 8.56 मिनट और भारत का 8.22 मिनट है। इसके अलावा विश्व में प्रतिदिन पॉर्न वेबसाइट पर जाने का औसत 7.60 और भारत में 7.32 है।

राधा ने एक घटना बताई जिसमें एक व्यक्ति पोर्न वीडियो देखकर वही सब कुछ बिस्तर पर अपनी पत्नी के साथ दोहराने की कोशिश किया करता था। एक बार, उसने अपनी पत्नी को लकड़ी की एक चारपाई से बांध दिया और उसके शरीर में केला डाल दिया। इतना ही नहीं, उसने इस घटना का वीडियो भी बनाया और यह वीडियो अपने एक दोस्त को भेज दिया। वो बताती हैं, "वो एक दिहाड़ी मज़दूर था, लेकिन पॉर्न देखने के लिए उसके पास स्मार्टफोन और सस्ता इंटरनेट था।"

पोर्न देखना बुराई नहीं

हैदराबाद स्थित यौन रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टर शर्मिला मजूमदार कहती हैं कि किसी महिला को ऐसी स्थिति से दो-चार होना पड़े तो उसे तुरंत मदद मांगनी चाहिए। उनके मुताबिक, "किसी भी तरह की हिंसा या पैराफिलिया से कोई उत्तेजित महसूस करे, इसे स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता। आदर्श स्थिति में दोनों पार्टनर की सहमति होनी चाहिए, ताकि दोनों सेक्स का आनंद ले सकें।"

लेकिन दुर्भाग्य से भारत में रत्ना जैसी महिलाओं के लिए यह अब भी दूर का सपना है। सेक्स पर भारतीय महिलाओं की राय को बहुत कम तवज्जो दी जाती है। शर्मिला मानती हैं कि पोर्न देखने में कुछ बुरा नहीं है। वो कहती हैं, "कभी-कभी यह शुरुआत करने या स्वस्थ यौन रिश्ता बनाने में मदद करता है।" सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता राधा मानती हैं कि महिलाओं के लिए पहला क़दम है कि इस पर बात करें और उम्मीद करें कि उनके पति और परिवार के लोग उनकी बात सुनेंगे।
