बहन को आज़ाद कराने जब कोठे पर ग्राहक बना भाई

बिहार में बेगूसराय ज़िले के कस्बाई इलाके बखरी में एक नौजवान एक दलाल को रुपए देता है। इसके बाद वह एक महिला के साथ कमरे में दाखिल होता है और चंद मिनटों के बाद ही निकल कर लौट जाता है।

फिर कुछ समय बाद वही नौजवान पुलिस के साथ वापस पहुंचता है। इस बार वह उस महिला को देह व्यापार के दलदल से बाहर निकालने आया है। दरअसल वह महिला कोई और नहीं बल्कि उसकी अपनी बहन है।

पहली नजर में ये चौंकाने वाली घटना फ़िल्मी या काल्पनिक लग सकती है लेकिन बुधवार को बखरी में कुछ ऐसा ही हुआ। पुलिस कार्रवाई में दो महिलाओं को देह व्यापार के चंगुल से मुक्त कराया गया। इनमें से जिनका ऊपर जिक्र है वह बिहार के शिवहर जिले से हैं और दूसरी महिला झारखंड की हैं।

परिचित फेरी वाले को देख जगी आस

शिवहर की प्रतिमा (बदला हुआ नाम) ने अपने मायके पहुंचने के बाद बीबीसी को फोन पर बताया, "करीब तीन साल पहले अशोक खलीफा सीतामढ़ी से भगाकर मुझे बखरी लाया और फिर मुझसे यह काम कराने लगा।" बखरी में वह अपने बेटे के साथ रहती थीं। उनके मुताबिक उन्हें बंद करके रखा जाता था। वह कहीं निकल नहीं पाती थीं।

उन्होंने आगे बताया, "करीब दो हफ्ते पहले मेरे यहां एक फेरीवाला आया तो हम उसको देख कर बोले कि हम तुमको पहचान रहे हैं। वह भी बोला कि हम भी तुमको पहचान रहे हैं। इसके बाद हम उनका नंबर लिए और यहां से निकलने के लिए उससे बात करते थे।"

दरअसल वह फेरीवाला प्रतिमा के मायके का था।

मायकेवालों तक पहुंची ख़बर

फेरी वाले ने शिवहर आकर पूरा मामला प्रतिमा के परिवारवालों को बताया जिसके बाद प्रतिमा को आज़ाद कराने उनके मायकेवाले बेगूसराय पहुंचे। प्रतिमा के भाई मनोज (बदला हुआ नाम) ने उनकी रिहाई की कहानी इन शब्दों में बयान की, "फेरीवाले ने बहन को बता रखा था कि मैं आऊंगा। मैं अशोक खलीफा के पास ग्राहक बनकर पहुंचा। दो सौ रुपये देने के बाद उसने मुझे दो लड़की दिखाई।"

"मैंने इशारे में अपनी बहन को चुना। इसके बाद में कमरे में अपनी बहन के साथ करीब पांच मिनट रहा और उससे ये कहकर वहां से निकल गया कि थाने से पुलिस लेकर आता हूं।" इसके बाद प्रतिमा के पिता के द्वारा दर्ज एफ़आईआर पर बखरी थाने की पुलिस ने बुधवार को छापेमारी कर प्रतिमा और एक अन्य महिला को आजाद कराया।

आख़िर अपने घर पहुंची पीड़िता

बखरी थानाध्यक्ष शरत कुमार के बीबीसी को बताया, "प्रतिमा की रिहाई के बाद गुरुवार को उनकी मेडिकल जांच कराई गई और शुक्रवार को अदालत में उनका बयान दर्ज कराया गया। इसके के बाद उन्हें उसी दिन उनके माता-पिता के हवाले कर दिया गया।"

एफ़आईआर में नामित दो लोगों में से एक नसीमा खातून को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है जबकि दूसरे अशोक खलीफ़ा अभी फरार हैं। प्रतिमा शुक्रवार की आधी रात को बेगूसराय से अपने मायके शिवहर पहुंच चुकी हैं।
