नई दिल्ली। अयोध्या राम जन्मभूमि विवाद में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के ऐतिहासिक फैसले के बाद शनिवार को देशभर में स्थिति सामान्य रही और इस दौरान कोई अप्रिय घटना नहीं हुई तथा शांति एवं सौहार्द कायम रहा।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के मद्देनजर पूरे देश में सुरक्षा चौक-चौबंद की गई थी और इस मामले के केन्द्रबिंदु ‘अयोध्या’ को छावनी में तब्दील कर दिया गया था जबकि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी के कुछ हिस्सों में ड्रोन से निगरानी की गई।
उप्र में रही शांति : उत्तरप्रदेश में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के पुख्ता इंतजाम के साथ भारत-नेपाल सीमा को भी सील कर दिया गया। राज्य में स्थिति सामान्य है और पुलिस अधिकारी संवेदनशील इलाकों में पैदल मार्च कर रहे हैं। पूरे प्रदेश में शांति है और किसी अप्रिय घटना की सूचना नहीं है।
इस बीच सोशल मीडिया पर कुछ लोगों द्वारा भड़काऊ पोस्ट डालने के मामले सामने आए हैं। आपत्तिजनक पोस्ट करने के मामले में 7 लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है और 33 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। कुल 3008 पोस्ट हटाई गई हैं।
अयोध्या मसले पर निर्णय आने की सूचना के बाद उप्र के सभी स्कूल- कॉलेज, शिक्षण संस्थाएं, ट्रेनिंग सेंटर 11 नवंबर तक के लिए बंद कर करने का निर्देश जारी कर दिया गया था।
अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम विश्वविद्यालय में भी सभी कक्षाएं, परीक्षाओं को रद्द कर दिया गया। राज्य के पुलिस महानिरीक्षक (कानून एवं व्यवस्था) प्रवीन कुमार ने बताया कि अयोध्या समेत राज्य में शांति है और सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम पहले से ही किए गए हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि सभी जिलों में पुलिस और प्रशासन के अधिकारी शांति समिति की बैठक कर लोगों से सद्भाव एवं शांति बनाये रखने में सहयोग की अपील भी कर रहे हैं। राज्य में विभिन्न सुरक्षा बलों की 150 से अधिक कंपनियां तैनात हैं।
अलीगढ़ से प्राप्त रिपोर्ट के अनुसार अगले आदेश तक वहां इंटरनेट सेवा बंद है। पुलिस ने सोशल मीडिया पर भड़काऊ पोस्ट करने के मामले में 10 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। उन्होंने बताया कि शहर में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के पुख्ता इंतमजाम हैं। साहनपुर, मुजफ्फरनगर, मेरठ में भी अधिकारी गश्त कर रहे हैं। संवेदनशील इलाकों में पुलिस ने मार्च भी किया है।
गोरखुपर से मिली रिपोर्ट के अनुसार नेपाल सीमा पर सशस्त्र सीमा बल (एसएसबी) के जवान और स्थानीय पुलिस की गश्त जारी है।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला आने के बाद भारतीय क्षेत्र में फंसे नेपालियों को पैदल जाने की इजाजत दे दी गई, लेकिन नेपाल की ओर से भारतीय सीमा में लोगों को आने नहीं दिया गया। अभी भी सीमा सील है। दिनभर अधिकारी पुलिस बल के साथ सीमा क्षेत्र का जायजा लेते रहे।
रुपईडीहा स्थित भारत-नेपाल सीमा सुबह सील कर दी गई थी। कस्बे के सटे सीमा के उस पार नेपाली थाना जमुनहा पर भारतीय क्षेत्र में आने वाले वाहनों को रोक दिया गया।
नेपाल गेट से सटे भारतीय क्षेत्र में नोमेंस लैण्ड पर एसएसबी के जवान ड्यूटी पर मुस्तैद रहे। आज कुछ दुकानें बंद रहीं। बाजारों में सन्नाटा पसरा रहा।
देश के अन्य राज्यों में शांति : देश के कई दूसरे राज्यों में भी शिक्षण संस्थाएं बंद कर दी गईं। मध्यप्रदेश के सभी स्कूल-आज बंद रहे।
भोपाल में धारा-144 पहले ही लागू है। राजस्थान के भी सभी स्कूल और कॉलेज आज बंद रहे। दिल्ली में आज सभी सरकारी स्कूल और कई निजी स्कूल भी बंद रहे। उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने निजी स्कूलों से भी स्कूल बंद रखने की अपील की थी। केंद्र शासित प्रदेश जम्मू-कश्मीर के जम्मू में भी स्कूल-कॉलेज आज बंद कर दिया गया था।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को देखते हुए कर्नाटक में भी आज सारे स्कूल बंद रहे और राज्य के कई जिलों में कॉलेज भी बंद रहे। संवेदनशील स्थानों पर रिजर्व पुलिस की तैनाती की गई थी।
संवेदनशील इलाकों में पुलिसकर्मियों ने गश्त कर सुरक्षा स्थिति का जायजा लिया तथा शांति व्यवस्था कायम करने के लिए कुछ इलाकों में स्थानीय लोगों के साथ बैठकें भी की। कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए एहतियातन पूरे राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में धारा 144 लागू की गई थी।
फैसले के मद्देनर झारखंड की राजधानी रांची में एहतियात के तौर पर धारा-144 लागू कर दी गई। हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार ने आज फैसला सुनाए जाने के मद्देनजर राज्य में हाईअलर्ट घोषित कर दिया।
तेलंगाना में भी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बढ़ा दी गई। नगर आयुक्त अंजनी कुमार के अनुसार संवेदनशील इलाकों में शुक्रवार रात से ही सुरक्षा व्यवस्था कड़ी कर दी गई ताकि किसी भी तरह की अप्रिय घटना से बचा जा सके।
दिल्ली पुलिस ने लोगों से शांति बनाए रखने और सद्भाव कायम करने की अपील की थी। पुलिस की ओर से जारी परामर्श में कहा गया है कि शरारती तत्वों के खिलाफ अथवा उन लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी जो शांति और व्यवस्था की स्थिति बिगाड़ने करने या इस तरह की अन्य गतिविधियों में शामिल पाए जाएंगे।
