Ayodhya: भूमिपूजन के साथ ही राम की नगरी अयोध्या का विकास के नए युग में प्रवेश

अयोध्या। भूमि विवाद की काली छाया के चलते विकास की रोशनी से सदियों तक दूर रही मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम भगवान राम की नगरी अयोध्या ने बुधवार को भव्य राम मंदिर के लिए भूमिपूजन कार्यक्रम संपन्न होने के साथ ही बेहतर भविष्य की उम्मीद से परिपूर्ण एक नए युग में प्रवेश कर लिया। मोदी ने यहां राम जन्मभूमि परिसर में वैदिक मंत्रोच्चार के बीच भूमिपूजन किया जिसके साथ ही विकास के मामले में दशकों से उपेक्षित रही अयोध्या में विकास, मूलभूत सुविधाओं और रोजगार की उम्मीदों को पंख लग गए।

दरअसल, सदियों से अयोध्या को कभी अंग्रेजों तो कभी राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा अपने फायदे के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता रहा है। राम जन्मभूमि विवाद को लेकर अंग्रेजी हुकूमत ने अपने फायदे के लिए यहां हिन्दू-मुस्लिम के बीच खाई पैदा करने की कोशिश की, वहीं आजाद भारत में भी राजनीतिक दलों ने इसे राजनीतिक मुद्दे के तौर पर दशकों भुनाया जिसके चलते अयोध्या देश-दुनिया में धार्मिक पर्यटन स्थल से ज्यादा भूमि विवाद के कारण चर्चा में रही।

बाबरी विध्वंस के बाद जब पूरा देश दंगों की आग में झुलस रहा था, तब उसकी तपिश यहां के सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव को नहीं डिगा पाई थी। अयोध्या के मूल बाशिंदे मंदिर-मस्जिद विवाद से खुद को किनारे रखकर सरकारों से सिर्फ विकास की उम्मीद करते रहे।

राजनीति के गलियारों में राम की नगरी का इस्तेमाल तो खूब हुआ लेकिन अयोध्या की संकरी गलियां, बजबजाती सीवर लाइन, गंदगी के ढेर और मंदिरों की खस्ता हालत कुछ साल पहले तक मंदिरों के शहर की दुर्दशा बयां करने के लिए काफी थी।

उच्चतम न्यायालय का फैसला आने से पहले ही केंद्र और उत्तरप्रदेश में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) सरकारों के धार्मिक नगरी के विकास को लेकर की गई घोषणाओं ने यहां के लोगों में उम्मीद की किरण को फिर जन्म दिया लेकिन वादाखिलाफी के शिकार लोगों को अब भी यह एक सपने की तरह लग रहा था।

पिछले साल 9 नवंबर को उच्चतम न्यायालय के भूमि विवाद के संबंध में दिए गए ऐतिहासिक फैसले से पहले अयोध्या एक बार फिर संगीनों के साये में थी लेकिन उस दिन की सुबह भी अयोध्या के लोगों के लिए आम थी। लोग दुकान में खड़े होकर जलेबी-समोसे का मजा ले रहे थे। देखकर लगता था कि अयोध्या को कल भी विकास का इंतजार था और फैसले के बाद भी वह विकास की ही बाट जोह रही है।

भूमिपूजन कार्यक्रम को लेकर यहां हिन्दुओं में जितना उत्साह है, उतना ही जोश मुस्लिमों में ही दिखा। यहां पूजा सामग्री, वस्त्र, रंगबिरंगी चूड़ियां और अन्य धार्मिक साजोसामान में मुस्लिमों की भागीदारी लगभग बराबर है। भूमिपूजन कार्यक्रम को लेकर लोगों की जिज्ञासा इस बात को लेकर ज्यादा दिखी कि मंदिर निर्माण शुरू होने के साथ नगर की सूरत कितनी बदलेगी? हालांकि अयोध्या के लिए कई महत्वाकांक्षी परियोजनाओं की घोषणा सरकार पहले ही कर चुकी है।

राम की नगरी में नया हवाई अड्डा, मंदिर का स्वरूप लिए बेहतरीन सुविधाओं वाला रेलवे स्टेशन, कई होटल, लॉज बनाए जाएंगे। राज्य की योगी सरकार ने बजट में 500 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की विकास और सौंदर्यीकरण परियोजनाओं को जगह दी है।

विश्व के धार्मिक पर्यटन के मानचित्र में अहम स्थल के रूप में जगह दिलाने के लिए नई अयोध्या के तैयार ब्लू प्रिंट को अमली जामा पहनाने की तैयारी शुरू हो चुकी है। उम्मीद है कि 2024 तक राम मंदिर का निर्माण कार्य पूरा होने के साथ अयोध्या नए कलेवर में दुनिया के करोड़ों रामभक्तों के सामने होगी।

गौरतलब है कि अयोध्या में अभी तक एक हवाई पट्टी है जिसका इस्तेमाल माननीयों और खास लोगों के विमान के लिए ही किया जाता है। लेकिन हवाई अड्डे का निर्माण होने से विदेशी पर्यटकों के लिए अयोध्या का रास्ता आसान हो जाएगा। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के उन्नतिकरण का बजट 250 करोड़ रुपए है। जलापूर्ति परियोजना को भी अपग्रेड किया जाएगा जिसका बजट 54 करोड़ रुपए है।

बस स्टैंड के लिए 7 करोड़ रुपए और पुलिस बैरक के लिए लगभग इतनी ही राशि रखी गई है। तुलसी स्मारक के आधुनिकीकरण के लिए 16 करोड़ रुपए अलग रखे गए हैं वहीं 134 करोड़ रुपयों से राजा दशरथ मेडिकल कॉलेज को भी अपग्रेड किया जाएगा। सरकारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार 2003 और 2012 के बीच अयोध्या-फैजाबाद क्षेत्र में औद्योगिक इकाइयों की संख्या केवल 50 से 377 होते हुए 426 तक पहुंच गई।

वर्ष 2017 में सत्ता में आने के बाद योगी सरकार ने फैजाबाद जिले का नाम बदलकर उसे सदियों पुराना नाम 'अयोध्या' दिया। रामायण सर्किट की थीम पर राम की नगरी के गली-नुक्कड़ से लेकर चौराहों तक को चमकाने की कवायद जारी है। भगवान राम की 251 फिट ऊंची प्रतिमा के लिए जमीन चिन्हित की जा चुकी है। मुख्यमंत्री का पद संभालने के बाद योगी आदित्यनाथ ने सरयू तट के राम की पैड़ी पर 1 लाख 80 हजार दीप जलाकर दीपोत्सव का कार्यक्रम संपन्न कराया था जबकि 2018 में 3 लाख 85 हजार दीप जलाए गए थे। पिछले साल सरयू तट पर 4 लाख तथा 1 लाख 51 हजार विभिन्न धार्मिक स्थलों पर दीप जलाकर दीपोत्सव मनाया गया था।

रामायण सर्किट थीम के अंतर्गत रामकथा गैलरी, दिगंबर अखाड़ा में बहुउद्देश्यीय हॉल का निर्माण, अयोध्या बायपास के निकट मल्टी लेवल कार पार्किंग, पंचकोसी परिक्रमा मार्ग पर यात्रियों के ठहरने का प्रबंध, राम की पैड़ी, बस डिपो स्टैंड का निर्माण, अयोध्या के मुख्य मार्ग एवं फुटपाथ के नवीनीकरण का निर्माण, हनुमानगढ़ी, कनक भवन, पैदल यात्री मार्ग के नवीनीकरण का निर्माण, रामकथा पार्क का विस्तारीकरण का कार्य प्रगति पर है।

स्टेज पर ग्रेनाइट पत्थर की फ्लोरिंग, सामुदायिक शौचालय के निर्माण का कार्य, यात्री विश्रामगृह, दशरथ भवन के पास, सत्संग भवन, यात्री सहायता केंद्र, परिक्रमा मार्ग पर गेट का निर्माण, रैन बसेरा स्ट्रक्चर जैसे विभिन्न कार्यों पर सरकार कई करोड़ों का प्रोजेक्ट बना करके काम करा रही है। हालांकि धरातल में अभी यह काम लोगों को नजर नहीं आ रहा है।

भगवान राम की 251 फिट ऊंची मूर्ति की स्थापना के लिए जिला प्रशासन ने ग्राम मांझा बरहटा में 24 हैक्टेयर जमीन चिन्हित कर ली है लेकिन किसानों की सहमति न मिलने से कार्य अधर में लटका हुआ है। इसके लिए 100 करोड़ रुपया जिलाधिकारी को मिल गया है। अयोध्या के लोग मानते हैं कि राम जन्मभूमि के पक्ष में ऐतिहासिक फैसला आने के बाद विकास में तेजी आई है।

अयोध्या में प्रस्तावित हवाई अड्डा, निर्माणाधीन वृहद बस अड्डा, अयोध्या रेलवे स्टेशन का विकास, राम की पैड़ी पर सतत जल प्रवाह, गुप्तार घाट, लक्ष्मण घाट का विकास समेत विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत काम कराए जा रहे हैं। राम जन्मभूमि पर भव्य मंदिर निर्माण के बाद यहां आने वाले पर्यटकों की तादाद में इजाफा तय है जबकि अगले 2 सालों में उनकी सरकार अयोध्या को उसका पौराणिक स्वरूप लौटाने के लिए रात-दिन एक कर देगी। (वार्ता)
