Holashtak 2022: होलाष्टक प्रारंभ हो गया है, जो 10 मार्च 2022 गुरुवार से होलिका दहन यानी 17-18 मार्च तक रहेगा। होलाष्टक के 8 दिनों को अशुभ दिन माना जाता है और इन दौरान सभी ग्रहों को क्रोध आता है यानी की वे अपने उग्र रूप में रहते हैं। आओ जानते हैं कि क्या कारण है इसका।
होलाष्टक के 8 दिन बुरे क्यों :
1. होलाष्टक को ज्योतिष की दृष्टि में एक दोष माना जाता है। इन 8 दिनों में कोई भी मांगलिक कार्य, विवाह, निर्माण, गृहप्रवेश आदि को करना निषेध होता है। विवाहिताओं को इस दौरान मायके में रहने की सलाह दी जाती है। इन दिनों में किए गए कार्यों से कष्ट, अनेक पीड़ाओं की आशंका रहती है तथा विवाह आदि संबंध विच्छेद और कलह का शिकार हो जाते हैं या फिर अकाल मृत्यु का खतरा या बीमारी होने की आशंका बढ़ जाती है।
2. ज्योतिष मान्यता के अनुसार इस दिन से मौसम परिवर्तन होता है, सूर्य का प्रकाश तेज हो जाता है और साथ ही हवाएं भी ज्यादा ठंडी रहती है। ऐसे में व्यक्ति रोग की चपेट में आ सकता है और मन की स्थिति भी अवसाद ग्रस्त रहती है। इसीलिए इन दिनों को अशुभ माना गया है। हालांकि होलाष्टक के आठ दिनों को व्रत, पूजन और हवन की दृष्टि से अच्छा समय माना गया है।

9 ग्रहों को क्यों आता है क्रोध :
1. ज्योतिष विद्वानों के अनुसार अष्टमी को चंद्रमा, नवमी तिथि को सूर्य, दशमी को शनि, एकादशी को शुक्र और द्वादशी को गुरु, त्रयोदशी को बुध, चतुर्दशी को मंगल तथा पूर्णिमा को राहु-केतु उग्र स्वभाव के हो जाते हैं। उग्र स्वभाव के होने के कारण यह माना जाता है कि इन्हें क्रोध आता है।
कहते हैं कि सूर्य का ताप बढ़ जाता है जो गर्मी की अपेक्षा कुछ अलग ही तरह का रहता है उसी तरह अन्य ग्रहों का भी ताप बढ़ जाता है। ताप बढ़ने और उनकी चाल में परिवर्तन होने के कारण वे उग्र हो जाते हैं या उन्हें क्रोध आता है ऐसा माना जाता है। हालांकि इस दौरान इन ग्रहों को निर्बल भी माना गया है।
इन ग्रहों के निर्बल होने से मनुष्य की निर्णय क्षमता क्षीण हो जाती है। इस कारण मनुष्य अपने स्वभाव के विपरीत फैसले कर लेता है। यही कारण है कि व्यक्ति के मन को रंगों और उत्साह की ओर मोड़ दिया जाता है। इसलिए शुभकार्य वर्जित माने गए हैं। ब्रह्माण्ड पुराण में बताया गया है कि नवग्रह पीड़ाहर स्तोत्र का पाठ करने से ग्रहों की पीड़ा से मुक्ति मिल सकती है।
