1. आटे का दीपक : बरगद के एक पत्ते पर आटे का दीया जलाकर उसे मंगलवार को किसी भी हनुमान मंदिर या पीपल के वृक्ष के नीचे रख आएं। इस उपाय से कर्ज से छुटकारा मिलेगा। ऐसा कम से कम 11 मंगलवार करें। अश्लेषा नक्षत्र में बरगद का पत्ता लाकर अन्न भंडार में रखें, भंडार भरा रहेगा। हल्दी की गांठें, पान पत्ता और सुपारी तिजोरी में रखने से धन का भंडार बना रहेगा।
2. चीटियों को अन्न : मंगलवार के दिन आटे में पिसी हुई शक्कर मिलाकर उसे चीटियों को खिलाएं। ऐसा कम से कम 11 मंगलवार करें।
3. नीम की सेवा : मंगलवार के दिन नीम के वृक्ष में जल अर्पित करें और उसकी पूजा करके कर्ज मुक्ति की प्रार्थना करें। कहते हैं कि नीम का वृक्ष साक्षात मंगलदेव और हनुमानजी का रूप होता है।

4. नारियल का उपाय : एक नारियल पर चमेली का तेल मिले सिन्दूर से स्वस्तिक का चिह्न बनाएं। कुछ भोग (लड्डू अथवा गुड़-चना) के साथ हनुमानजी के मंदिर में जाकर उनके चरणों में अर्पित करके ऋणमोचक मंगल स्तोत्र का पाठ करें। तत्काल लाभ प्राप्त होगा।
5. शिव मंत्र : मंगलवार को शिव मंदिर में जाकर शिवलिंग पर 'ॐ ऋणमुक्तेश्वर महादेवाय नम:' मंत्र बोलते हुए मसूर की दाल चढ़ाएं।
6. भौम प्रदोष करें : हर महीने की दोनों पक्षों की त्रयोदशी तिथि को प्रदोष व्रत रखा जाता है। मंगलवार को आने वाले इस प्रदोष को भौम प्रदोष कहते हैं। इस दिन स्वास्थ्य सबंधी तरह की समस्याओं से मुक्ति पाई जा सकती है। इस दिन प्रदोष व्रत विधिपूर्वक रखने से कर्ज से छुटकारा मिल जाता है।
7. तेल और सिंदूर अर्पित करें : हनुमानजी के चरणों में मंगलवार व शनिवार के दिन तेल-सिंदूर चढ़ाएं और माथे पर सिंदूर का तिलक लगाएं। हनुमान चालीसा या बजरंग बाण का पाठ करें।
8. भात पूजा : मंगलवार को मंगल की भातपूजा, दान, होम और जप करना चाहिए। प्रतिदिन हनुमानअष्टक का पाठ सात बार करें। अगर प्रतिदिन करना संभव न हो तो मंगलवार को जरूर करें।
9. ऋणमोचक मंगल स्त्रोत का पाठ करें: यदि आप कर्ज घेरे रहते हैं, उन्हें प्रतिदिन 'ऋणमोचक मंगल स्तोत्र' का पाठ करना चाहिए। यह पाठ शुक्ल पक्ष के प्रथम मंगलवार से शुरू करना चाहिए। यदि प्रतिदिन किसी कारण न कर सकें, तो प्रत्येक मंगलवार को अवश्य करना चाहिए।
10. हनुमानजी से करें प्रार्थना : जब कोई भी उपाय सफल न हो रहा हो तो फिर अंत में हनुमान मंदिर जाकर मंगलवार और शनिवार को रोज उन पर तेल और सिंदूर चढ़ाएं। इसके बाद हनुमान चालीसा और बजरंगबाण का पाठ करें।
