કોઈપણ દેવી-દેવતાની પૂજામાં બ્રાહ્મણ દ્વારા આપણા કાંડા પર એક વિશેષ દોરો બાંધવામાં આવે છે. જેને નાડાછડી કહેવામાં આવે છે. આ દોરાને બાંધવાથી ધર્મ લાભ ઉપરાંત સ્વાસ્થ્ય લાભ પણ મળે છે. આવો આજે જાણીએ કે પૂજામાં લાલ દોરો કેમ બાંધવામાં આવે છે અને તેના શુ સ્વાસ્થ્ય થાય છે.

હાથ પર જ્યા લાલ દોરો બાંધવામાં આવે છે. ડોક્ટર પણ એ જ સ્થાન પર નાડી તપાસીને બીમારી વિશે બતાવે છે. લાલ દોરો બાંધતી વખતે આપણા કાંડા પર દબાણ પડે છે. જેનાથી ત્રિદોષ મતલબ વાત, પિત્ત અને કફ નિયંત્રણમાં રહે છે.
