દ્વારકામાં મેઘરાજાનું રૌદ્વ સ્વરૂપ: 18 ઇંચ વરસાદથી ધ્વજાજી દંડ ખંડિત, ડેમો છલકાયા

ગુજરાતમાં હવે ચોમાસુ સક્રિય બન્યું છે. છેલ્લાં ત્રણ દિવસથી સૌરાષ્ટ્રમાં અનરાધાર મેઘ મહેર થઇ રહી છે અને લગભગ સૌરાષ્ટ્રના તમામ વિસ્તારો પાણીથી તરબોળ થઇ ગયા છે. હવામાન વિભાગના અધિકારી ,ડો. જંયત સરકારે આગાહી કરી છે કે ગુજરાત પર બે સિસ્ટમ સક્રિય થઇ છે. જેના કારણે, હજુ આગામી 48 કલાકમાં સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતમાં ભારેથી અતિ ભારે વરસાદ વરસી શકે છે.

યાત્રાધામ દ્વારકામાં સોમવારે પડેલા 12 ઈંચ તોફાની વરસાદ બાદ મંગળવારે વધુ 6 ઈંચ પડતા 24 કલાકમાં 18 ઈંચ વરસાદ ખાબકતાં દ્વારકામાં પાણી ભરાયા છે. જેના લીધે મુખ્ય માર્ગો પર ગોઠણસમા પાણી ભરાતા રસ્તા બંધ થઈ ગયા હતા. ભારે પવન અને વરસાદના કારણે દ્વારકાધીશ મંદિરનો ધ્વજાજી દંડ ખંડિત થયો હતો. દેવસ્થાન સમિતિ પાસે નવો હોવાથી વરસાદ વરસાદ બંધ થતાં શાસ્ત્રોકતવિધિથી નવો દંડ પુનઃ સ્થાપન કરવામાં આવશે.

દ્વારકાના નીચાણવાળા વિસ્તારો અને રૂપેણ બંદરમાં પાણી ભરાયાની સમસ્યાથી લોકો પ્રભાવિત થયા હતા. તંત્ર દ્વારા પાણી નિકાલની પ્રક્રિયા હાથ ધરાઈ છે. ભાણવડમાં સતત ચોથા દિવસે પણ વરસાદ યથાવત રહેતા ડેમમાં પાણીની આવક વધી છે. ભારે વરસાદથી વર્તુ -2 ડેમના હાલ 12 દરવાજા 3 ફૂટ ખોલવમાં આવ્યા છે.

ભારે વરસાદના પગલે દેવભૂમિ દ્વારકા જિલ્લાના 6 ગામને ચેતવણી આપવામાં આવી છે. ભૂમિયાવદર ,મોરાણા , ફટાણા, પરાવડા, સોઢાણા, રાવલ સહિત ગામ ને એલર્ટ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે.

પોરબંદર જિલ્લામાં સતત ત્રીજા દિવસે 3 થી 6 ઈંચ વરસાદ પડ્યો હતો. જેથી ઘેડ અને બરડા પંથકના અનેક ગામો સંપર્ક વિહોણા બન્યા હતા. ત્યારે NDRFની ટીમ દ્વારા ચૌટા ગામેથી 14 પરિવારના 65 અને મોરાણાના 40લોકોનું રેસ્ક્યુ કરાયું હતું. અને પાણીમાં ફસાયેલા લોકોને સલામત સ્થળે પહોંચાડવામાં આવ્યા હતા. તેમજ મોટાભાગના ગામોમાં રેડ એલર્ટ અપાયું હતું. ઉપરવાસના જિલ્લાઓમાંથી પુષ્કળ પ્રમાણમાં વરસાદી પાણીની આવક થઇ છે. જેથી પોરબંદર જિલ્લાના ડેમો ભરાઈ ગયા છે અને ડેમોના દરવાજા ખોલવામાં આવ્યા છે જેથી નીચાણવાળા ગામોને એલર્ટ કરાયા છે.

રાજકોટમાં, છેલ્લા 24 કલાક દરમિયાન,12 ઈંચ જેટલો વરસાદ નોંધાયો છે. ત્યારે જામનગરમાં છેલ્લા 24 કલાક દરમિયાન સરેરાશ ચારથી 15 ઇંચ વરસાદ નોંધાયો છે. જેમાં કાલાવડમાં 15 ઇંચ ધ્રોલ અને જોડીયામાં આઠ-આઠ ઇંચ, લાલપુરમાં 9 ઇંચ અને જામનગર શહેરમાં 10 ઇંચ વરસાદ નોંધાયો છે. સુરેન્દ્રનગરના ચુડામાં આવેલા વાસણ ડેમ 90 ટકા ભરાતા નીચાણવાળા વિસ્તારને એલર્ટ અપાયું છે.
