ગઈકાલે રવિવાલે રાજ્યભરમાં વન રક્ષકની પરીક્ષા યોજાઈ હતી. આ પરીક્ષામાં ઉનાવા મીરા દાતાર હાઇસ્કુલમાં પેપર ફૂટ્યાનો દાવો કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. વહીવટી તંત્ર દ્વારા ઉમેદવાર પાસેથી સાહિત્ય પકડાયું હતું અને કોપી કેસની ઘટના સ્વીકારી કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરાઈ હતી.
સરકારી ભરતી પરીક્ષામાં વારંવાર બનતા પેપર ફૂટવાના બનાવને લઈને કોંગ્રેસ પક્ષના ધારાસભ્યોએ આજે વિધાનસભાના પરિસરમાં બેનરો સાથે દેખાવ કર્યા હતા. પેપર મુદ્દે વિધાનસભામાં ગૃહમાં હંગામો થતાં ગૃહને 15 મિનિટ મુલતવી રાખવાનો આદેશ કરાયો હતો. આ બાદ કામગીરી ફરી શરૂ થતા વિપક્ષ દ્વારા વિધાનસભામાંથી વોકઆઉટ કરાયું હતું.કોંગ્રેસના ધારાસભ્ય પ્રતાપ દૂધાતે આ વિશે કહ્યું હતું કે, વિધાનસભાની અંદર ધારાસભ્યોને રોકવામાં આવે, બહાર બેરોજગારો યુવાનોની હજારોની રેલી છે તેને તોડવામાં આવે, તાનાશાહી સરકારની અંદર યુવાનોના ભવિષ્ય સાથે ખિલવાડ ના થાય, નવ-નવ વખત પરીક્ષાઓ રદ થાય. LRDથી લઈને તલાટીથી લઈને હર કોઈ વખતે પેપર લીક થાય. આ પેપર લીક નથી આખી સરકાર લીક છે. આ સરકારની અંદર પેપર લીકમાં યુવાનોનું નસીબ ફૂટ્યું છે એવું મારું માનવું છે.

નોંધનીય છે કે, વન રક્ષકની પરીક્ષાના પેપર લીકના આક્ષેપ મામલે મહેસાણા જિલ્લા પોલીસ વડાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, મોબાઈલમાં ફોટો પાડવામાં આવ્યો હતો, ત્યારબાદ પેપર સોલ્વ કરાયું હતું. આ સોલ્વ કરેલું પેપર ચોક્કસ પરિક્ષાર્થીઓને ફાયદો કરાવવા માટે ઉપયોગમાં લેવામાં આવ્યું હતું. જેમાં 8 સામે પોલીસ ફરિયાદ નોંધાઇ છે. જેમાં ગઈકાલે પોલીસે 5 લોકોની અટકાયત કરી હતી.આ ઘટનામાં શાળાનો શિક્ષક રાજુ ચૌધરએ, પરિક્ષાર્થી મૌલિક ચૌધરી, જગદીશ ચૌધરી અને મનીષા ચૌધરીને મદદ કરવા માટે 26 માર્ચના રોજ પ્લાન ઘડ્યો હતો. પ્લાન પ્રમાણે સ્કૂલના પટાવાળાનો સંપર્ક કરી સ્કુલના ધાબા પર પેપર સોલ્વ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

લક્ષ્મીપુરા ગામના ચૌધરી સુમિતને સ્કૂલના ધાબા પર પરીક્ષા પહેલા બેસાડવામાં આવ્યો હતો. જેણે પેપર સોલ્વ કર્યું અને કાપલીઓ ફરતી થઇ.સવારે 9 કલાકે શાળાના શિક્ષક રાજુ ચૌધરીએ પોતાના બાઈક પર સુમિત ચૌધરીને સ્કૂલમાં લાવી પ્રવેશ કરાવ્યા બાદ સ્કૂલના ધાબા પર બેસાડ્યો હતો. ત્યારબાદ અન્ય ઉમેદવાર 12 કલાકે પરીક્ષા આપવા આવ્યા હતા, જેમાં રૂમ નંબર 7માં પરીક્ષા સુપરવાઈઝર અલ્પેશ કાંતિભાઈ પટેલ હાજર હતા. એ દરમિયાન સ્કૂલના પટાવાળા ઘનશ્યામ પટેલે રૂમમાં જઈને ગેરહાજર પરિક્ષાર્થીઓના પેપરના ફોટો પોતાના મોબાઇલમાં પાડ્યા હતા. બાદમાં શિક્ષક રાજુ ચૌધરીના કહ્યા મુજબ ફોનમાં પડેલા પેપરના ફોટો સુમિત ચૌધરીના મોબાઈલ ફોનમાં વોટ્સઅપથી મોકલ્યા હતા. સુમિત ચૌધરીએ જવાબો એક કાગળમાં લખી રાજુ ચૌધરીને આપ્યા હતા. રાજુ ચૌધરીએ પટાવાવાને પાંચ કોપી ક્ષેરોક્ષ કરાવવા કહ્યું હતું. રૂમ નંબર 7માં અલ્પેશ પટેલ સુપરવિઝન કરતા હતા, જ્યાં તેમણે ઝેરોક્ષની કોપી મનીષા ચૌધરીને આપી હતી.
