નવી દિલ્હી. રેલવે 1 જુલાઈથી તત્કાલ ટિકિટ રિફંડ સહિત કેટલાક નિયમોમાં ફેરફાર કરવા જઈ રહી છે. હવે તત્કાલ ટિકિટ કેંસલ કરતા પર 50 ટકા પૈસા રિફંડ રેલવે તમને કરશે. આ નિયમ 1 જુલાઈ 2017થી લાગૂ થશે. આ ઉપરાંત કેટલાક વધુ નિયમોમાં પણ ફેરફાર રેલવેએ કર્યો છે. જેથી પેસેંજર્સને વધુ સારી સુવિદ્યા મળી શકે. તેમા પેપરલેસ ટિકિટ અને કન્ફર્મ ટિકિટ આપવીનો સમાવેશ છે. હવે રેલવે નવા નિયમ મુજબ આરએસી ટિકિટને પણ કંફર્મ ટિકિટ માનવામાં આવશે.

તત્કાલ ટિકિટ કેંસર પર 50 ટકા રિફંડ મળશે

હાલ તત્કાલ ટિકિટ કેંસલ કરવવા પર કોઈ રિફંડ મળતુ નથી. રેલવેના નવા નિયમ લાગૂ થતા જ 1 જુલાઈથી તમને તત્કાલ ટિકિટ કેંસલ કરાવતા 50 ટકા સુધી રિફંડ મળશે. સાથેજ સુવિદ્યા ટ્રેનની ટિકિટ પરત કરતા પેસેજર્સને 50 ટકા ભાડુ પરત મળશે. આ માટે એસી-2 પર 100 રૂપિયા એસી-3 પર 80 રૂપિયા અને સ્લીપર પર 60 રૂપિયા પ્રતિ પેસેજર્સના દરથી રિફંડ ચાર્જ કાપવામાં આવશે.

તત્કાલ ટિકિટ રિઝર્વેશનનો સમય ચેન્જ

1 જુલાઈથી તત્કાલ ટિકિટનું બુકિંગ ટાઈમ પણ બદલાય જશે. એસી કોચ માટે તત્કાલ ટિકિટ બુકિંગનો સમય 10 વાગ્યાથી સવારે 11 વાગ્યા સુધી જ્યારે કે નોન એસી કોચ માટે તમે ટિકિટની બુકિંગ 11 વાગ્યાથી 12 વાગ્યા સુધી કરી શકો છો. આઈઆરસીટીસીના મુજબ એક વ્યક્તિ રિઝર્વેશન કાઉન્ટર અને ઓનલાઈન બુકિંગ દ્વારા એક ટિકિટ લઈ શકે છે. જે માટે આઈડી પ્રૂફ સાથે ડિટેલ્સ માહિતી આપવી પડશે.

અન્ય ભાષામાં પણ મળશે ટિકિટ

આઈઆરસીટીસી પરથી ઓનલાઈન ટિકિટ બુક કરાવવા પર પેસેંજર્સને અત્યાર સુધી ફક્ત અંગ્રેજીમાં જ ટિકિટ મળે છે. પણ 1 જુલાઈથી પેસેંજર્સને અન્ય ભાષામાં પણ ટ્રેન ટિકિટ નવી વેબસાઈટ દ્વારા રેલવે ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવશે. આ માટે ટિકિટના બુકિંગના સમયે તમને ભાષા પસંદ કરવી પડશે.

સુવિદ્યા ટ્રેનમાં મળશે કન્ફર્મ ટિકિટ

વેટિંગ લિસ્ટનુ ઝંઝટ પણ ખતમ થશે. રેલવે તરફથી ચલાવાતી સુવિદ્યા ટ્રેનમાં પેસેંજર્સને કન્ફર્મ ટિકિટની સુવિદ્યા આપવામાં આવશે. આ માટે રેલવે 1 જુલાઈથી રાજધાની શતાબ્દી દુરંતો અને મેલ એક્સપ્રેસ ટ્રેનના તર્જ પર સુવિદ્યા ટ્રેન ચલાવશે.

શતાબ્દી અને રાજધાનીમાં વધશે સીટ

રેલવેમાં ટિકિટ માટે હંમેશાથી મારામારી થતી રહે છે. આવામાં 1 જુલાઈથી શતાબ્દી અને રાજધાની ટ્રેનમાં કોચની સંખ્યા વધારવામાં આવશે. તેનાથી આરએસી ટિકિટને કન્ફર્મ કરી શકાશે.

ફેસ્ટિવ સીઝનમાં ચાલશે ડુપ્લીકેટ ટ્રેન

ફેસ્ટિવલ સીઝન દરમિયાન લોકોની ભીડને જોતા પેસેંજર્સને સારી સુવિદ્યા આપવા માટે રેલવે સુવિદ્યા ટ્રેન 1 જુલાઈથી શરૂ કરવા જઈ રહી છે. સાથે જ મહત્વપૂર્ણ ટ્રેનોની ડુપ્લીકેટને ચલાવવાની યોજના બનાવી રહ્યુ છે.

હવે આધાર વગર ડિસ્કાઉંટ ટિકિટ નહી મળે

રેલવેએ ડિસ્કાઉંટની ટ્રેન ટિકિટની બુકિંગ માટે 1 જુલાઈથી આધારને અનિવાર્ય કરી દીધુ છે.

તમને ટ્રેન દ્વારા સફર દરમિયાન ટિકિટ પર છૂટ લેવા માટે આધાર આપવો પડશે.

રિફંડના અન્ય નિયમામાં પણ ફેરફાર

જો કોઈ પેસેંજર્સ પાસે ઈ ટિકિટ છે અને જો ટ્રેન કેંસલ થઈ જાય છે તો આ માટે હવે ટિકિટ ડિપોઝીટ રિસિપ્ટ ભરવી જરૂરી નથી રહે. તમારુ રિફંડ આપમેળે જ તમારા એકાઉંટમાં જમા થઈ જશે. સાથે જ આરએસી ટિકિટ કેંસલ કરાવવા માટે ટ્રેન નીકળતાના અડધો કલાક પહેલા સુધી ટિકિટ કેંસલ કરાવતા ચાર્જ કાપીને રિફંડ આપવામાં આવશે.
