પ્રક્રિયા
1. એક વાટકીમાં 1 ચમચી લીંબૂના રસ , 1 ચમચી ટમેટો પ્યૂરી અને 1/4 ચમચી ચણા ના લોટ. આ ત્રણે વસ્તુઓ મિક્સ કરી એક પેસ્ટ બનાવી લો.
2. ત્વચાને સાફ કરવા આ પેસ્ટને લગાડો. ધ્યાન રાખો કે જો પેસ્ટ આંખોની અંદર ગયા હોય તો આંખો ને તરત ન પાણેથી ધોઈ લો.
3. પેસ્ટને 15-20 મિનિટ માટે માટે ત્વચા પર રહેવા દો. આ સમયે તમે લેટી પણ શકો છો.
4. ત્યારબાદ આંખોને ધોઈને સાફ રૂમાલથી લૂંછી લો.
