3. સ્કેલ્પને સાફ કરવું

6. ખાન-પાન
બાળકોને એવી વસ્તુઓ ખાવા માટે આપો જે તેમના વાળને સ્વસ્થ રાખે. તેને ખાવામાં ફળ, પાણી અને ઘણા તરળ પદાર્થનો ઉપયોગ કરો. પ્રોટીન અને વિટામિનથી ભરપૂર વસ્તુઓ ખાવા માટે આપો. જો બાળક મોટું છે તો તેને સૂકા મેવા અખરોટ અને બદામ ખવડાવો.
