આપણે સૌ કોઈ જીવનમાં ધન-સંપતિનું મહત્વ નકારી શકતા નથી. ધન આપણને ભૂખ અને ગરીબીની પીડામાંથી બચાવી શકે છે. જીવનને આરામદાયક બનાવી આપે છે. હા, એ જરૂર છે કે ધનથી ખુશી ખરીદી શકાતી નથી. મહેનત કરીને કમાવેલ ધનનો વ્યય ન થાય અને તેનો યોગ્ય રીતે સંગ્રહ થાય તે પણ જરૂરી છે. તે માટે વાસ્તુશાસ્ત્ર આપણી મદદે આવી શકે છે. ઘણા લોકોને ફરિયાદ છે કે આટલો પૈસો ઘરમાં આવે છે તો પણ બચતના નામે કશુ જ બચતુ નથી. તિજોરીમાં પૈસા ટકતા જ નથી. પૈસા હોય તો માણસની ઈચ્છાઓ વધતી જાય છે તેથી તેનો ખર્ચ પણ વધે છે. જો આ પૈસાને તિજોરીમાં ટકાવી રાખવા હોય તો તમારે તિજોરી જે રૂમમાં મુકો છો તેની પર પણ ધ્યાન આપવુ જોઈએ. આવો અહી અમે તમને બતાવીએ કેટલીક વાસ્તુ ટિપ્સ. 
 
- વાસ્તુશાસ્ત્ર મુજબ તિજોરીકક્ષ ઉત્તર કે પૂર્વ દિશામા હોવો જોઈએ. ઉત્તર દિશા એ દેવોના ખજાનચી અને ધન-સંપતિના સ્વામી એવા કુબેરની દિશા છે. જો ઉત્તર દિશામાં તિજોરીકક્ષ બનાવવો શક્ય ન હોય તો પૂર્વ દિશામાં બનાવી શકાય. પરંતુ જો તિજોરી ભારે વજનની હોય કે ભારે અલમારી હોય તો દક્ષિણ - પશ્ચિમ દિશા તરફ રાખવી જોઈએ. તિજોરી એ રીતે ગોઠવો કે જ્યારે તમે તિજોરી ઉત્તર કે પૂર્વ દિશામાં ખુલે. આનાથી ધનમાં વધારો થાય છે. તિજોરીનો રંગ આછો ક્રિમ હોવો જોઈએ. તિજોરી પર કોઈપણ બ્રિફકેસ ન હોવી જોઈએ.

- પૂર્વ દિશાનો સ્વામી સૂર્ય હોય છે તેથી આ દિશામાં તિજોરી મુકવી શુભ કહેવાય છે. જો તિજોરી દક્ષિણ પૂર્વ મતલબ અગ્નિકોણમાં મુકવામાં આવે તો ધનનો ખર્ચ વધુ થાય છે. ઘણીવાર કર્જ લેવાનો વારો આવે છે. 
 
- તિજોરીકક્ષનો આકાર ચોરસ કે લંબચોરસ હોવો જોઈએ. અનિયમિત આકારનો તિજોરીકક્ષ લાભકારી નથી. તિજોરીકક્ષની છતની ઉંચાઈ ઘરના અન્ય કક્ષની ઉંચાઈથી ઓછી ન હોવી જોઈએ.
 
- તિજોરીકક્ષને એક જ દરવાજો હોવો જોઈએ અને તે મજબૂત હોવો જોઈએ. ઉત્તર કે પૂર્વ દિશામાં દરવાજો અને બારીઓ હોવા શુભ છે. તિજોરીકક્ષ અલગ હોય તો તેને ઉંબરો હોવો જોઈએ.
 
- તિજોરીકક્ષની દિવાલો અને ફર્શનો રંગ પીળો હોવો શુભ છે. પીળો રંગ ધન-સંપતિમાં વધારો કરનારો મનાય છે.
 
- તિજોરીકક્ષમાં તિજોરીને દક્ષિણ દિશામાં રાખવી જોઈએ. એ ધ્યાન રાખવુ કે નૈઋત્યકોણ (દક્ષિણ-પશ્ચિમ) કે વાયવ્યકોણથી (ઉત્તર-પશ્ચિમ) એક ફૂટ જેટલા અંતર પર તિજોરી રહે. કક્ષના કોઈ પણ ખૂણામાં તિજોરી ન રાખવી જોઈએ.
 
- તિજોરીનો પાછળનો ભાગ દક્ષિણ દિશા તરફ રહે અને આગળનો ભાગ ઉત્તર દિશા તરફ રહે તે રીતે રાખવી. તિજોરીનો દરવાજો ઉત્તર દિશા તરફ ખૂલવો જોઈએ. એ રીતે શક્ય ન હોય તો પૂર્વ દિશા તરફ દરવાજો ખૂલે તે રીતે પણ રાખી શકાય.
 
- તિજોરી દિવાલને સ્પર્શે નહી તે રીતે દિવાલથી એક ઈંચ દૂર રાખવી. તિજોરીને સપાટ જમીન પર રાખવી અને તે ઢળેલી ન હોવી જોઈએ. તિજોરીને ચાર પાયા હોવા જરૂરી છે. પાયા વાંકાચૂકા કે ભાંગેલા-તૂટેલા ન હોવા જોઈએ. સ્થિર તિજોરી ધનને પણ સ્થિર રાખે છે.
 
- લાકડામાંથી બનેલી તિજોરી શુભ છે. સોના-ચાંદીના આભૂષણો અને અન્ય મૂલ્યવાન રત્નો તિજોરીમાં દક્ષિણ કે પશ્ચિમ બાજુએ રાખવા.
 
- તિજોરીમાં ઈશ્વરની મૂર્તિ ન રાખવી જોઈએ.
 
- તિજોરી બીમની નીચે ન હોય તેનુ ધ્યાન રાખવુ.
 
- તિજોરીકક્ષ અસ્તવ્યસ્ત કે મલિન ન હોવો જોઈએ. તેને અત્યંત સ્વચ્છ રાખવો જોઈએ.
