પ્યારમાં દગો આપનાર પાર્ટનરને બીજુ અવસર આપવુ કેટલો યોગ્ય? જાણો

એક સામાન્ય કહેવત છે કે પ્યારના બાબતમાં સમજદાર લોકો પણ  મૂર્ખ બની જાય છે. એટલે પ્યારમાં તમે મગજથી વધારે દિલથી ફેસલા કરો છો. આ ફેસલા તમારા દિલ અને દિમાગ બન્નેને પ્રભાવિત કરે છે. ઘણા લોકોના જીવનમાં એક એવો ફેજ આવે છે. જ્યારે તેણે તેમના પાર્ટનરથી દગો મળે છે. તેથી તેણે સમજ નહી આવતો કે પાર્ટનરને બીજુ અવસર આપવુ જોઈએ કે નહી. મનોચિકિત્સકોના મુજબ પ્યારને હળવામાં ન લો કારણ કે આ ન માત્ર ઈમોશનલ પણ ફિજિકલ હેલ્થ પર પણ અસર નાખે છે તેથી જ્યારે તમે સેકંડ ચાંસ આપવાના વિચારો છો તો પોતાનાથી પણ  આ સવાલ કરો કે શું આવુ કરવો તમારી ઈમોશનલ અને ફિજિકલ હેલ્થ માટે સારું થશે? 
 
પોતાનાથી સવાલ કરવુ કે શા માટે આપવુ જોઈએ સેકંડ ચાંસ ભલે ગર્લફ્રેંડ હોય કે બ્વાયફ્રેંડ સેકંડ ચાંસ આપવાની વાત આવે તો સૌથી પહેલા પોતાનાથી આ સવાલ કરવુ કે તમે તેને આ અવસર શા માટે આપવુ જોઈએ. જો કે આ માત્ર તેથે કારણ કે તમે તેના વગર એકલતા  અનુભવ કરો છો કે પછી તેના વિશે વિચારો છો તો તમે ઈમોશનલ થઈ જાઓ છો તો કદાચ તમને પોતાને રોકવો જોઈએ. એવુ આ માટે કારણ કે માત્ર એકલતા દૂર કરવા માટે કોઈને તેમના જીવનનો ભાગ બનાવી લેવો હમેશા મોટી ભૂલ હોય છે. 
 
પોતને ટાઈમ આપો  અને મગજમાં થોડો રીવાઈંડ પ્લે કરો.તે બધા મુદ્દા વિશે વિચારો કારણ કે બ્રેકઅપની વાત ન આવે. દરેક પાઈંટને બન્ને પક્ષોની તરફથી કંસીડર કરવુ અને આ નક્કી કરો કે શું તમે પહેલીવાર બ્રેકઅપ કરી ઓવરરિએક્ટ કર્યુ કે પછી સાચે આ તમારી પીસફુલ લાઈફ માટે જરૂરી થઈ ગયો હતો. તેને લઈને ત્વરિતતા ન કરવી અને પૂરતો ટાઈમ લો કારણ કે સેકંડ ચાંસનો મીનિંગ છે તમે ફરીથી બીજા વ્યક્તિને પોતાની લાઈફમાં એંટ્રી આપો છો તેમના ઈમોશંસ સોપી રહ્યા છો.
