કરવાચૌથ પર મેહંદી મૂકતા પહેલા દસ વાર વિચારી લો, તમે તો નહી કરી રહ્યા આ ભૂલોં

કરવાચૌથ પર દરેક મહિલા ઈચ્છે છે કે તેમના પતિના નામની મેહંદી તેમના હાથમાં જરૂર લગાવવી. જેના માટે તે કલાકો સુધી લાઈનમાં ઉભી રહીને તેમના વારાની રાહ જુએ છે. મેહંદી મહિલાઓના શ્રૃંગારનો મુખ્ય ભાગ છે. પણ શું તમે જાણો છો બજારમાં મળતી મેહંદીમાં ખૂબ ખતરનાક રસયન મળેલા હોય છે. જે પહેલા તો તમારા હાથ પર મેહંદીના રંગને ડાર્ક કરે છે પણ થોડા સમય પછી ત્વચાને નુકશાન પહોંચાડે છે. 

ત્વચા સંક્રમણ
મેહંદીનો રંગ ડાર્ક કરવા માટે બજારમાં લગાવતી મેહંદીમાં પેરા ફૈનિલિનડાયમિન(પીપીડી) અને ડાયમીન નામનો રસાયન મળેલા હોય છે. જેના કારણે ત્વચના સંક્રમણ થઈ શકે છે. જેના કારણે ત્વચામાં બળતરા, સોજા, ખંજવાળ અને લાલ નિશાન થવાના ખતરા હોય છે. 
 
કેંસરનો ખતરો 
બજારમાં મળતી મેહંદીમાં માત્ર પીપીડી જ નહી પણ અમોનિયા, ઑક્સડેટિન, પેરાક્સાઈડ્ અને બીજા કેમિક્લ્સ પણ હોય છે. આ કેમિક્લ્સથી તૈયાર મેહંદીને જ્યારે છોકરીઓ લગાવીને સૂર્યની અલ્ટ્રાવાયલેટ કિરણથી સંપર્કમાં આવે છે તો તેને કેંસર જેવા ગંભીર રોગ થઈ શકે છે. 
 
સાઈડ ઈફેક્ટસથી બચવાના ટીપ્સ 
- સૌથી પહેલા મેહંદી લગાવવાથી પહેલા તમે હાથમાં પેચ ટેસ્ટ કરી શકો છો. 
- મેહંદી લગાવ્યા પછી તમને બળતરા કે રેશિજ જોવાય તો તરત મેહંદીને ધોઈને હાથમાં એંટી એલર્જી દવા લગાવી લો. 
- બધા ટિપ્સ અજમાવ્યા પછી પણ ત્વચામાં સમસ્યા છે તો તરત ડાક્ટરથી સંપર્ક કરવું. 

સલાહ 
- પ્રાકૃતિક પાનથી બનેલી મેંદીનો જ ઉપયોગ કરવું. 
- મેંદી લગાવ્યા પછી તમારા શરીર ચાંદા થઈ જાય તો તેને ઠંડા પાણીથી ધોઈ લો. 
- ત્યારબાદ તેના પર નારિયેળ તેલ લગાવી લો. અને મસાજ કરી લો
