આજથી રાજ્યમાં બસ સેવા શરૂ, કોઈપણ રૂટ કન્ટેનમેન્ટ વિસ્તારમાંથી નહીં થાય

કેન્દ્ર સરકારની માર્ગદર્શિકા મુજબ લૉકડાઉન-૪માં નાગરિકો માટેની કન્ટેન્ટમેન્ટ ઝોન સિવાયના વિસ્તારોમાં નિયમોને આધિન વિવિધ છૂટછાટો આપવામાં આવી છે. જેના ભાગરૂપે ગુજરાત એસ.ટી. નિગમ દ્વારા રાજયમાં આજથી તા.૨૦મી મેથી સંપૂર્ણ સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સ સાથે રાજ્યના પાંચ ઝોનમાં સવારના ૮ થી સાંજના ૬ કલાક સુધી નાગરિકોને પરિવહન સેવાઓ પૂરી પાડવામાં આવનાર છે. રાજ્યભરમાં ૧૧૪૫ શીડ્યુલ અને ૭૦૩૩ ટ્રીપથી એસ.ટી. બસોનું સંચાલન કરવામાં આવશે. જેમાં કોઈ પણ રૂટ કન્ટેન્ટમેન્ટ વિસ્તારમાંથી પસાર થશે નહિ. 
 
મુખ્યમંત્રી વિજય રૂપાણીએ વધુમાં જણાવ્યું હતુ કે, મુસાફરો ઈ-ટીકીટ અથવા મોબાઈલ ટીકીટ મારફતે મુસાફરી કરે તે ઈચ્છનીય છે. તેમ છતાં સામાન્ય મુસાફરોને અગવડતા ન પડે તે માટે સોશિયલ ડીસન્ટસીંગનું પાલન થાય તે રીતે બસ સ્ટેન્ડ પરના કાઉન્ટર પરથી તેમજ બસમાં કંડકટર મારફતે રોકડ નાણાથી પણ ટીકીટ આપવામાં આવશે. મુસાફરે બસ ઉપડતા પહેલાં ઓછામાં ઓછા ૩૦ મિનીટ પહેલા બસ સ્ટેન્ડ પર પહોંચવાનું રહેશે. બસની ક્ષમતાના ૬૦ ટકા મુસાફરો સાથે સંચાલન કરવામાં આવશે. દરેક બસ ટ્રીપ પૂર્ણ થયેથી સેનેટાઈઝ કરી અને બીજી ટ્રીપમાં ઓપરેટ થશે.
 
ડેપો બસ સ્ટેન્ડ ખાતે માસ્ક પહેરેલ હોય તેઓને જ પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે મુસાફરોના સ્વાસ્થ્ય માટે બસ સ્ટેન્ડમાં પ્રવેશ સમયે જ ટેમ્પરેચર ચેક કરવામાં આવશે અને કોરોનાના લક્ષણ વિનાના મુસાફરોને જ પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે. આ સમયે સોશિયલ ડીસ્ટન્સિંગનું પાલન થાય તે ખૂબ જ જરૂરી છે. બસમાં બેસતા તમામ મુસાફરોને સેનેટાઇઝરથી હાથ સાફ કરી બસની અંદર પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે. આ ઉપરાંત બસમાં મુસાફરોને બેસતા અને ઉતરતા સમયે પણ સોશિયલ ડીસન્ટસીંગનું પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે.
 
તેમણે વધુમાં ઉમેર્યું હતુ કે, હાલના તબક્કે સમગ્ર અમદાવાદ જીલ્લા સિવાય રાજ્યના બાકીના તમામ જીલ્લાઓમાં નિગમના નોર્મલ સંચાલનના ભાગરૂપે બસનું સંચાલન કરવામાં આવશે. ગાંધીનગર શહેરથી અમદાવાદ શહેર વચ્ચે તેમજ આંતરરાજ્ય સંચાલન સંપૂર્ણ બંધ રાખવામાં આવ્યુ છે.
 
રાજયના પાંચ ઝોનમાં એસ.ટી. નિગમ દ્વારા તબક્કાવાર વિસ્તરણ કરવામાં આવશે. જેમાં ઉત્તર ઝોનમાં બનાસકાંઠા, પાટણ, મહેસાણા, સાબરકાંઠા, અરવલ્લી, ગાંધીનગર, મધ્ય ઝોનમાં ખેડા, પંચમહાલ, મહીસાગર, વડોદરા, દાહોદ, આંણદ, છોટાઉદેપુર, દક્ષિણ ઝોનમાં સુરત, વલસાડ, તાપી, ડાંગ, ભરૂચ, નવસારી, નર્મદા, સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ઝોનમાં રાજકોટ, મોરબી, જુનાગઢ, પોરબંદર, બોટાદ, ભાવનગર, અમરેલી, જામનગર, સુરેન્દ્રનગર, ગીર સોમનાથ તેમજ કચ્છ ઝોનમાં ભુજથી ઉત્તર ઝોન અને સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ઝોનના મુખ્ય શહેરોને બસ દ્વારા જોડીને સંચાલન કરવામાં આવશે. 
 
એસ.ટી. નિગમ દ્વારા જે તે જીલ્લાની હદમાં તાલુકાથી તાલુકા અને તાલુકાથી જીલ્લામથક સુધી એસ.ટી. બસોનું સંચાલન કરવામાં આવશે તેમજ નિર્ધારિત કરાયેલ ઝોનની હદમાં તે ઝોનના જીલ્લાઓને સાંકળતો કોઈ પણ રૂટ કન્ટેન્ટમેન્ટ વિસ્તારમાંથી પસાર થશે નહીં તેની ચોક્કસ કાળજી રાખવામાં આવશે.
