વીરે દી વેડિંગ આ વર્ષની સૌથી ચર્ચિત ફિલ્મોમાંથી એક છે. કરીના કપૂર ખાન, સોનમ કપૂર, સ્વરા ભાસ્કર અને શિખા તલસાનિયા સ્ટારર આ ફિલ્મ ચાર છોકરીઓની સ્ટોરીને દર્શાવે છે. આ ફિલ્મના ટ્રેલરથી જ લોકોને ફિલ્મથી આશા બની ગઈ છે. 
 
ફિલ્મમાં ચારો મસ્તાની છોકરીઓ છે. એ ચારે બુરાઈ કરતી છે, દારૂ પીએ છે અને સેક્સ પર વાત કરતામાં પણ નહી શરમાવે છે. અત્યારે ફિલ્મનો પ્રમોશન ચાલી રહ્યું છે. આ સમયે સોનમ કપૂરએ ફિલ્મના આ કેરેક્ટરસને લઈને ખૂબ વાતો કરી અને ખુલાસા કર્યા. 
 
સોનમએ જણાવ્યું કે ફિલ્મની ચાર છોકરીઓ મોટા શહરની છે. તેમની રિયલ લાઈફ અને લાઈફસ્ટાઈલને જોવાયું છે. એ દારૂ પીએ છે. સેકસુઅલી પણ એક્ટિવ છે અને લગ્ન કરવાની રાહ નહી જોઈ શકી રહી છે. ફિલ્મમાં આ છોકરીઓની સ્ટોરી જણાવી છે. આ બધું રિયલમાં પણ થાય છે. 
 
સ્વરા ભાસ્કરએ જણાવ્યું કે  માત્ર તેથી કે અમે આ બધું સ્ક્રીન પર જોવાઈ રહ્યા છે તો આ આટલું મોટું મુદ્દો શા માટે બની રહ્યું છે? જયારે અમે મેલ કેરેકટર્સને રિયલિટી જોવાવવાની રજા આપી શકો છો, રો અમે ફીમેલ કેરેક્ટર્સને આવું શા માટે જોવાઈ શકો?
